• Fiona (10/5): Gorgeous hotel in a GREAT location! - Gorgeous little hotel in a beautiful town!!! Absolutely fell in love with our room & the location of this hotel - one minute walk to the beach & down a quiet street! The room itself was perfect, bed super comfy, shower with good pressure and hot water and just felt really cosy! The wifi was great. The owner was super lovely and welcoming - also loved the fact we could park the car nearby for free! nothing!
• Andrea (10/5): Zentrale, schön eingerichtete, saubere Unterkunft mit Möglichkeit das Auto zu parkieren. - Das Zimmer ist schön und äusserst zweckmässig eingerichtet. Auf den Fotos kommt es nicht zur Geltung, dass die Einrichtung neuwertig ist und das Zimmer hell ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit fürs Auto. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

• Alina (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft - Herrliches traditionelles Gebäude, schön eingerichtet jedoch auch hellhörig. Konnten nach der ersten Nacht in größeres Zimmer umziehen, wo auch die WC-Duschzelle größer war und nicht alles beim Duschen unter Wasser gesetzt wurde. Gute Lage, ruhige Ecke, nicht weit bis zum Strand und in die Stadt, Restaurants und Geschäfte in kurzer Distanz. Motorräder parkten beim Nachbarn vorm Haus. Frühstück wäre schön

• renato (4/5): Molto, molto sconsigliato - È situato in centro, vicino alla spiaggia Anche con google maps abbiamo faticato per arrivarci. L'addetto alla reception ci ha consegnato le chiavi e poi è sparito fino alla mattina successiva: la stanza era molto, molto sporca e non abbiamo potuto chiedere che venisse pulita. Il bagno minuscolo non è adatto ad una persona di corporatura media infatti per potersi muovere bisogna tenere la porta aperta. Il giorno successivo abbiamo fatto presente tutto questo.

• Raimund (5/5): Zimmergröße falsch - Der Wirt ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vorsicht: Zimmergröße falsch (zwei der mit 25qm beschriebenen 4 Doppelzimmer sind ca. 10qm groß, eines ca. 12qm). Das auf dem Foto gezeigte Frühstücksbuffet gibt es nicht mehr. Der Rasen auf den Fotos ist einem geschotterten Parkplatz gewichen. Auch wenn der Wirt Fremdwährung in TRY umrechnet, ist Vorsicht geboten.
• Anna (10/5): Отличное место - Отличное место! Отель находится прямо в центре рядом с пляжем и с набережной. Есть парковка. Брали 2 номера. Номер небольшой, ванна очень маленькая)), но все сделано стильно и уютно, на пару ночей остановиться самое то. В номере чайник, чай кофе, сахар, кружки. Хозяин владеет английским и два вечера угощал нас арбузом, вай фай достойный, кровати мягкие, все чисто. На первом этаже отеля есть мини кухня. Вообще Амасра поразила своей невероятной красотой, приехали туда 28 июля, проездом, ехали в Стамбул. В эти дни там была ледяная вода в море, а на улице жарко и образовался обалденно красивый туман, два дня гуляли по Амасре и любовались красотой. Минус - Туалет оч маленький в некоторых номерах и если человек повыше, коленки наверно будут стоять в комнате))).

• Verified traveler (4/5): Bu bizim bakış açımıza göre yaşadığımız tecrübemiz - Akşam saat 19:00 gibi otele vardık , Duş sistemi çok kötüydü , elektrikli termosifon vardı , su basıncı az olunca sıcaklık ayarlaması yapmak mümkün olmadığından sıkıntı yaşadık..Su basıncı düşüklüğü Amasra’nın genel problemiymiş.Fakan Otelin buna göre bir tesbir alıp bir çözüm geliştirmiş olması lazımdı diye düşünüyorum.. Banyo/WC küçük , duşa kabinin tek tarafı açık duş yaparken su komple banyonun diğer kısımlerını istila ediyor..Otel konumu itibarıyla sahil’e yakında olsa önünü kapatan bir bina hasebi ile deniz görmüyor..Kahvaltı yok , zaten olsaydı da mıtfağındaki hijyen eksikliği (Merdiven altında bir mutfağı mevcut) sebepli orada yemezdik.İki gecelik konaklamamızı , bir gece olarak yapıp otelden çıkış yaptık…

• Mehmet Onur (4/5): - Otel konsept olarak ahşap evde falan bu güzeldi. Ancak oda biraz fazla küçüktü. Tek kişi kaldım ama 2 kişi hareket etmek biraz zor olabilir. Odada en kötü olan şey yataktı. Aşırı rahatsızdı ve 2 gün boyunca ciddi şekilde uykusuz kaldım.

• Savas (4/5): Amasra’da kaldık. - Pansiyon boştu içeri girmek için 20 dakika kapıda bekledik, hava çok soguktu,pansiyon soguktu, otel yönetiminin vermiş olduğu elektrik sobası ve mevcut klima anca gece yarısına doğru ısıtmaya başladı. Pansiyon sahibi ne kadar iyi niyetli davransa dahi mevcut durum anlattığım gibiydi.

• Pilar (10/5): Beautiful relaxing restored house - I really enjoyed my time here. The room was very cozy and the house is beautiful, a restored wooden house. Erge was also very kind, he showed us the beaches around. The WI FI in our room was not very strong.

• Hoi (9/5): Superb - I had a pleasant stay at Kum Butik Hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, even allowing us to use the washing and drying machines. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. Note that there is no elevator, so you'll need to walk a short staircase for rooms on the second floor. It's about a 10-minute walk to the bus station, but be cautious as the road isn't in perfect condition, which can be tricky if you're carrying heavy luggage.

• Christopher (10/5): Lovely character hotel in a great location, totally recommend. - Great location close to beach and good restaurants. We had a charming room in this renovated old Ottoman house. We were offered a choice of room on the top floor and took the garden facing one with the very small bathroom. We found the bathroom manageable for us and liked our room but if you prefer a bigger bathroom the road facing room at the top is the one to request. We communicated via booking messages and found the management very helpful. We asked for a room service on the 3rd day of our stay which was done. We also asked to use the washing machine and line and this was provided free of charge. Also free parking was provided. Great value for Amasra. Nothing but it is a house of age and character so take that into account.

• Max (7/5): Good - The sheets were clean, the room is steps away from the crowded center which makes it a good catch. Bathroom clean, but small. The bed springs hurt.
• Pietro (1/5): Bad - The staff was absolutely not friendly. The man who "assisted" us cannot speak any word in English and has never tried to use Google translate. When we arrived in the room, the temperature was 12°C. The inverter stopped working after 10 minutes and, after arguing with them for a while (1:30 hour), they gave us two column heaters, a solution that is unsafe and dangerous (1.8 kW for heater). The bathroom remained very very cold till the morning and there was no hot water. In the morning the breakfast was not offered, even if we paid for it. As final note, the entire building smells like dirt and wet feet and mold.

Çok güzel bir yer limana kumsala yürüme mesafesinde hizmetlerinden dolayı Kum otel ve Hotels. Com a teşekkür ederim.

• Enga.b (9/5): We had a pleasant time there. The garden of the house was great too. - I loved the location. It was just a few minutes walk to everywhere. Also, we loved the little kitchen in the basement, which I used a few times to cook home meal for my toddler. The owner Mr. Ugur was wonderful, the lady attending to the housekeeping was very nice too. All in all, we loved this place and would stay there again if we visit Amasra. The bathroom was small. But, for the price we paid, it was great value.

• Vedat (10/5): - Ein schöner und authentisch renovierter Gebäude. Innen ebenfalls schön sauber. Der Betreiber war sehr Nett und hilfsbereit. Immer ein lächeln auf den Lippen. Einen Parkplatz hat er uns paar Meter vom Hotel organisiert. Alles super. Mann muss aber auch Nostalgie mögen :-). Einen Stern ziehe ich aber wegen dem Bad ab. Dieser ist, wie auch einige vor mir angemerkt haben, sehr klein. Zu mindestens war das Bad/WC in meinem Zimmer viel zu klein, besonders die Toilette. Sonst kann ich dieses kleine Butik Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist nämlich top. Fast am Strand. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Менеджер отеля очень любезен и готов быстро решить любой вопрос. До моря 200м, стоянка рядом. Рядом улица с магазинами продуктов и множество кафе. Улица тихая.
• Verified traveler (8/5): F/p Değil - Merkeze yakın olması güzel fakat otopark sıkıntısı var. Yalıtım seviyesi düşük ve gün içerisinde çarşafları tekrar değiştirmek istediğimizde fazladan mevcut olmadığını söylediler. Bu durum biraz üzdü.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Tuvalet kapısı direkt yatağa bakıyordu ve neredeyse yarısı kırıktı. Bu nedenle birimiz vc ye girdiğinde diğerimiz nezaketen odadan çıkmak zorunda kalıyorduk. Klozet aylardır temizlenmemiş gibiydi. Çarşaflar hiç temiz görünmüyordu. Oda küçücüktü. Fotoğrafta gösterildiği gibi olmadığı çok açık. Giriş katını vermişlerdi ve sokağın gürültüsü olduğu gibi odanın içindeydi. Çöp arabaları alkollü insanlar herkesin sabaha kadar gürültüsünü çektik. Üstelik yan odayı bize verdikleri fiyatın yarısına verdiklerini kulağımla duydum. Kusura bakmasınlar ama hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.

And the owner is a kind & generous man. He provided a lovely breakfast in the garden, tea & coffee in the reception area and even cooked an afternoon snack.
