• Davide (10/5): - La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, super accogliente e disponibile. L'alloggio è molto grazioso, dalla stanza col bagno privato alla cucina/salotto, uno spazio comune per tutte le camere. Si percepisce che ogni dettaglio è stato curato. È difficile ricercare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto. Ci siamo trovati tanto bene in tanti aspetti, l'unico probabilmente che suggerirei di migliorare è il materasso del letto, troppo morbido e affossato, soprattutto verso il centro.

• Marie Ange Ottina (9/5): - Nous avons aimé la chambre . Il y avait une collation en libre service : gâteaux, café, lait, yaourts, biscottes, beurre et confiture, collation qui faisait office de petit déjeuner aussi. Manque d un vrai petit déjeuner et la vue de la chambre.

• Gregory (3/5): A very stressful and unpleasant check in. - The facilities were acceptable despite not being as advertised. There was no on-site parking which was one of the reasons we booked. We parked on the street. The bed was not a king bed as advertised and this was another reason we booked. The advertised and photographed breakfast is completely misleading. It is in fact a few packaged items left out to help yourself. Far from the "buffet" promised. We arrived at the property at the prescribed check in time. We waited for a while to get a message on the app requesting documents before being allowed to enter despite having paid in advance. This became one of the most stressful and unpleasant experiences we had in Sardinia. The proprietor sent messages in Italian and eventually a photo with no explanation. She was however able to speak English when seeking our feedback and presumably a positive review. We were eventually able to work out that if you add her as a contact on Watsapp, then she communicates but until that time, we waited outside quite convinced that the premises are not legitimate and that we were going to have to find an alternative. The main problem arose because there was no one on site to assist. This property is run as a share house. This was a thoroughly unwelcoming experience and one we don't want to repeat. We do not recommend this property and suggest that you look at others in the area.

• Alessio (9/5): Super consigliato! - Posizione perfetta per visitare Cabras e i dintorni. Estrema facilità di parcheggio davanti l'alloggio. Colazione "autogestita" senza obblighi di orario. Regina presente ma non invadente, ottimo. Il letto corto in ferro battuto. Essendo alto più di un 1,90 metri non è il massimo della comodità.

• Consuelo (8/5): Weekend a Cabras - Regina è una super padrona di casa, pronta ad intervenire in caso di necessità e attenta ai bisogni degli ospiti. Casa accogliente e pulita. Per quanto riguarda i materassi, devo dire che il letto era super comodissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Everything in the apartment worked as it should, coffee/tea/cookies available. Cabras is the quiet city, but there is everything we needed, so the restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, really good connection with main roads along the west Sardegna side. Thanks a lot Regina! Bathroom in the room number 3 is a bit tight but we managed it ;)
