Highly Recommend. - I am considering moving to Austin, so it gave me the perfect feeling of what it is like to live in Austin because it is not a traditional hotel, it is more like an apartment that is used as a hotel like an AirBnB. I loved having my own kitchenette and everything. Also the location was so phenomenal, I was 3 minutes from all the nightlife. It was truly amazing. It was also really easy to check in even though I arrived to the hotel late around 10 pm. I actually did not mind this because I am used to this being from Miami, but I am saying this for other patrons who may want to stay away from this, so East 6th (where the hotel is located) is a party zone, and from my room you could hear people talking and partying late at night. If that would bug you, don't stay here or live here, but I don't mind because I'm 24 years old and used to it.

- Harry (7/5): The stay was great. Very happy with the unit. It met our needs - The location. The unit needs a new mattress and it needs to improve the WIFI signal at the parking level.
- Vickie (7/5): Very informative of where not to stay for good night sleep - I liked the layout of the room. Instructions for parking garage prior to check in is almost essential. Water pressure was ok for showers but took forever to fill the tub for a bath. Mattress was horrible. The noise level is bad I could hear conversations on the street. Heavier curtains are needed. The street noise is big and expected in the location yet more could be done.

- Darcy (10/5): Home Away From Home - It felt like home away from home. Everything was well thought out. I never found myself thinking that I wash I had something I needed to be comfortable. The person working the night we checked in was also very friendly and accommodating.

- Pavel (5/5): Nice area, bad service for 500$ per night - There is a coffee machine in the lobby. There is a well equipped kitchenette with dishes and a dishwasher. There is laundry in the corridor. There was no table and chair to sit and eat the meal or work on a computer. Staff was not able to provide any. There is no TV signal. You must have an application to watch TV. The carpet was not vacuumed, probably. There was a bunch of hair. Control of the fan on the ceiling was a closely guarded secret. Sometimes worked, sometimes not. It was not possible to initiate the air conditioning. 505$ per night Shame!

My reserved spot had a car parked in it. Also, one of the nights my code to my room didn’t work. It was after hours and I had to text for help. It was resolved in about 20 minutes. But I did not care for the dreadful feeling of not being able to immediately get into my room.
- Jai Bhakti Yoga (8/5): Great place, no car needed to get to everything, and lots to enjoy all in one. - The room and the gym along with the coffee machine downstairs and how close the property is to everything. Perfect walking distance to everything. Great view of what's happening around. Love the way the space is set up. I could live there for sure. How can you hear everything in the hallway and outside? However, it wasn't too bad, just louder than expected. Also a mirror in the room would have been useful.

The bed size was a bit small compared to US standards. We wanted to use the safe, which was locked, after asking the staff they mentioned that they are removing them from rooms. Difficult to store valuable items during the day.

The location is awesome if you want to be right in the middle of lots of bars and restaurants. Grocery store across the street is convenient. We requested that they look to see if the odor was from the water heater area and the kitchen window had spider webs, we asked for it to be cleaned. The odor was fixed as soon as requested, the spider webs were not. The staff was always very pleasant.

The parking garage is very handy, and we didn't find it too narrow or difficult to navigate (like other reviews suggest). I think it would only be an issue if you have a very, very large truck. We had a large Hyundai SUV and it was totally fine! The bed was just a fold-out bed - it was quite comfy, but a little small and tended to sink in the middle.

This time we rented a one bedroom but it had a musty damp smell throughout the apartment. The floor was filthy as well. It was odd because the floor appeared clean but when we looked at the bottom of our socks they were black! Also, the air ran continuously without ever reaching set point. First time we rented a two bedroom that did not have any of these issues. Yes, the property is near bars and clubs so it will be loud at times, but did not bother us.

But you can hear every noise from everyone above you, beside you, and the bar on the first floor WILL rattle your windows until 2am. We were on the 4th floor. You can hear the entire crowd yelling along with the songs. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels with bars, I get the vibe. I’ve never experienced this level of noise at any of them. Again, it’s very nice, the service is great! It’s just very loud.

They were not clear and thankfully when I walked in after hours there was someone still at the desk to help. In the middle of the night the hot water heater in my room started leaking and flooding my room, spent hours texting the "emergency" after hours with no response. Not until the next day was I able to speak to someone. No sleep and had to go to work that morning. I was staying several nights all they did for the inconvenience was move my room and refund one night. Needless to say it was not a good experience.

My favorite part was the location! Lots of food trucks, bars, and even a convenient store across the street. The parking garage was very narrow. You have to be super careful in it. The unit was the farthest from the elevator, and the walk from the elevator is hot because the hallway is exposed to the courtyard. The courtyard looked nice but we didn't use it.
