Güleryüzlü ama ingilizcesi yetersiz olan sadece 2 çalışanını gördüğümüz bir oteldi. Lux olmamasına rağmen Huzurlu bir otel. Banyonun çok dar olması bazı odalarda yukarıdan akan bir duş sisteminin olmaması olan odada sabitlenmemesi kötüydü.

• MM (9/5): - Boravak u hotelu bio je iznimno ugodan, s ljubaznim osobljem, čistim i uređenim sobama te savršenom lokacijom u samom centru grada, idealnom za šetnju i razgledavanje znamenitosti. Posebno bih istaknuo kako hotel ima parking u neposrednoj blizini, što je velika prednost s obzirom na to da se nalazi u užem centru grada, gdje je parkirno mjesto inače teško pronaći. Parking se dodatno naplaćuje, ali mir i sigurnost da je automobil na dohvat ruke svakako opravdavaju tu cijenu. Sve u svemu, toplo preporučujem ovaj hotel svima koji dolaze automobilom i žele udoban smještaj u centru, uz odličan omjer cijene, lokacije i usluge. Jedina mala zamjerka je nizak strop u kupaonici.
• TOORIST (9/5): İkinci kez tercih ettiğim çok hoş bir aile işletmesi. - Turistik merkeze yürüme mesafesinde olması, sanırım aile işletmesi olarak çalışanların, yardımsever ve cana yakın olması sebebi ile bu oteli ikinci kes tercih ettim. İyi ki de öyle yaptım. Gayet memnun kaldım

• Halema (9/5): Great stay for a budget hotel and location was 10/10 - Best part about staying at this hotel was meeting Edisa on the reception. She was amazing, wonderful energy , lovely smile and went above and beyond to help us with a lot of queries we had. Edisa made this stay wonderful. Hotel was great for the value, very clean and comfortable beds. Location was wonderful, a 5 min walk to the bustling old town with food, shopping and everything you needed for the stay with lots of historical points Breakfast was not great. Very limited selection but enough to sustain you for the day

• Timur (6/5): - Konaklama süresince tesisin temizliğinden memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenliydi ve genel olarak hijyen konusunda bir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu oldukça yakındı, ulaşım açısından rahat ettik. Genel olarak konaklamamız fena değildi ancak bazı eksikler vardı. Otelde diş macunu ve diş fırçası gibi temel kitler bulunmuyordu, yanımızda da getirmemiştik. Kahvaltı çeşidi biraz azdı. Ayrıca otele girişte ne olduğu net olarak açıklanmayan 8 euro tutarında bir vergi/ücret alındı; bu ücretle ilgili ne uygulamada ne de otel bilgilerinde önceden bir bilgilendirme yapılmamıştı. Bu durum bizi hazırlıksız yakaladı. Bunun dışında tesis temizdi, konumu yakındı ve personel ilgiliydi

• Marijan (1/5): - Sarajevo Platio sam tri sobe, a u dvije nije radila televizija, i u jednoj se nije moglo smanjiti grijanje. Doručak je bio za hotel sa jenom zvjezdicom a ne 4. Ovaj hotel nema veze sa 4 *.. I na kraju mi zadnji dan provale u auto i razbije staklo na plaćenom parkingu i hotel se nije ni ponudio da podmiri troškove bar stakla, sramota. Uglavnom ne preporučujem nikome ovaj takozvani hotel.

• Alexandra (6/5): Für vier Sterne und den Preis nicht so gut. - Das Personal und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und konnten Deutsch und Englisch sprechen. Das erste Zimmer war schmuddelig und die Dusche ist ausgelaufen. Das Wasser war lauwarm. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches an die Bilder in Booking heran kam. Auch in diesem Badezimmer funktionierte Ur die Hälfte. Der Fön hat Funken gesprüht.

• OSMAN RIZA (5/5): Disappointed - Close to the old City center There is no loby area, no restaurant just a small coffe hall, rooms are small and the breakfast is very poor. The servise is unsufficient. Carpark is away from the hotel and you have to pay additionaly.

• Manfred (8/5): Modernes Zimmer in sehr günstiger Lage zur Altstadt - Modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, perfekte Lage. Es wurde zunächst ein Zimmer mit nicht zu öffnenden Schrägfenstern angeboten, das wir abgelehnt haben. Statt des riesigen Fernsehers wäre mir eine funktionelle Duschkopfhalterung wichtiger gewesen. Das Frühstück war eher schlicht, insbesondere der Muckefuck aus der Pumpkanne (4-Sterne Boutique Hotel!)

• Pavel (10/5): Overall we had very nice stay and I will definitely come here again once I am in Sarajevo! - Perfect location, 200 meters from the old town Sarajevo. The rooms are tiny, but very comfortable. The staff is very friendly! We felt truly welcomed by everyone we met there. Private parking is 20 meters away from the building down the street The tiny sink in room #26's bathroom is awkwardly positioned. It's nearly impossible to use without stepping into the shower. But then the shower curtain makes that "fatality". I understand that it's a single room with a single bed, so the lack of space is expected and not a problem per se. However, the positioning of the sink in the bathroom makes it useless. For example, I had to use the shower instead of the sink to brush my teeth. If you're going to use the sink to shave in front of the mirror, forget about it :) Other rooms don't have that problem, so it's not a deal breaker after all. The hotel is great, really.
