L’emplacement est idéal, la literie impeccable avec notre hôte disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations et qui nous a donner quelques bonnes adresses ce qui nous a fait gagner du temps. • Giacomo (10/5): CONSIGLIATISSIMO A DUE PASSI DAL PORTO ANTICO😍😍😍 - Questa casa in pieno centro è il top 😍 Natasa la proprietaria gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa ! non si discute sulla posizione e la pulizia sono rimasto sorpreso a due passi dal porto antico cosa vuoi di più hai Chania ai tuoi piedi consigliatissimo!!! L unica pecca è il parcheggio siccome si trova nel centro storico è difficile parcheggiare a volte ci ho messo anche un ora ma per il resto nulla da dire ....
• Nilay (9/5): - There were many things we liked about our stay: the location was great, just in the middle of the nicest neighborhoods and still quieter than the middle of old town. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts even supplied fresh fruits, bread and breakfast for our arrival. They were very responsive to all our needs. Overall highly recommended.

• Eitan (9/5): - the apartment is nice, clean and the location in the middle of the old town is great There was a weird smell at the entrance that needs to be addressed - seems like they used to smoke once in the apartment once. Also, no a/c in the bedroom. Parking in the old town is complicated.
• Vesela (8/5): - Es war sehr nett, Essen im Kühlschrank vorzufinden. Ich habe es definitiv nicht erwartet. In der Ecke vom Schlafzimmer war einen schwarzen Fleck, der sehr wie Schimmel aussah. Das fand ich nicht sehr cool.
• Sandra (10/5): Perfect prime location - The apartment is in a prime location and the view of the byzantine walls were amazing, Natasa was the perfect host with very clear instructions. There was everything we needed, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, bread, milk, water in the fridge upon our arrival which was perfect. The bedroom with double bed is very comfortable and there is also a single bed in another room/lounge which is where the aircon is. I would definitely recommend this apartment as this is definitely value for money and I will be booking again with Natasa and her family. Thankyou Natasa for your hospitality 🥰 The TV didn't have netflix 😭 but I'm on holiday so it never ever spoilt my holiday, 🥰 everything was perfect.
• Giles (10/5): The perfect apartment in Chania - A beautiful first storey apartment in the heart of old town Chania. Spacious living room and kitchen dining area with loads of accessories. Lots of treats provided by the host, Anastasia. Very clean and comfortable to relax while looking out onto the balcony and ancient Venetian wall. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets. Washing machine so useful and ironing facilities. Within walking distance to markets, restaurants and landmarks. Anastasia was so helpful from meeting us on site and recommending things to do to arranging taxi transport back to the airport. A perfect stay in beautiful Chania. Definitely recommend. Having to leave.

The bus station is a little complicated to reach though and is a mile away. There was very loud construction going on Right Next Door, Mon - Sat from 830-300.
• Dawn (10/5): Lovely apartment in fantastic location!!! - Lovely large apartment in a fantastic location overlooking the old fortress walls, owners were fantastic and helped us find our way when our taxi driver deserted us!!! Nothing to dislike
• Tania (7/5): It was not easy to feal comfortable, mostly because the apartment is not appropriate for small children - The location Not appropriate for families with small children (too many stairs, the balcony is not safe). Also there was a constant bad smell.
• Giuseppe (9/5): Great apartment, great location - The communication was excellent, and Natasa checked in with us regularly to make sure all was good. We found a few treats for us in the fridge, which was greatly appreciated! The location is fantastic and easy to find by foot. It is a comfortable, well-equiped apartment. This isn't really a negative, just so people are aware. If you stay in the winter months, it can be a bit chilly in the apartment. There is a portable heater, and that did help.
• Guy (10/5): Absolutely a divine time - Amazing apartment beautifully located around restaurants, shops, and walking street streets. The owners are super friendly and very attentive. Communication with them was perfect and they went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had places to go and see and eat close by the apartment. Department itself was impeccable very clean with furnishings that are comfortable an aesthetically beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning.

• Kate (10/5): Perfect location in Chania - Perfect location in the centre of Chania- we spent 2 nights here but would have happily stayed longer. It was very hot when we visited and the air conditioning worked great so we were able to keep cool in the apartment during the heat of the day. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by! I don't think we used the kitchen much but it was well equipped and had everything you would need.
• Jbel (10/5): AMAZING ! - Perfect location. 1 min from the great vibe of Chania old port. Everything is in the appartement and the owner are amazing. Very helpful and réactivité 100% No AC in the master bedroom. But we can survive without :)

They even organised an English speaking taxi driver to take us to Heraklion airport, a 2 hour drive, after we realised that the bus might be unreliable. It wasn't possible to pre book the bus, and if it was full, you waited an hour for the next one Nothing. I would happily return to Spolia Art Maison

• Lynda (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was terrific and Natasa and Con were perfect hosts. I can’t say enough good things about the place and the position couldn’t have been better within a short walk to everywhere, opposite the city walls and very quiet. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are thinking of staying in Chania.
• Oliver (10/5): Description does not need a sentence, only one word: perfect! - I am now very satisfied with the choice I made, considering the offered options. View towards historic sites, but in the city, very close to the center, absolutely close to the sea, on a street that proved not to be noisy. Perfect host(s), caring, efficient, organized, welcoming. You get a whole apartment, entrance, kitchen fully equipped (even more than "regular"), with some food and drinks generously supplied by the host, living room with more electronic devices than I even have at home, perfect internet (complimentary), bathroom and spacious bedroom (double bed) with ample storage, all fully stocked. Balcony with a few chairs and small table, an awning if you prefer the shade. Everything is in perfect condition. Bonus: very close to the location of my meeting. Want to swim in the sea: although it is 50 meters away, take a 10-minute walk to the Koum Kapi beach. ... that I had to actually have some work to do, but that community was also a very pleasant environment ...

We arrived close to midnight and we were treated with a smile. Kostas and Natasa were delightful and checked in on us. The location was amazing and close to everything we needed with our family. Nothing.

It’s perfectly located with walking distance to bars and restaurants. Her place is very clean and has everything you need. Natasha was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions.

• Kerry (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent! Very close to everything but as soon as you closed to door and win you couldn’t hear the hassle and bustle of the city. The main harbour and restaurants were on the doorstep with something for everyone! If you want something a little quieter then the area of Koum Kapi is just a few minutes walk and the beautiful beach of Neo Chora just 20 minutes away.

It is very central, with lots of sights, restaurants, bars and shops only a few steps away. The apartment is lovely, with comfortable beds, nice decoration, great sight from the balcony, plenty of sunlight and all amenities included. It was spotless clean. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, they even left treats for us in the kitchen, for breakfast and snacks. I hope we get to come back soon! It was all perfect.

• Sofia (10/5): Exceptional - We loved staying here for 3 nights in October 2022! Fantastic location, comfortable beds and pillows, super clean, super kind and responsive hosts! Water, coffee, fruit and even more in the fridge - so nice to have them on top! It was all amazing! I'd recommend it to all friends who plan to stay in Chania. Thanks a lot Kostas and Natasa and keep up with the great service! PS we were 2 adults and 2 kids (10&12 years), might be a bit tight for older kids
• Jess (9/5): Fantastic short stay - The apartment was absolutely lovely and in a fantastic location. It was very close to the centre of the old town but on a quiet road so we were not disturbed by noise from bars and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and she gave us some tips for restaurants. There were even some essential supplies for us in the fridge, fresh fruit, coffee and tea and a few other bits. Would 100% recommend staying here and if we return to Chania we would love to stay again. Nothing
