• Verena (4/5): - Die Lage, mitten in der Stadt Dass wir ausserhalb des Hotels unser Zimmer hatten Und das Vlan nicht funktionierte! Die Kaffeemaschinen beim Frühstück funktionierten schlecht, der Kaffee war miserabel! Das Essen im Speisesaal sehr nach Massenabfertigung, viel auf dem Teller, doch nicht sehr sorgfältig gekocht/ serviert.

• Claudia (10/5): Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr zentrale Lage, ist alles zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zufrieden. Es ist ringhörig, was für empfindliche Menschen etwas stören könnte.

• Bernadette (10/5): Es war wiedermal super im Hotel del Angelo kommen wieder! - Das Frühstück war gemütlich und lecker 😋 Das Hotel ist auf der Piazza Grande. Die Weihnachtsbeleuchtung war wunderschön! Es hat sich gelohnt sie zu sehen!

• Brigitte (8/5): Ich werde bei einer nächsten Gelegenheit schauen, ob noch ein Zimmer frei ist. - Die perfekte Lage und die Bauart vom Hotel. Es hatte Licht in der Nacht, so dass ich mein Zimmer finden konnte, ohne dass ich vorher einen Lichtschalter finden musste. Das Personal war schön gekleidet und freundlich. Das Frühstück war super - grosse Auswahl an Käse, Fleisch und Brot. Irgendwie roch es in meinem Zimmer nach Zigaretten - Rauch. Die Bettdecke war mir zu dünn.

• Cristina (10/5): Perfect central stay, recommend the restaurant! - Extremely central. They have their own beautiful restaurant too which is rated highly and has amazing food. The room was nice, especially for the price. We were able to leave our luggages there on the day of departure while we wandered around. It’s also a part of the Ticino ticket, which gives you free public transport and other discounts from check in until midnight the day of your last stay. Please advertise the fact that they’re a part of the Ticino ticket when you’re checking in!

• Rudolf (10/5): Top - zum Weiterempfehlen und Wiederkommen !! - Sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Rolläden, warm beheizt, zentral, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Der Obstsalat wäre noch besser mit frischem Obst statt aus der Dose. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

• Alice (1/5): Katastrophe auf der ganzen Linie - Leider gibt es hier nichts Positives zu berichten. Wir waren schon zweimal zuvor im Hotel dell'Angelo. Habe dann aus Versehen hier gebucht. Gehört zwar zum Hotel, befindet sich aber in einem Nebengebäude. Runtergekommen ohne Ende. Sie waren nicht bereit uns im Hotel ein Zimmer zu geben, obwohl es hier auf Booking noch immer freie Zimmer hatte... Von den gebuchten 5 Nächten, blieben wir bloss eine. Mein Sohn duschte nach der Anreise 5 Minuten, dann kam nur noch kaltes Wasser. Am Telefon hiess es, ich müsse jetzt eine halbe Stunde auf warmes Wasser im Boiler warten. Nach einer halben Stunde noch immer kaltes Wasser. Am nächsten Morgen nur Unfreundlichkeit und nicht mal gewillt einen Teil des Geldes zurück zu geben. Das ist noch nicht einmal eine 1-Sterne-Unterkunft! Generell ist alles alt und runtergekommen.

• Sara (10/5): A lovely hotel - It was lovely we were upgraded from 2 rooms to a 3 bed with bathroom. It was very hot but each room had a fan. The people were so friendly and lovely. The food was lovely with 10% off dinner - fab!! The car had to be parked in the local parking 5 min walk quite cheap. Fine. I definitely recommend. We stayed one night.

• Elizabeth (1/5): After moving into the Hoel our stay was good - I thought I had booked into the Hotel Dell‘Angelo but it was the Reidenz I had booked. The Residenz was horrible, very old and worn with a very low Futon Bett which was totally unsuitable for myself at nearly 70 and my Husband of 82. I went to the reception and asked them for a room in the Hotel. They were very obliging and we were able to move into the actual hotel . We chose this Hotel as we had stayed there before, always enjoyed our stay . Perfect location, room was spacious. Good breakfast

• Wladimir (7/5): geht so, obwohl alles drum serum gestimmt hat , hat die Erfahrung I'm Restaurant schlecht Erinnerung - die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer Das Servicepersonal, dazu muss ich betonen nur das Personal I'm Restaurationsbereich. Der Empfang war beim ein und anscheinend sehr freundlich. I'm Restaurant bzw Pizzeria haben wir uns sehr unwillkommen gefühlt, sowohl am Abend als auch am Morgen. Sehr unfreundliche Menschen!

• Labinot (4/5): - Ich hatte versucht beim Hotel ein zimmer zu Buchen stattdessen wurden wir in ein nahegelegenes Apartment untergebracht in den Fotos wird 3 Sterne geworben aber davon hatten wir nichts mitbekommen da wir in ein anderes Gebäude gehen mussten. Beim frühstück musste man dann extra noch hinlaufen. Für Gastarbeiter Aufenthalt ist das okay aber für eine 3 köpfige Familie Reinfall

The accommodation is actually in another building used for offices and apartments. There is a loud noise from outside from the Bars until late hours of the night. The hot water is enough for two showers and we were 6 people. the hotel rreceptionists did not provide a solution or compensation. There is no advantage to the place except for the central location and even parking lot is a 5 minute walk. I was very disappointed with the service and the stay!
