- Sheryl (10/5): Great room within palace walls of Split - The room was located within the palace walls so if you are interested in the Old Town area this is a great choice. The owner is extremely helpful with off-site parking since there are no cars allowed in the Old Town. He is also helpful with recommendations. The room is very small but clean, well equipped, and nicely located within the palace walls. Be prepared to carry your luggage a few blocks and up some stairs. The shower floor was slippery and could use some nonslip stickers or pad.

The owner picked us up from the airport and was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfy - we would recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was fantastic.

- Louise (8/5): Extremely central and if you like it lively - stay here! - The location was right in the centre of restaurants and bars . It's a very beautiful area . We weren't that bothered but if you like to sleep in silence then maybe this isn't for you . Lots of music and noise and shouting from the restaurant and bar close by which could still be heard with the window shut.

- Janie (10/5): Perfect location old town Split - Great location and very close to port, once you find it. No screens with windows open, brings in noseeums that bite. Host was responsive when needed. I had a very hard time locating the property. The street names are not visible. I had to ask directions 3 different times. I was glad I got a video for help finding it. Little deceiving with beach photos.

Instead, he texted us a video to watch that guided us through the narrow streets. It wasn't horrible and he was very nice offering recommendations on where to eat, but given how busy the area was, it would have been nice if he took the time to take us to the apartment

- Michael (10/5): Perfect short stay to enjoy old town Split - This was a comfortable room in a very convenient location in old town Split. The owners parked our car for us for 15 euros a day and was very accommodating. He gave lots of food recommendations too. There is a good spot right outside the door! Then, I forgot medicine in the fridge and took the ferry to Hvar. They let me know and met me at the ferry port in Split when I returned! Nothing.

Ancient & Modern touches tastefully fused. - In the heart of Split Old Town in a narrow passageway through an unassuming ancient door - a stunning modern room beautifully designed to maintain the features of 4th century walls and features. Spotlessly clean, air conditioned and with everything one could want for a short stay. The owner was also so very kind and helpful and we were made to feel really welcome. Honestly could not fault the room at all!

Split Old town is beautiful and the room was in the perfect position to explore. It was quiet but with nice views out of the windows, and cool air-conditioning in the heat of the day. We would really recommend and would definitely stay there again. nothing to add here.

- Bassygal (10/5): Excellent Location, Very Comfortable Room, Fabulous Management - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This place is perfectly situated in Old Town, so it is so easy to get to all of the sites. The staff reached out via WhatsApp a couple of days before we arrived to see if we needed transportation or anything. We had our own transportation, so they sent very detailed information including a video of where the driver should park and how we should navigate the narrow streets (which can be confusing) to find the place. The room was wonderful and comfortable. There was a mini-fridge that included a couple of waters and beers. We had a VERY long travel day the day we arrived, and thoroughly needed those beers! As we were leaving, I let Falcon know that we had consumed them in case he needed to charge us, and he graciously said to consider them a welcome gift. That was so unexpected and sweet! I can't think of anything.

Eight in the heart of Old Town but down a beautiful alley that was quiet. The host was exceptional. My luggage was lost and he offered to take me to the airport to get it two days later when it arrived. Awesome trip and highly recommend!

Gave us wrong directions and then started haranguing us. Very rude and frankly offensive. He is trying to run 9 rentals,an airport taxi pickup and bag storage and failing

Walkable only but very memorable, with a delicious fresh fish dinner served by the fine, small restaurant outside our door. We would always appreciate, from all self-register accommodation providers, at least two days advance info on access as we travel with email but not telephone. Day-of access can be probalematic if not seen in advance!

- Travis (10/5): - The host was extremely helpful, we had car troubles and he came and picked our car up and brought it to the parking spot as well as dropped our car back to us at both 6am one day as well as driving us to the airport at 4:30am another. He suggested multiple cool places to visit and good restaurants. One of the best experiences we have have had in terms of hotels. This is the first review I’ve written. 100% recommend this host.

The location was amazing, the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation was perfect, Mladen brought our vehicle to us and picked up based on any schedule that met our plans, and very friendly. Our stay here was incredible!

- Lydia (9/5): Great location, highly recommend! - The location was lovely & central in the Roman quarters of Split. The room was clean & ideal for what we needed. The bed was really comfy. Nothing, it was all great!
- Gregory (8/5): Very good - The location was great, right inside the palace walls within walking distance of everything. The room was clean upon arrival and the host was very communicative. The room was quite small with no space to lay your luggage out on the floor but you can easily make do. The shower also lacked water pressure and kept switching from the overhead shower to the handheld randomly, especially when on hot water. Our biggest complaint with this location is the lack of clarity on what the reserved parking entails. We did not have any issues and the host was very friendly but it should be known that the reserved parking was actually the host taking your car and parking it a few miles away at his house then bringing back to you whenever you wanted to use it. This was somewhat stressful to have a stranger driving our rental car with no idea what he was doing with it. It ended up working out ok, but we just felt that should be known prior to booking

- Elizabeth (10/5): Fabulous location and very charming - The location was unparalleled, right in the middle of the old city and just blocks from all of the major places of interest. The room had so much charm and character with the gorgeous stone walls and interesting lighting. It was also extremely comfortable and well air conditioned which was important as the temperatures outside were extremely hot. We were there with friends and they took the room across the hall from us which meant it was easy to be together as a group. One room was bigger than the other with chairs for us to sit together. It included a small bar fridge which our hostess thoughtfully stocked with water, some juice and a couple of beers which was a very nice touch. We did get to meet her and she was delightful and very helpful. There were also facilities for making tea and coffee. We were concerned about the possible noise from people partying late into the night outside, but once we closed the shutters it was extremely quiet. If we go back I would definitely stay there again. We loved it. There was nothing we did not like, we loved it.

The apartment was small, but beautifully well done, clean, efficient and was one of those moments you remember in Croatia! The owner actually picked up or friends late from the Airpot and drove them to the Apartment!

- Deebree (8/5): Very good - Location is incredible, right in centre of old town. Noise was not an issue as when you close shutter it is silent. Great to have a little fridge, glasses and a kettle to use. Loved that there was a hairdryer. Shower was super and beds really comfortable. Bit expensive but presume that’s because of the location. Air con was fantastic. Owner was very helpful and let us store our luggage before our flight home. The room was very small, not much space for suitcases etc. A couple of bowels and spoons would be really handy to have so you could have cereal in the rooms for breakfast.

He communicated the location details, helped with finding a great place for dinner, and with our transportation needs. We travelled from Korcula by ferry and were able to walk to the old town apartment easily.

He even met us and parked our car for us, providing inexpensive overnight parking. The apartment was clean and perfectly located within the old city. When leaving, he provided suggestions for a gorgeous beach on our way to the next stop, and restaurants along our way.
