No dan llave suelta el timbre hasta altas horas de la noche . Música día y noche . Escalera de metal al lado de mi pieza donde la gente subía rápido y retumbaba. Pieza demasiado claustrofóbica se veía mucho más grande en la foto . Primer día agua helada el califon apagado. Rescato que eran muy amables y te asistían frente a cualquier problema .

DIEGO SAUL (7/5): Acogedora. Equipo accesible y con mucha disposición. - A pesar de estar distante al terminal, es accesible. Hay comercio y servicios cerca. Importantes lugares históricos y turísticos en los alrededores. En la habitación; no había muebles donde ordenar ropa y equipajes. Incluso una silla podría haber sido útil.

paulina (5/5): Pueden mejorar - Cercanía con el centro, y 15 minutos en vehículo de la costa Me cobraron más indicando que la tarifa de Booking no tenía sumado los impuestos o tarifas, está casi al lado del terminal pesquero, me dijeron que podía estacionar afuera del hospedaje porque habían cámaras, resulta que había parking y cobraban lo cual no me habían informado, sumado a que encontré una araña en la habitación y que tenía un juego de sábanas roto.

Y siempre los recepcionistas están disponibles a dar las comodidades e información para tener una buena estadía resaltando a Karem la persona encargada de la permanencia de la limpieza muy simpática y buen trato a los pasajeros. Sin duda volvería al hostal

Todo lo demás excelente Mi último día el personal que quedó en el turno de noche comenzó a realizar trabajos a altas horas de la noche, lo que interrumpió mi descanso
Maria Graciela (1/5): Hostal ruidosa y poco segura - Solo la ubicación Es un lugar muy ruidoso por las noches. Tienen una terraza la que funciona como bar y hasta altas horas de la noche hay música y ruido. Además llegan los huéspedes en estado de hebriedad haciendo ruido y subiendo y bajando la Terraza, lo cual me dio mucha inseguridad, ya que la habitación estaba a un costado de la escalera de la terraza. La habitación tenía olor a humedad y sin calefacción, cadena del baño no funcionaba y la ducha se caía. Por último a la hora de pagar me cobraron un 5 % extra por pagar con débito, de donde sacaron ese cobro en tiempos que el 90% pagamos con débito, en resumen mal la estadía.

Nicole (8/5): Está solo bien - La cercanía con el centro, el terminal de buses, todo muy a la mano, además del personal bien atentos y amables en la atención, todo limpio. Me quedé en la habitación comprtida femenina 3 camas y no tenían escalera fija, se tenía que compartir con la voluntad de la otra persona para poder ocuparla y bajar ya que me pasó que al no tenerla, tuve que tirarme hacia abajo y me pegué en las rodillas, además el enchufe que habia en la habitación precía suelto y se siente mucho el ruido que hacen en las mañanas en los pasillos exteriores lo que dormí incóloda. Por último en las areas comunes había un cable que de veía al descubierto, sin el recubrimiento.

Rhiannon (7/5): Good - I liked the communal areas, there are two patios where you can smoke. The shower has hot water. Nice environment to make friends and meet other travelers. The dorms are pretty tight, three beds stacked for the bunk beds. The dorm room has a mildew smell, and lacks ventilation. I asked to change my bed several times and the receptionist just ignored my question and didn't let me change bed.

Amy (9/5): Quiet convenient hostel - The location is extremely convenient, it is just outside the main part of the city, easily accessible by uber and is right around the corner to the bus to Vicuna, if you are not planning on visiting the beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and gave lots of information which was greatly appreciated. It got cold at nights during the fall and they provided a heater for the room which helped a lot. They have a rooftop balcony, an indoor living room with a large TV as well as a kitchen in the basement. The kitchen was a bit small given the amount of space available and some burners didn't work. The wifi worked well.

Amy (9/5): Superb - Very eclectic and funky hostel, with separated indoor and outdoor common spaces. There is a beautiful rooftop patio as well as a more secluded one for some quiet times. The indoor one has a huge TV and some couches. Staff is helpful and friendly with some great advices. The location is convenient to get around to the center, just a few minutes away from the market, supermarkets, lots of food options and the archeology museum. The parking lot to catch the bus to Vicuna is a 3 minute walk. Internet worked well. Free water refills. The rooms were a bit cold at night in May but they were so kind to provide a space heater upon request. The kitchen is okay although inconvenient only one burner works.

The staff was friendly, they helped me a lot that I could stay there after check out to wait for my bus. The location is good in the city centre and close to the big supermarket. There is all day reception which is quite helpful. Electric sockets are missing next to the bed and perhaps some little lamp for each bed. The room was small, could be a little bigger.

Nonika (7/5): Good - The location was conveniently close to Serena, and the staff was very nice. However, the wifi was not working well, and the soundproofing of the room is not ideal.
Mike (7/5): Neat spot for 1 or 2 night. - Love the staff, and helped me to understand the city. Oscar was really helpful and spoke English too! The view from the rooftop was 👍. The room I had was street view so it got loud, need ear plugs, and also needs dark curtains. Generally, it think the place could provide some sort of breakfast for the price they charge. As my past few places where less expensive and offered breakfast.

Alex (4/5): Disappointing - Location is not bad, parking outside the hotel was safe overnight. The staff was friendly and accommodating with our times. The room was behind the reception and could hear the door bell all the time. You can hear even people talking and doing the check-in. The front desk guy at night was watching videos with loud volume until 2am. We had to go outside to ask him to lower the volume. There was no hot water in the shower at night. The whole room smells like mould due to water and moist trapped in the washroom and bedroom. We only stayed one night for a couple of hours so we endured the pain of staying here but I'd never return. Maybe the shared dorms are better but the private rooms (at least this one is no good option at all).
Sophie (7/5): Brilliant staff - The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location in centre of Le Serena. Wonderful views from rooftop terrace. Cleanliness in some areas could be improved.

Ava (7/5): Fine for a one night stay but no more - Good location, friendly staff. Very noisy all night with loud music playing from the reception constantly. No quiet time. Difficult to get up on top bunk. No plug socket next to bed. Bedroom unclean with hairs on the bed and the floor of the bedroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
