- Kenny (1/5): Hotel needs to be cleaner and updated in my honest opinion. The photos on booking should be updated as well as they did - The staff were very friendly. Dirty. The moment I stepped into the hotel it just didn’t felt right. It was very dim in there and the floor was dirty. The hotel in general looked run down. The hotel room and lobby in front of our hotel room was SUPER dirty and was nothing like what was shown on the booking website. The carpet was stained and mold was present. The exit stair door were all opened for some reason and did not look for feel safe at all. When we got to our rooms the doors were already opened up. We checked other hotel rooms and they were open as well. The AC in our room was blowing hot air while being on the COLD setting and left on for about 15mins before confirming it wasn’t blowing cold. Our family decided to take the penalty hit and cancel our stay and went to a different hotel. It was that bad.

Wi-Fi was stable enough for remote work, and the rooftop pool was a great way to unwind after meetings. Staff were friendly, though service varied. Breakfast was decent, with both local and Western options. Overall, it’s a practical choice for travelers mixing work and leisure. Have more option for Thai foods.

- Dodger2025 (10/5): The best 4 stars hotel at Nha Trang - We spent 77 nights at Sochi hotel and can not praise enough the staff working there, they are all wonderful friendly people who will go out of their way to help you. The hotel itself has all the standard features of a 4 stars hotel including a plenfiful breakfast with both Vietnamese and Western style foods (cornflakes, baguette and white sliced bread, orange Juice, tea and coffee etc). Rooms are large enough with kettle and mini fridge and there is also a large TV with 815 channels (including France 24 in both French and English languages as well as ABC Australian Broadcasting Corporation) Rooms are cleaned daily without fail and cleaning staff and technician are all great people) Nothing negative to report

Mini fridge and kettle are there. 2 mini bottles of water are supplied daily when the cleaning team does the room. Huge buffet breakfast offering both Vietnamese and Western styles foods. The staff are truly top notch, always helpful and smiling making you welcome indeed. Truly worth 5 stars rating Nothing negative to report

Every morning we’d be woken up to the sound of banging and the lift going up and down. - The shower drain flooded every time we used the shower. The whole bathroom would be soaked. - The room was tired, not very clean (very dusty) and had a cigarette smell to it when we arrived. - Our TV was gone from the room, it was just a wire hanging down. - The pillows were gross, especially stained a deep yellow.

- Ambre (6/5): The place has potential but there’s a lot of things to improve… - The staff is nice It’s not clean, clearly the staff doesn’t do this well enough… after “cleaning” my cup they were still food pieces inside.. and they are also very loud in the morning talking at 7 am in front of the doors, it was waking me up every single morning, so I had to sleep with earplugs .. most of things don’t work like fridge, every machine from the “gym” many furnitures are in bad shape, broken or very old.
