• Elena (9/5): ottimo appartamento consigliatissimo - appartamento come da descrizione, ottima la posizione, ottima la comunicazione con la struttura, camere pulite, sempre disponibili per qualunque informazione anche riguardante il nostro soggiorno. a pochi passi dalla piazza e da moltissimi locali. consigliatissima niente di significativo da segnalare
• Rachele (8/5): - Posizione ottima, locali spaziosi, ben arredati e comodi La mia stanza si trovava all'ultimo piano e i lucernai non avevano tende oscuranti, per cui la stanza diventava impossibile dormire dopo le prime luci dell'alba. Dal bagno proveniva uno sgradevole odore di fognatura a seconda dell'orario della giornata; ma questo non credo dipenda dalla struttura perché anche per strada, dai tombini, si sentiva lo stesso odore.

• Bruno Salgueiro (9/5): A um passo do centro. - Apartamento muito bem localizado, praticamente no centro de Cracóvia. Boas áreas e bastante confortável. Foi ótimo para quem viaja com família e crianças! Altamente recomendado! O apartamento não se encontrava limpo à hora prevista do check-in devido a um atraso da equipa de limpeza. O problema foi resolvido rapidamente.
• Caitriona (10/5): Would definitely return. Really clear instructions on accessing the property from the host amd very helpful. Excellent l - Lots of space. Really central location. The bedrooms were on a mezzanine level so you couldn’t stand up fully but it wasn’t a problem..
• Licheri (10/5): Una città che stupisce. - L’appartamento si trova ad un passo dalla piazza principale. Tutto attorno si trovano ristoranti e caffè. L’appartamento è davvero molto carino e accogliente, dotato di tutto l’occorrente. Piacevole tornare a casa la sera e rilassarsi al caldo.

• Nigel (10/5): - Great location, good facilities, all very clean and would recommend , there are a number of flats advertised and need to check what your specific choice includes eg thought we had washing machine and bedroom arrangements could be clearer , but only small things for what is great accomodation and location.

• Rosario (4/5): Buena ubicación, pero dificultades en la accesibilidad. - La ubicación excelente. Muy cerca de la plaza del mercado. Muy bien decorado y limpio. Estuvimos en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, cosa que no quedaba indicada al hacer la reserva. Al llegar, estaba una chica terminando la limpieza. Esta fue muy amable y nos hizo de enlace con el propietario. Llamó a la oficina del mismo para transmitir nuestra propuesta: cambiarnos a otro apartamento en un piso más bajo, ya que éramos mayores (jubilados) y con ciertas dolencias en miembros inferiores. Quedaron en contestarnos, pero no lo hicieron. También lo comuniqué a Booking, y desde esta plataforma, me mandaron un mensaje ya preestablecido: "Cambio de apartamento por unos 85 euros". Esto sin saber si me cambiaban al de al lado (4 en mi planta) o a un tercero, segundo, etc. Por tanto, la falta de comunicación con los propietarios, es un gran incoveniente en este tipo de alojamientos.
• Manuel (9/5): Un apartamento muy acogedor - La ubicación perfecta en plena ciudad vieja, al lado de todas las cosas que visitar en Cracovia. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia y nos la resolvieron en seguida. Lo recomendaría cien por cien.

• Kara (9/5): Great location and very walkable to most places - Very close proximity to old town. Local shops and little food markets accessible once you walk out the door. Large apartment with all the necessities needed for a short stay. Communication and instructions were clear and prompt. Everything was lovely. Could hear street noise (horse/carriage and people talking) wasn’t a big deal at all

• Alicja (6/5): Doskonała lokalizacja przy rynku częściowo rekompensowała w/w niedoskonałości . - Lokalizacja znakomita ! Apartament czysty , pościel i ręczniki czyste , kuchnia dobrze wyposażona . Apartament moim zdaniem jest z jedną sypialnią gdyż w drugim pokoju gdzie znajduje się telewizor po bardzo wysokich stopniach wchodzi się do łóżka pod sufitem . Absolutnie nie nadaje się dla starszych osób !! Bardzo zły stan kanapy ( zapadająca się ) do siedzenie w aneksie jadalnym . Zepsuty zamek w drzwiach do łazienki ( byliśmy dwa małżeństwa powyżej 60 lat i to był problem ) . Ponadto urwane haczyki na ręczniki w łazience i trzymaliśmy ręczniki w pokoju .

• Richard (10/5): Perfect location. Very easy dealing with the host. Would stay again. - Location was excellent. We had a slight problem with the hot water which got sorted within an hour of contacting them. Lots of light. Lovely shower. Nice view of the church across the road.

Розташування просто чудове — у самому центрі Кракова, всього за кілька хвилин пішки від залізничного вокзалу. Оселя затишна, чиста та надзвичайно зручна для проживання. Якщо подорожуєте власним авто, варто заздалегідь продумати питання парковки, адже в центрі міста з цим може бути складніше. Загалом у нас залишилися тільки найкращі враження — як від самих апартаментів, так і від привітного та турботливого ставлення господарів. Рекомендуємо!

• Eduardo (6/5): Céntrico pero incomodísimo - La ubicación Las habitaciones, por llamarlas así , estaban situadas en una entreplanta del apartamento y tenían 1,40 m de altura con lo cual tenías q estar agachado todo el tiempo. Se subía a ellas a través de una "escalera" de madera no apta excepto para trapecistas. El frontal de las habitaciones de la entreplanta era una cortina. No creo q sea legal dicha entreplanta ya q se exige una altura mínima

Too many stairs, too much noise and too many bumped heads!! - It was clean and modern It was at the top of 6 flights of stairs, without a lift which wasn’t mentioned at point of booking. We were a family of 5 adults, my daughter is only 5 foot 2 inches and even she could only use about 55% of the apartment without getting on her hands and knees to use electric socketsThe ceiling slopped for approx 45% of the apartment. We had to duck to sit in armchairs, get in and out of bed, turn lamps on etc! We all bumped our heads several times each throughout the stay. The apartment I looked at when booking showed an extra bedroom. On asking host he said I must have looked at the wrong apartment. The second bed was a loft bed on a small mezzanine style floor with steep ladders that had to be crawled in and out of! No privacy, one small toilet, which opened out into the seating area. One small mirror in the whole apartment which was above the sink in the small toilet! Could hear noise from other apartments. Even opened our door one morning at 5am to find a man lying outside of it from the next apartment! Lots of noise from the street (even from 6 floors up) near the main Square in the Old Town, so Party revellers walking from the town area Singing, shouting, Arguing until 5am! We didn’t get much sleep! Wouldn’t go back to that apartment again.

• Borja (6/5): Casa con una localización inmejorable pero incómoda para alojar a un grupo de personas. - La ubicación es lo mejor de la estancia. El aseo de la casa también es una cosa destacable. No es un apartamento para dormir 6 personas. Nosotros éramos seis y dos personas tuvieron que dormir en 2 sofás muy incómodos. Apenas pudieron dormir en toda la estancia en Cracóvia. El amo del alojamiento no se preocupó por poder solucionarlo e hizo caso omiso a nuestras peticiones.

• Anna (8/5): Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Urzekły mnie dżwieki Krakowa; przejeżdżajace dorożki i hejnał. - Czystość obiektu bez zarzutu. Wystrój i sprzęty doskonale odpowiadały naszym potrzebom. Urzekły mnie dżwięki Krakowa, z hejnałem i przejeżdżającą pod oknem dorożką Zarezerwowałam inny pokój w ktorym nie było antresoli,ale dostaliśmy właśnie taką opcję. Wdrapać sie na antresolę i zejść z niej dla osoby starszej jest bardzo niekomfortowe więc proszę następnym razem dodać w notatce opisu pokoju o takim rozwiazaniu.

The property originally has very high ceilings and now converted into a Mezzanine, which leaves you with “2” bedrooms with very low ceilings and no doors one next to the other.

• Chiara (9/5): Eccellente - Appartamento centralissimo, ad un passo dalla piazza principale di Cracovia. Bellissimo, molto moderno e curato nei dettagli. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, macchinetta da caffè, cialde, tè, asciugami e mini phon per capelli. Molto carino il letto a soppalco, insolito. Consiglio la struttura assolutamente Unica pecca, ma è comprensibile per l’estrema vicinanza con il centro storico, il rumore di notte delle vie della città. Le finestre non sono insonorizzate ed inoltre filtra molta luce esterna, per mancanza di tapparelle. Però ne vale la pena, ha ogni servizio esterno a portata di mano

• Feddeck (2/5): - Es gab nur ein Fenster für den ganzen Apartament, es war warm und stickig. Draußen war laut. Wir mussten das Fenster zumachen um zu Schlafen. Wir hatten auch kein Strom. Das Person hat versucht Strom wieder zu bekommen. Das hat aber nicht geklappt. Wir blieben den ohne Strom. Wir waren in diesem Apartament bloß eine Nacht. Nächsten Morgen haben wir das Apartament schon früh verlassen, weil wir nach Hause fuhren mussten.
