• Daniela (10/5): - Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. The cabin overall was amazing with large windows in the living room giving us a great view of the snow. This was a great cabin we can't wait to come back.

• Lisa (10/5): - This was our first stay at Edgar’s hideaway. The house was perfect for our group. It was very cozy and so close to all of the things we wanted to do while in big bear. My kids loved it. Communication was great as well. We will definitely book here again for our next big bear trip.

• Jose (2/5): - The property has great potential but as soon as we walked in we saw the beds undone, dog hair everywhere and bunched up towels on the bed when in fact the description says its cleaned daily. Overall, our experience was very uncomfortable.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday and we had a great time. The cabin was super fun with the game room and jacuzzi for her and her BFF. It was a lovely location and we will for sure stay there again! Close to all the fun stuff but far enough away to get out of the busy.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The house was nice and big. We loved the living room, game room & outdoor jacuzzi which is brand new. Our only issues were with their house keeping. Not enough towels ,we all had one each and no washing towels . There were no rugs to clean shoes off at the doors. One of the restrooms didn’t have hand soap so we had to go buy one. And we had to get a kitchen towel to dry our hands for the downstairs restroom. We expected the house to be cleaned better due to covid but it wasn’t .We brought Lysol wipes and cleaned everything and the table was dirty and the chairs . Spider webs were visible all over the kitchen ceilings and chandelier over the kitchen table. I was grossed out with the extra blankets in the closet that had stains and even the master bedrooms comfortable had white spots . The drive way was so dangerous with snow and ice .We all almost fall and my husband fell bad . The slant and snow , ice don’t mix well. The kitchen was nice but trying to cook was okay . The stove is nice but the pot and pans aren’t in the same place and instead all over the place . It hasent been organized in a while .The back door didn’t lock and when I told owner they knew about it and said they planned on fixing it in a few days but I think that is something that should be felt with right away. Both showers were out of shampoo good thing we had our own.We didn’t bring a lot of the stuff I’m complaining about bc they said it would be included. Overall I would give this house a 7.5/10.
• Robert (10/5): Great cabin, close to everything! - This cabin is hidden away but not too far from the Village Main Street. It was comfortable, has lots of room, was clean and the game room is epic! There is a nice deck to relax on, tv’s in almost all the rooms and is just minutes from the lake. Had a great time here!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Relaxing family friendly getaway - Lovely, family friendly cabin on a nice street. Three big bedrooms, one with bunk beds. Wi-fi worked great and there was a nice big tv with all the channels. Beautiful kitchen with all the pots/pans/dishes/etc you need to cook. Game room was a fun bonus. Big deck. We would stay here again.

• Laura (10/5): Nice family cabin - The cabin was spacious and well kept. We enjoyed the large living space. Plenty of parking off the street, which is hard to come by in this area. Checking in was extremely easy. Overall, a great stay here.
