• fabienne (7/5): - Bon Emplacement. Très très proche du parking du port. Belle et grande salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café de locaux sympa. Attention le petit déjeuner compris dans la chambre ne comprend qu'un café et une pâtisserie (pour les gourmands😁). Petite chambre , aspect que ne rendent pas les photos. Pas de fenêtre dans cette chambre juste des vasistas , un peu oppressant. Pas de machine a café , ni de bouteille d'eau offerte. La Lumière du côté gauche du lit a un défaut (clignote).

Abbiamo conosciuto il gestore Simone che è una persona molto a modo e gentile cosa non scontata. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Grazie di tutto.

• Erminio Cristian (4/5): Struttura carina ma davvero sporca - Il titolare ha provveduto al cambio degli asciugamani e delle federe dei cuscini, tuttavia quando la sera ho sollevato le coperte ho trovato il copri materasso macchiato di sangue. Mi è sembrata una cattiva abitudine Scarsa igiene generale, pavimenti sporchi, bagno lavato con superficialità, biancheria del letto macchiata e asciugamani sporchi.

• Greta (8/5): - La struttura ha una posizione davvero centrale. Parcheggiare può essere un grosso problema ma penso sia un problema comune a Gallipoli. La stanza molto accogliente e bella. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo ancora qualche perplessità per quanto riguarda il pagamento in quanto abbiamo selezionato l’opzione pagamento in struttura ma c’è stato chiesta comunque il pagamento di metà della somma totale prima del nostro arrivo (Booking lo consente solo per la verifica della carta in via temporanea). A parte questo tutto bene!

• Sebastien (10/5): Elegáns és romantikus szoba / Elegant and romantic room - Egy igazi ékszerdoboz ez a hely. Nagyon hangulatos a szoba a boltíves mennyezettel és a baldachinos ággyal. Közel mindenhez de mégis csendes helyen. A kommunikáció az üzemeltetővel könnyű és gyors volt. Egyszer találkoztunk, amikor átadta a kulcsot az érkezéskor. A parkolás nagyon könnyű, csak a kikötői fizetős parkolót kell keresni (15:00 és 24:00 között kell fizetni). Onnan 5 perc gyalog a szállás. Az ágy nagy és kényelmes, a fürdőszoba jól felszerelt. Összese 3 szobát adnak ki, úgyhogy nem volt nagy jövés - menés. A reggelit (kávé vagy tea és croissant van az árban, minden más fizetendő a helyszínen) egy közeli kávézóban szolgálják fel. A legjobb éttermek és a tengerpart is max. 8 perc gyalog. Ár / érték arányban szerintem az egyik legjobb választás. This place is a true hidden gem. The room is full of character, with a vaulted ceiling and a romantic canopy bed. It's close to everything, yet tucked away in a quiet location. Communication with the host was easy and fast—we met just once when he handed over the keys upon arrival. Parking was very simple: just head to the paid port parking area (you only need to pay between 3:00 PM and midnight). From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to the accommodation. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. There are only three rooms in total, so it felt peaceful and not busy at all. Breakfast (a coffee or tea and a croissant, included in the price—anything extra is paid on site) is served at a nearby café. The best restaurants and the beach are all within an 8-minute walk. In terms of value for money, I think this is one of the best options out there."

• Pascal (5/5): Zentrale Lage, Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen - Zentrale Lage Frühstück in einem Café, Kaffee und Gebäck schmecken lecker. Teurer Packplatz mit 10,50€ Tagesticket. Das Zimmer wurde zwar geputzt (Boden kehren und Betten machen) aber auf den Möbeln war eine dicke Staubschicht. In der Dusche bildet sich in den Fugen bereits Schimmel. Der Duschkopf war verkalkt und hatte ebenso Schimmel. Die komplette Duschkabine hat ihre besten Zeiten schon hinter sich und sollte rundum erneuert werden. Die Reinigungskraft verschließt Koffer und bewegt diese halb offen, geht gar nicht! Der beschriebene Balkon ist eher ein Austritt als ein Balkon.
• Henriette (6/5): Dejligt og hyggeligt men desværre trak mangel på rengøring ned i helhedsoplevelsen. - Meget hyggelig beliggenhed og hyggeligt indrettet og flotte detaljer som fliser på badeværelse og på gulv i værelset. Meget hjælpsom vært og nem indtjekning. Nemt med parkering. Rigtig fin morgenmad på en nærliggende cafe. Skønt med en lille balkon. Super god opbevaring til tøj og andre ting. Rengøringen var virkelig mangelfuld. Mug og skimmel i brusenichen. Fugtpletter på væggen bag sengen. Fliser i værelset var meget beskidte - "gammelbeskidt". Hvis man gik i hvide sokker på gulvet var de meget beskidte en halv time efter. Der manglede et par glas til rådighed på værelset.

La localisation : nous étions en plein centre ( le parking du port est à côté) Le petit déjeuner 😊 était parfait dans un petit café en plein centre ( l'équipe est très agréable et parle français)

The room was specious, in excellent location, beach and historic centrum both in 5 mins walk. Simone helped us with directions and recommendations. He also gave us breakfast vouchers. Overall it was an excellent stay , definitely recommended. Also perfect for staying with a small kid. The bathroom needs to be more clean and repaired.

As portadas da janela para a rua são velhas e deixam passar muita claridade fazendo-nos despertar mais cedo que o habitual. A cama é as almofadas não era excepcionais; o pequeno almoço é só um miminho e 10h para check out quando se está de férias é demasiado cedo

• Nikolett (7/5): Good - The authentic charm of the building was lovely. The location was also great. The communication was easy, the owner was reachable and he responded always quickly. Everything worked, the window was double glazed, so the noise didn't bother us. Although it was clean (and cleaning was offered every day), there were mould spots on the brown wall behind the bed and the AC was dark coloured inside. We had to use the AC but every time it opened up, it made me think about what I breathe in? A kettle would be nice in the common area as the breakfast spot was a few corners away on foot.

• Aurelien (3/5): lux is just in the name - the location. there is no lux at all. the room was quite dirty and there was a lot of mold. we were awaken by works in the building at 7.30 am but no information was provided about this (owner's responsability) also the room has a window that was in between our room and the common area. as result we were awaken in the night by other guests who switched on the lights and left it on. just stay elsewhere.

• Goncalo (7/5): Good - 2 to 5 minutes of the historic centre. Big and fresh room. Breakfast. First is not in the building but in a coffee 5 min walking from the room. Then very busy coffee, meaning you'll fight for a table and you'll wait ages to order. And the choices are capuchinho or coffee with a croissant with chocolate, plane or cream. Nothing else.... the quality is very poor. Room. Room has very old blinds that don't close, so very early, like 6am the room is very bright. There were stains in the sofa. Parking. Almost impossible to find parking. There's a parking nearby but you'll do 100 rounds to it before you can park the car.
