- سلطان (3/5): الشكر فقط للشباب الطيبين في الاستقبال. لكن فندقكم سيء جداً - الموقع عادي جداً . سكنت فيه قبل أربع سنوات وعدت له الآن وقد تغير للأسوء والله مع العلم أنه فرع من فندق بيات الخمسة نجوم في خميس مشيط . 1-موقع الخدمات فيه وحوله ضايفة جداً 2-الفندق يتدهور بشكل كبير للأسوء . لايوجد كفي على أقل تقدير . 3-بالنسبة للمطعم بدري عليهم بالشكل هذا يطورون . 4-الممرات قديمة والفرش فيها من زمن الجاهلية . 5-الأجنحة نظام فاشل الحمامات قديمة جداً . 6-تمر عليك جميع الروائح مرة ريحة الفرش القديم ومرة دخان وكذا 7-الأسعار نااااار طوال السنة دفعت 1260 مقابل ليلتين ووالله مايستاهل قسم بالله لو فيه مقابل كان الأمر عادي . لكن المصيبة ماهي فيه هو فندق موجود في محافظة جميلة لكن تفتقر لخدمات الفندقة كلها زبايل والله. قبل تحجز سيد الكريم القارئ لكلامي خذ لفة على كل الشقق والفنادق شيء مخزي مخزي . تتحمله وزارة السياحة وبلدية محايل وأمارة عسير .
- ABDULKARIM (6/5): - نظافة الاسره والحافات لا توجد روائح مزعجه من دورات المياه ولا روائح دخان _لا توجد مناشف وتم طلبها فتم توفير منشفه صغير والجناح يحتوي على سته اسره _تم طلب لحاف زياده أفاد الموظف ان هناك عجز ولا يمكن توفير لحاف او بطانيه _بلاط الجناح يوجد به تطبيل ويمكن أن ينكسر في اي وقت وهذا خطر على المستأجر _لا توجد كنبات في الغرف و الصاله لا يوجد فيها غير كنبه شخصين _لا توجد بقاله قريبه ولا يوجد في كوفي او بوفيه في الفندق
