• Karen (3/5): Poor - It was chaotic booking. When we arrive, the caretaker wasn't able to reach by any phone numbers indicated on the booking so we need to talk to the guard to contact her. Then, she gave our room to another guest pretending to be me. She didn't even check the identity of the other guest. And then to settle us, she put us on tower C, the room is different but she still collect the same amount pf payment. It was not pool view balcony, there were cockroaches, the utensils were not complete, broken, and so on, in short, it was really disappointing.

• Ancheta (8/5): We just enjoyed the pools. - Location is good. Tha unit that they gave has no balcony. The cabinets was broken, no microwave oven, etc.
• Gordo (9/5): I had a perfect stay in RHM Condostaycat. The place is very beautiful, clean and affordable. - The place is very nice, clean, and the people around are very accommodating. There are stores nearby that make it a very convenient place as well. It's also near MOA. Ms. Hydhee, the one in charge of the unit we used, is very kind and accommodating.
• Janalyn (3/5): UNHAPPY - The place is secured with the room were too small and wasn’t informed that i had to pay 150 pesos each time we use the pool. The room itself very outdated and the bathroom ceiling mouldy and shower head rusted. The night we arrived i took a shower and i had to pulled and lift to be able to open the shower glass door and noted the roller weren’t aligned and sure enough the next morning coming out from the shower the glass collapsed! of course i got charge 8.500 pesos for the broken glass . i tried to explain and the person who was in charge told me i had to pay as it’s property damaged and she said had too many guest and this never happened. Air conditioning wasn’t cold at all even though putting to the coolest temperature. Paid 8,500 pesos for half glass When booking it was confirmed that i booked room with balcony which wasn’t the case .

• Elizabeth (2/5): Bed is comfortable but I hate the stale smell of the condo I rented - I’m not sure about the other Towers but in Tower A a certain room I booked is kind of run down. Smell is horrible like wet carpet, no bins to put trash in the kitchen and the towels old when you wipe yourself after shower face and body will be covered with flakes from the towel 😡.

• Marie (7/5): Good - the location was very comfortable while i stayed.It is very easy to access in terms of convenient store and car outside services. one thing that i didn't' t expect was the swimming pool is chargeable for every guest. When i booked this residence it was shown that it was free in swimming.I was surprised when the staff said that i need to pay it, and also there is no iron to use.
• Shelimae (5/5): Passable - Lobby The attitude of the owner. At first, when we didn't still meet, she was very approachable and nice, but after we saw each other, it seemed she looked us down. Though we were poorest of the poor, we are still guests regardless of statues. Another is no signal of WiFi.

Aircon covered with dust & noisy - Sea residence tower is very beautiful,walking distance from Mall of Asia, it has lots of swimming pool, the reception lobby is very huge and smells amazing. But the RHM condo we booked in was very disappointing, very small and cheap looking condo,no microwave, aircon very noisy and full of dust, toilet has bad smell, and worst of all many bugs crawling on the floor at night. I informed the agent or Im not sure if shes the owner. I told her to clean properly and to check everything so that it will be pleasant to the next guests but she did not response. I booked for 2 night stay but I wasn’t happy at all. My kids are afraid with the bugs. It was the worst accomodation I have ever had. Instead of apologising the disgusting things in her condo but her concern was if I put these things in the review. And she collected me more money than the price of my booking online. She said its because there is tax but my booking online says that tax was included. I told her to send me back the excess amount she collected from me but she did not response she just ignore my messages. I should have give her chance to clean her condo for the next client by not reviewing my bad experience but she was dishonest by collecting me more money. So I should share my experience in her condo for awareness of others. Not clean, bad smell. Bugs are crawling on the floor and wall, and collected more money than the booking price. Over all bad experience.

• Pí (8/5): Very good - I like the lobby area, poolview from upstairs & downstairs for night convo with my partner. It sooo relaxing. It's our first time in a condo staycation & it's so worth it. I will definitely come back again in the future but please don't hesitate to include the exact accommodation rate in the booking page online so no more surprises during arrival. Tnx. Just the tv & the other charges. Otherwise it's a perfect place to stay.

We were 4 guests arrived there were only 1 double bed and sofa bed so only 3 persons fit in those and there wasn’t extra mattress only 1 thick blanket. And only 2 blankets for 4 persons. So we had to request 2 extra blankets.

• May (9/5): Superb - Its near to the mall, world trade and picc. We stayed there for a night for the oath taking ceremony and a.little.xmas shopping. Its so accesible going to picc and world bazaar and MOA. The unit is complete with.all household amenities. The bidet is leaking though but its just a minor problem.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my check-in was seamless and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable — just a stone's throw from Mall of Asia (MOA), with easy access to public transport, dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Whether you're in Manila for business or leisure, the convenience of being close to everything is a major plus. The unit I stayed in was impeccably clean and well-equipped. The modern amenities, comfortable bed, and stylish decor made it feel like a home away from home. I particularly loved the spacious living area and the stunning views of the surrounding area from the balcony — a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. The facilities at the complex are top-notch, including a well-maintained pool and gym. • Rodolfo (6/5): pleasant and worth the price considering it’s cheaper to other listings. would book again - very near landmarks, and the unit has a great view of the pools. the TV has netflix, youtube etc. and the beds are good for 4-5 pax, the ac was working fine and theres also a fan no toiletries, linen/towels were for 1-2 pax, we booked 4 guests total and had to request more. the host was quite difficult to message, so we resulted to calls. just sad that we didnt get to use the pools since the host didnt have enough passes even though we said prior to booking that we plan on using the pools

• Nikko (10/5): Cheapest room in MOA with great amenities. - Miss Hydee, the contact person, was very kind, very polite and very accommodating. She allowed us to put our bags prior to check-in time since we need to go somewhere else. Any hour of the day, she makes herself available to answer our queries. The unit is clean and decent for 4 pax each room. There are two beds (god for 2 each) and an extra mattress. There is a good wifi connection, and cable tv. You can cook and we shared a meal in the unit. Utensils are also already provided. Towels, working toilet with flush and bidet, heater for shower, all are included. The area is also very near MOA. Walking distance. Will definitely book again. Nothing in general. Everything on the stay went great. Will book again. (The sockets need adapters for most of our phones' chargers. Either bring your own adapters or the unit owner may consider adding an extension with universal sockets . But this is a very small inconvenience).

The lobby close at night & everyone can come there I don't recommend this place at all not safe to stay better stay at the hotel & be comfortable the staff are not friendly we ask for cart to bring our laguages to the room & they told us we only have one cart available. There's so much modus in this place poor service also there' s cockroaches in the room☹️

• Roderick (3/5): Avoid at any cost - I wanted a place close to the mall. The room was a joke. The size of a matchbox. Apartments are owned individually, and landlords set their own conditions. The 6 pools are off limits unless you pay a fee. Two of the 6 had blue-green algae. Cannot carry luggage past pools but must go underground through the basement. Do not dry any clothes on the patio or risk a fine. Speaking of patios... Our room had one - as listed on the booking - but we were told it was a mistake and would have to move. WE DID NOT MOVE!

The 2 rooms we occupied are both clean, complete with cooking tools etc and with auto washing machine. • Kristel (7/5): Good - We like the view from the patio, the staff was friendly and it was close to where we needed to be. Wasn't expecting too much, it was okay overall. It was dusty, we've been sneezing since day 1 til day 3. The blinds were dirty and dusty, some utensils were a bit smelly even after washing them with dish soap. Facilities and other amenities were okay, the smell was just a bit weird when we've entered. But overall, it's budget friendly for 4 adults.
