- Mühlemann (9/5): Ruhiger Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Bett war sauber und die Umgebung schön. Es gab sehr grosszügig Früchte zum Frühstück. Das fanden wir super! Ansonsten war das Frühstück nichts besonderes. Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas ausserhalb in einem lokalen Quartier. Mit dem Roller ca. 5 min und zu Fuss ca. 15-20 min bis ins Zentrum. Die Tür im Bad sollte repariert werden. Man kann sie nicht schliessen. Ein Wasserspender/eine Filteranlage wäre schön.

Aquí hemos encontrado paz, descanso, una vista impresionante a las montañas , una habitación maravillosa con balcón, una familia muy amable! El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y cuidado! Tienen bicis y scooter para alquilar. Un desayuno muy rico. Servicio de lavandería y una hija que es una muñequita super simpática!!! Top! Seguro que volveremos a reservar aquí si volviéramos a Tam Coc. Lo único que se podría mejorar un poco son los colchones que se notan los muelles. Pero realmente se puede dormir bastante bien. Es un pequeño detalle

- Jacob (10/5): Amazing place to stay!! - Amazing place to stay in Tam Coc!! Staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was brilliant! They let us borrow bikes for a good price which helped so much. Highly recommend. Was a bit far from the town centre but with the bikes it was so easy to get around!
- Violaine (8/5): Choix correct surtout pour avoir du calme dans le tumulte de Tam Coc. - Calme, joli jardin dans la cour intérieure, à proximité des choses a voir et des restos. Draps et chambre propres. L’hotesse est gentille et fournit des informations utiles. Le «lobby » manque d’amour, espace non convivial. On n’a vraiment pas envie de s’y asseoir et d’y manger. Personne n’est venu changer nos serviettes ou offrir une bouteille d’eau chaque jour. Aucune couverture sur le lit (drap oui).

- Isabelle (9/5): Excellente adresse pour vivre une experience avec une famille Vietnamienne - J'ai réservé un bungalow avec SDB privative, tout était absolument parfait. Jolie vue sur un jardin éclairé le soir, ambiance très paisible et surtout un accueil familial très chaleureux. Petit déjeuner complet avec omelette et fruits, café ou thé à volonté. La présence des autres voyageurs au petit déjeuner nous a permis de rencontrer d'autres voyageurs. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la location de vélo, scooter et les visites proposées. Nous avons bénéficié d'un taxi privé pour la journée à un prix très compétitif. C'est un hébergement simple, avec un rapport qualité/prix très correct. La localisation un peu à l'écart du village est parfaite, calme et à 10 minutes à pied de Tam Coc village. Je recommande particulièrement cet hébergement si vous cherchez le calme et la proximité avec une famille vietnamienne. L'hôte par bien anglais et la communication en amont a été parfaite ! Le gros +++, c'est la clim réversible pour avoir bien chaud en rentrant des ballades. rien !

Está cerca del pueblo pero en una calle super tranquila que no se oye nada por la noche, perfecto para descansar y dormir bien.

- Chaïm (10/5): Tof, gezellig verblijf met een goede hygiëne in de kamer/badkamer! - Als we toekwamen legde de vrouw direct uit wat je kon doen. Ze gaf een kaart met de meest bezochte plaatsen in Tam Coc. Het is ook makkelijk om bij hun een brommertje te huren om dan overal naar toe te gaan.

- Inge (10/5): Fantastische ervaring door een upgrade naar de Pineapple homestay! - We werden naar de Pineapple homestay gebracht, want in de Palmhouse homestay was de airco op de kamer kapot. De Pineapple homestay was van de zus. Dit had zelfs een zwembad! Een mooie upgrade! We hebben zelfs een nacht bijgeboekt, alles aan dezelfde prijs als in de Palmhouse homestay. De eigenares (zus) regelde werkelijk alles voor je! We zouden graag na Tam Coc naar Halong Bay gaan en daarna naar Danang. Zij heeft een 2 daagse 5 sterren cruise geregeld, transfers, vluchten vergeleken met nachttreinen... Alles deed ze! Ook tips, adresjes voor massages, restaurants, bezienswaardiggeden in de buurt werden gegeven. We hebben 2 dagen een scooter gehuurd en dat geeft je echt volledige vrijheid aan een zeer economische prijs. Het was een schitterende ervaring! En alles was piekfijn in orde! De scooter gaf ons enorme vrijheid om de buurt te verkennen. Enkel was de vering ervan stuk.
- Brendan (8/5): Very good - We stayed here for 5 nights and found it to be a great base for exploring the Tam Coc area. They had both bicycles and motorbikes available to rent. Oddly enough, the bicycles were priced quite high—almost on par with the motorbikes—which was a bit surprising. The bungalow was comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was fine, though we were consistently served a Western-style option, while local guests seemed to get Vietnamese dishes—which we would’ve preferred. That said, we didn’t mention it—closed mouths don’t get fed, as the saying goes. They also helped us arrange our transportation back to Hanoi, and it actually ended up being cheaper than what we had found online. That was a much-appreciated surprise.

This is a Village not a busy City like Dan Ang and if you like to feel real Vietnamese life this is perfect choice for you. - J.f.marquez (10/5): Exceptional - The place is nice, relaxing and quiet. It's a few minutes walk from the business center of town, and we liked it that way. Got to wake up and spend quiet moments by their garden and listen to birds chirping. They provide suggestions on where to go, and they can arrange for a car and driver for you. We availed this assistance to fetch us from the airport (cheaper than online booking sites), then to tour us to our preferred destinations, and then to go back to Hanoi. The host and their family are very kind and friendly. You can ask for recommendations for good food, coffee, or places to visit. We also got to meet the cute kids. Even the kids are used to meeting and greeting guests. We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice place, and the people were kind and friendly to us. Thank you.
- Pearce (10/5): 100% recccomend palm house - It’s such a sweet place with lovely little individual bungalows. The family who run it are lovey and the host has great English. She helped us with lots of different information about the town, boat tours, view points, bicycle hire and places to eat. They have bikes you can hire for 50k a day which are a great way to get around and explore. The host helps you with the best routes to take and will give you a map to show you where everything is. She always says hello and is happy to have a chat about where we are off too and if we need any help. The free breakfast is lovely and the laundry service is quick, easy and cheap. The rooms have ac and a fan with a huge bed. Hair dryer, kettle and a fridge also in the room. The place is about a 10/15 min walk into tam coc or a 5 min cycle ride. It’s lovely and quiet and close enough to the main area to get to for food and shopping. Would definitely recommend if you want somewhere quiet, clean and a nice atmosphere. Nothing it was perfect!

Good for a one night stay when sun is showing, through I will still recommend a center place near to the lake except if you very very low on budget. The surroundings are still beautiful. I took an early morning boat trip with the host's father, we went along the river through some caves and saw, probably, hundreds of lotus flowers lining the edge of the river - it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and always available via WhatsApp, they helped us with everything (booked motorbikes, excursions, activities etc) We found 3 cockroaches in our room. Our friends found 1 more in theirs. We could hear mice scratches on the rooftop. The bed sheets had stains, bathroom was a bit smelly and the room was not cleaned properly.

- Finlay (10/5): Exceptional - Really I can’t thank the couple who’s place this is, their family own 3 in the area and are really skilled at the balance of your privacy and assisting you to have the best time, the place is lovely to stay in as well, so peaceful and only a short walk to the busy bars/restaurants. Couldn’t recommend it more!

- Leong (7/5): Enjoyable stay - The staff was helpful and contacted me before my trip to arrange for airport pickup. We hired the homestay's private car for a full day tour at a reasonable price. They help us to arrange our transport from Tam Coc to Hanoi. The location is slightly far away from the town centre, however one can still walk to the town centre within 10-15 minutes.

- Tom (10/5): The perfect location for exploring - The staff here we're amazing. So helpful and very welcoming! The location is great, you're right in the picturesque are of Tam Coc with loads of attractions to go and see. The owner goes through everything with you on check in so you can plan your visit. They have Mopeds and bicycles for hire so getting around is a peace of cake! It's very flat so if you're not comfortable on a moped then it's still possible to see a lot of the spots that way. Nothing! This place is great!

- Polona (10/5): Nice stay in Tam Cok - The owners were very kind and helpful. Location is close to center of Tam Coc and is quite. They have beautiful garden. They offer bikes and scuters and organize a transportation to next destination. Brekfast was delicious. We were allowed to leave our luggage in room until the evening when we had a bus to go on. I highly recommend it.
- Karen (10/5): Great room, delicious breakfast, operated by a super nice family! - The room was great, nice garden, delicious breakfast -- all things other folks have mentioned that made this a fantastic stay. On top of all that, my daughter left her headphones in the room when we left. The very nice lady there called us within a few minutes and went to a nearby location where we'd been picked up and waitied for our van to return so we could get them. I can't say enough good things about our stay and the kind, welcoming hostess. Thank you!! Our traveling days were ending and we had to move on -- if we're ever lucky enough to come back, we'll definitely spend more time at Palm House!

The rooms are amazing, super clean and the breakfast in the garden is great! Unluckily we didn't have the chance to have dinner together, but hopefully next time, because we'll come back for sure!

They prepared delicious breakfast for as, washed our laundry and booked our transportation back to Hanoi. They even gave us a snack and water for our trip. We would for sure stay here again. Everything was great.

- Marina (9/5): Superb - The owner of the Homestay was so nice, she told us about various types of activities in Tam Coc and recommended some restaurants. We came to Tam Coc at night (5 am) but this was no problem for her, we could get in the room and sleep for a bit, what was very kind of her. You can also rent a motorbike at the homestay if you want. The breakfast (banh mi) was made by her husband and it was very good.
- Anonymous (10/5): Lovely stay very close to sights with amazing owners - Loved the house, free breakfast was fresh and delicious! Owners were amazing. A lot of recommendations were given about the sights and they even organised our bus to Hue! Amazing experience, would definitely book again!
