- Rachel (1/5): Didn’t stay due to being unclean, dirty, and just plain filthy. - Nothing Everything! Disgusting! Horrible, dirty, smelled bad, rooms were not cleaned or made up. We did not stay here because it was so gross! They refused to refund our money once we saw the property. Hotel staff was not even wearing shoes! So unprofessional & nasty. The guy at the desk in photo was supposedly the cleaning guy who fought with the lady with no shoes on. Front entry had dingy dirty old furniture.

Hair and stains all over the sheets I called front desk and they ask me if I just wanted the bottom sheet. Towels and rags dirty. Everyone was very bad. I wouldn’t not recommend this to anyone.

Kids were screaming at the pool and front desk could hear them but made no action to get them to quiet down. We thought breakfast was included, but it was not.

City utility workers caused an area wide problem with water the day I stayed. This room (112) had low water pressure. We ran the water a long time but never got hot water (lukewarm only) so we didn't get the shower we thought we would. Price was high compared to rooms in nearby Macon, GA.

- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - The room was large and very clean. The location was right in the heart of small, hometown with lots of places to eat, get gas and groceries, and get back on the road. The staff was very helpful and kind. When checking out, my car battery had died, and they were very helpful, coming out to see if there was anything they could help me with. I was soon able to get my car fixed and back on the road for Mother's Day. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.

The front desk staff stayed hidden away in a closed off room and there was no one available to talk to when I checked out. Facility looks to be about 40-50 years old and is literally falling apart. No protection from anyone coming into the hotel ... No key entry required from the outside to enter the hotel. Didn't feel safe.

- Yvonne (10/5): - Nothing fancy but everything I needed was there. The beds and the bedding were wonderful and looked to have been very recently replaced. Nice tv with numerous stations. The room was very clean! No breakfast included but there was a McDonalds in front of the parking lot and a Waffle House right beside that. Microwave, fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Sofa was a sleeper though I didn’t need that. Iron and ironing board in the room. The room my brother in law was in was their last available room and the renovations had not been completed. Since he is disabled there were some needed adjustments and several people came right in and we took care of those in just a few minutes. It appears they are making that one on the ground floor handicapped assessable and the bathroom has already been done and was plenty specious for his large walker or a wheelchair. No walk in shower but all the handicapped railings were there. The room was large enough to bring his motorized scooter in and get it plugged in. I shared with them the things to do to make it more handicapped friendly. The outdoor area I did not have time to use and too cold to use the adorable pool which does have a handicapped lift chair. There was a fire pit with ample seating and grill beside that and on the other side of the pool area a really cute gazebo with porch swings. There was free Wi-Fi that worked perfectly. I don’t know if they have completed all their renovations. Nicest owners ever!!

- Kathy (1/5): NASTY! - Nothing! Smelled terrible, there was a large blood stain on the mattress, it was very dirty all around, and water stains /leaks on every ceiling. I would not stay here and didn't, got a refund, and left after trying 2 different rooms.

I made the reservation 2 months in advance - paid for it at that time and I arrive to "we have no internet nor telephone and we do not have your reservation and we are fully booked" It is 9pm after a 14 hour day and now I have to try and find a hotel room where the closest one is 25 miles away. With a reservation done this far in advance they should have had the room reserved for my stay.
