• Rudi (10/5): A great experience, which made our trip a real pleasure - thank you all - Emma and all the staff was absolute helpful and great. We booked with the option for a breakfast. Upon arrival were we told that the hotel stopped providing the chargeable breakfast option some weeks ago. We were a little disappointed, but Emma got immediate into action and managed to organize the breakfast for us. The room was clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and made us feeling like visiting family rather then being a guest in a Hotel. The absolutely deserve the exceptional scoring and I can only state that this was a great place to stay - we all enjoyed it very much. The room, location and facilities were fully to our expectations and even beyond. Great place and many thanks to Emma and all the staff. Nothing really to complain about

• Lewis (9/5): Easy, comfortable, convenient, and worry-free. - Above all the location is excellent! Proximal to everything so it is simple to walk the historic centre of Rome, and no challenge to get to any food venues or other attractions.

• RUDOLF (1/5): We fell victim to a pathetic fraud, a scam which was deliberately orchestrated by Queen Palace Suite - There is nothing we liked about this hotel! STAY AWAY from this object and the fraudsters who manage this facility. Absolutely disgusting behavior, unworthy of a professional facility. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! The booking listing clearly stated that the booked room offered a “internal courtyard view.” This description formed a material part of the offer and directly influenced my booking decision. However, the actual room did not provide any courtyard view. The window faced directly onto an ELEVATOR SHAFT STRUCTURE which was not even outside of the building but inside. The elevator mechanism generated significant and continuous noise, and unpleasant, stale air from the shaft entered the room. The conditions were entirely inconsistent with what was advertised and made the room unsuitable for comfortable occupation. After I raised this issue, the property contacted me via WhatsApp and attempted to claim that I had booked a “no view” room and that this was clearly stated in the listing. This statement is totally false. At no point in the listing or booking confirmation was the room described as “no view.” Furthermore: 1. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning, resulting in extremely high temperatures and unbreathable conditions. 2. The property had accepted my check-in time between 19:00 and 20:00. Upon arrival shortly before 20:00, no one was present to provide support. 3. I was asked via WhatsApp to send photos of my ID/passport. Requesting transmission of sensitive identity documents through an unsecured messaging application raises serious concerns under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding lawful and secure processing of personal data. 4. Due to the above circumstances, we were forced to secure alternative accommodation at our own expense on Friday evening. 5. Despite my physical presence at the agreed check-in time, the property marked the reservation as a “no-show,” which is factually incorrect and misleading.

• Ralf (8/5): Rom ist eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft war ideal für uns. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Das Haus ist ebenfalls sehr historisch, aber in einem perfekten Zustand. Inmitten des historischen Stadtzentrums kann man entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Wohnung 5 liegt zum Innenhof und war sehr ruhig. Das Personal (Oksana) war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben noch wertvolle Tipps für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Der Roomservice (Alessandra) war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Die Betten war für uns zu weich. Die große Küche ist praktisch und modern, aber es gibt wenig Ausstattung in den Schränken. Nur das aller nötigste ist vorhanden. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war viel zu gering, dieses Problem konnte leider während des Aufenthaltes nicht behoben werden.

Wish breakfast was serve earlier, because it was better than breakfast that we got outside. We were only able to partake in once during our stay. My only knock on the place was the hot water pressure on the shower.

• Sophia (9/5): Queen Palace Suites located on 3rd floor of an Older vintage building - Location was key & it delivered. Queen Palace Suites is smack dab in Ancient Rome. Walkable to major monuments ie. Colosseum , Vittorio Emmanuel monument. Accommodation was clean, bed was ultra comfortable in a renovated vintage property. Plus, Niyara, the receptionist, helped book our 4:30 a.m. ride to Fiumicino & she delivered with a spacious van when regular taxis may not have been available. Thanks Niyara for helping us. There was a kitchen with microwave,table, chairs but only accessible to staff. Would’ve been nice for hotel guests to use that space. Plus, the common area for gatherings was outside our room. Very noisy. Would’ve been better to have used that ‘restricted’ kitchen area rather than disturbing guests wanting to ‘chill’ in their room.

Wybrałam Queen Pałace Suites i na prawdę szczerze, lepszego nie mogłam sobie wymarzyć 😃 Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację petarda! 👌do najbardziej znanych lokalizacji jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie jest bardzo bliziutko, na przeciwko jest Carrefour, obok przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe, na dole pizza i lody:) dla moich rodziców był to pierwszy raz za granicą i byli zachwyceni, że nie traciliśmy czasu na dojazdy bo wszędzie było blisko a jeśli chcieliśmy mogliśmy szybko przedostać się autobusami bo były zaraz obok nas :) jeśli będę wybierać się w przyszłości do Rzymu na pewno wybiorę ten hotel jeszcze raz! 🫶 Pokoje i łazienki są czyste a Panie z obsługi wprost wspaniale! Zawsze chętnie pomogą a nawet doradzą jak wybrać się na najpiękniejsze pobliskie plaże 😊 ważna informacja - jest winda:)

• VIRGINIA (9/5): Precioso apartamento muy bien situado - La ubicación excelente y la habitación preciosa, todo muy limpio y acogedor. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. En la ducha casi no salía agua debido a que el palacio es muy antiguo, según nos informaron. Fue la única cosa negativa de la estancia.
• Maria (3/5): Una gran decepción - Lo bueno del “hotel” si se le puede llamar así es la ubicación. El resto nos decepcionó No es realmente un hotel, es como un piso de estudiantes compartido dentro de un edificio donde hay muchos más negocios. Las puertas de las habitaciones no sellan bien y se escucha hablar a las personas de otras habitaciones por el pasillo y en la tuya propia (así que intuimos que la nuestra también). Las camas son super incómodas y con la falta de insonorización de las habitaciones por la noche es casi imposible dormir de todos los ruidos que hay. Además nuestra habitación daba al ascensor, así que toda la noche se escuchaba subir y bajar gente por el edificio. El colmo fue cuando llegamos empapados de lo que había llovido en Roma y ni siquiera había agua caliente en la ducha… La recepción no es 24h, las chicas se van sobre las 15-16h de la tarde así que no hay nadie que te atienda. Una decepción total, sin duda no repetiriamos

Very spacious, super clean, the best location and most importantly the best and most helpful staff. A HUGE thank you to Allesandra, Roxanna and Oxanna - you were VERY helpful and kind to us and it was much appreciated. If you are on the fence about staying there, don't be. Book it now. We have no regrets and felt right at home, very safe and welcome. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Ivan (9/5): Repetiría sin dudarlo - La ubicación del hotel es excelente así como también la atención del personal. Teniendo en cuenta la ubicación es uno de los mejores hoteles en la relación calidad precio. Hay que seguir las indicaciones para la llegada y entrada al mismo ya que se encuentra ubicado en un edificio que se comparte con pequeños despachos privados.

• Lei (1/5): The worst experience ever - NA 旅行这么多年，跑遍全世界各地，这绝对是我入住过体验最差的一家酒店！不是吹毛求疵，硬件问题其实都能忍，但这家酒店的恶意讹诈和诬陷行为，真的让人忍无可忍！以下全是真实事实，给大家避坑： 1. 入住时说电梯临时坏了，我得自己手提两件各25公斤的行李，爬好几层层高超高的老楼，来回搬了两趟，酒店工作人员就眼睁睁看着，连句帮忙的话都没说，服务一点温度都没有； 2. 入住首晚，就轻轻碰了下房门把手想确认关严没，把手“邦”一声就掉了，明显是老化松动了！我当场就发消息、拍照片给酒店和平台反馈，第二天还当面找了工作人员，对方说知道了，但周末不一定能找到人修，结果我们住了两晚，门把手也没修； 3. 刚入住挂毛巾，才发现毛巾架两边完全没有任何固定措施，一挂就整个脱落了，直接砸我脚面上，红肿了好几天！我拍了照片找酒店反馈，工作人员自己也承认早就知道这东西坏了，但入住前压根没告知我们，之后也没处理、没维修，完全不管客人安全； 4. 给孩子洗澡的时候，淋浴水流就跟滴漏似的，水温还忽冷忽热，孩子差点被冻着，找酒店反映，工作人员直接说“整栋楼水压问题，解决不了”，明知道有问题还不处理，导致我们一家三口两晚连个澡都没洗成，基本居住需求都满足不了； 5. 本来这些硬件问题我们想着息事宁人，退房赶火车就算了，结果酒店工作人员突然堵在门口，说门把手是我人为弄坏的，还说“清洁时还是好的”，硬要我赔150欧元，不付钱不让走！我着急赶车，不想跟他们纠缠，就说先付钱，之后会找平台投诉，还让我太太拿手机录像留证，结果对方一看到录像就慌了，赶紧说“别录像，你们不用付钱了，赶紧走吧”； 6. 我走的时候明确跟他们说，就算不用付钱，我也会向平台投诉，结果酒店反而恶人先告状，编造我弄坏了淋浴喷头（装在4米高的顶上，我根本够不着）和吹风机（我压根没碰过），想讹我350欧元！ 更可气的是，酒店的所有诬陷都没有任何实质性证据，而我上述反映的每一件事，都有完整的沟通记录、现场照片和视频为证，事后也全部提交给了平台，包括他们看到录像就改口免单、不让录像的关键片段都有记录！从头到尾，我多次通过消息、邮件跟酒店反馈问题，对方要么不回，要么敷衍了事，完全没有一点服务意识和诚信可言！ 这么多年住过无数酒店和民宿，这是我第一次发这么长的差评，实在是被这种恶意诬陷的行为气到了！这种没有诚信、只想讹钱的酒店，大家一定要避雷！

• Denis (10/5): - Понравилось все . Красивые комнаты , быстрый интернет , есть общая кухня . Уборка каждый день , можно заказать завтраки . Лифт на один пролет лестницы , если большой багаж может быть затруднительно .
• Dennis (9/5): - Excellent location. relatively large, comfortable rooms, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is a flight of stairs before reaching the lift. This was not an issue for us but anyone with mobility problems might find this taxing.

• Yannick (10/5): - Sa localisation et la propreté de la chambre. Nous avons été reçu par Alexandra qui s’est montrée très accueillante, agréable et très professionnelle. La description de la chambre sur Booking ne correspond pas à la réalité. La chambre n’avait pas une vue sur une cour intérieure mais sur la cage d’ascenseur.
• Olivier (6/5): - Perfect location. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were big The water shower pressure was terrible. Cannot take a normal shower. Complain to the staff first day. Did not nothing. Did not even remember our complain on the second day check out. In the flat cold temperature in the night. Impossible to adjust.
• Marie Grace (9/5): Had a wonderful time at this property and I will definitely stay here again if I am back in Rome - Excellent location is top on my favorites at this place. The place is big and comfortable. We brought our daughter to Rome for her 21st birthday. This place is more than enough for the 3 of us. The separate bedrooms are perfect for families traveling with their children. The staff are awesome and very friendly. The suite is very clean. It is located close to most of the famous landmarks in Rome. If you need transportation for some reason, the taxi line is just steps away from the property. The noise from the streets at night but it varies from day to day.

• Sholly (7/5): A convenient, comfortable, clean, safe location in the heart of Rome. - Alessandra, the housekeeper, was warm and friendly and wonderful in every way. The location was basically a mile from all the main things you would want to see in Rome. The hotel felt very safe and secure. The room was immaculate with cleaning service each day. Although the room was small, there was a nice sitting area located just outside our room. It was a little warm for our tastes. The shower was very nice but on the small side. There was occasionally a smell in the room--the plumbing needed some work. There was no window in our room. At first, we were concerned about the lack of a 24-hour front desk, but they were reachable by WhatsApp and very responsive.

• Carole (5/5): Looks good on entry/reception but finding hairs on the bed and pubes in the bathroom certainly not conducive to a co - Convenient location - close to sights. Door handle on inside broken. Told couldn’t be fixed on weekend. Hairs on bed, pillows, floors, dust on sills and debris on bedside table, no spoons for coffee/tea, window opened on to elevator shaft. Bar fridge has drinks for purchase. Water bottle opened and half used. Informed staff immediately. Not replaced. Fitting on shower broken. Housekeeping poor!
