• Alžbeta (7/5): Call centrum vyvolává ohledně zpětné vazby, kterou stejně ale neřeší.. - Velikost. Na přespání ok střešní apartmán bez výtahu, normálně by mi to nevadilo, ale tahat se s kufrem těhotná, obtížné parkování, utržená baterie na vaně, rozbitá hadice u sprchové hadice, stříkalo to úplně všude, protékající wc, nedoplněná mýdla ani na wc, ani v koupelně, uvolněná věstavěná myčka, která jednak neměla dvířka a dolní cokl kuchyňské linky ležel volně na podlaze

• Milon (8/5): Prettig. - De ligging. 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum en ‘s nachts heel rustig. Prettige sfeer / ruimtes Er waren niet zoveel stopcontacten. Ook is er weinig ( sfeer) licht bij de bank in de woonkamer. Het raam in de woonkamer ging niet helende dicht.

• Bence77 (1/5): A nightmare, avoid it! - - entrance from a dirty/busy road - 4th floor without elevator - no soap, no dishwashing liquid - dirty bathroom -16,3 C at arriving - had to wait 3 hours to reach 20 C.... - 100 EUR stealed from my account - just because we left the key in the doorlock inside

• Nikol (3/5): NEAUTORIZOVANÉ stržení 1500Kč z platební karty po ukončení ubytování - S jednáním ubytování jsme velice nespokojeni. Naprosto nedoporučuji. Po pobytu mi byl nesmyslně z platební karty stažen poplatek 1 500Kč. Platbu jsem neautorizovala, nedostala jsem žádné konkrétní vyjádření za co platba je a proč je v této hodnotě. V Obchodních podmínkách rovněž není uvedena žádná informace o tom, že by mi měli stahovat peníze z karty a už vůbec ne po ukončení pobytu.

• Inmaculada (1/5): Una estancia para olvidar - La mala comunicación con el propietario, que le escribimos a las 8 de la tarde y nos contestó a las 11 de la mañana del día siguiente. La descripción corresponde con otra vivienda, ya que ofrece dos aseos y solo tiene uno. El wifi que nos pasó por email no corresponde con el del apartamento. No tiene plancha, aunque está incluida dentro de los servicios ofrecidos.
• Briňarský (8/5): Pekný rodinný apartmán - Ubytovanie bolo veľmi príjemné a pekné. Mali sme problém s upchaným umývadlom, ale hneď po nahlaseni to promptne vyriešili. Ubytovanie je na najvyššom poschodí bytovky, bez výťahu. Parkovanie je v celej zóne platené.
• Adéla (9/5): Last minute Sunday night accomodation at its best - I loved how spacious it was. Very clean and cozy as well. The bed was comfy too! The staff was really nice, easy to communicate with. The location was great too - a minute to bus station Had few issues but they were solved immediately. The other day I mentioned them to the staff as well and I believe they'll fix them for the other hosts.

• Elisa (5/5): Nice flat but honestly the check-in was such a pain that I wouldn’t recommend the flat to anyone. Please get a key-box! - Nice flat, good size Check-in procedure was a nightmare! Keys are located in a cafe in the busiest part of the city center, half an hour walking away from the actual apartment. At the cafe we had to wait what felt like an eternity before getting the keys. Wanted to check-in earlier which wasn’t possible, thus we had to go to a third location to deposit our luggage.

Couldn't sleep past sunrise. 2) Generally pretty run down. 3) Unpleasant decoration (pregnancy photos of the owners????????) 4) Very poor check-in procedure. No instructions provided. Had to pick up keys from a cafe "in close proximity" (turns out it's 25 minutes walk away) 5) Owner attempted to inflict charges for made up reasons
• Mariusz (5/5): It could have been much better, but the owner did not care for the guests. - The apartment was quite large. The apartment is situated very close to noisy Street.The access to the apartment was unnecessarily complicated and hard. The owner was really uncommunicative and unhelpful. He acted as if our group was a bunch of thiefs, trying to break into the apartment. We needed to give him much of our personal info, which also didn’t feel nice. The apartment is situated on the fifth floor which is tiring, regarding the fact that the building didn’t have elevator. The apartment smelled like cat urine, and was poorly equipped, as it did not have many kitchen utensils required for cooking.
• Jing (7/5): A place for overnight - A big and modern apartment. Air conditioning and clean. NO lift for the fifth floor apartment. No nearby restaurant and only a tiny grocery. Kitchen looks modern but lacking necessary facilities like cutting knives. We used normal dinning knife to cut the bread. The bathroom has no normal shower. Checking out time is early! Parking is not available and the public parking garage about 3 km away.

• Nisarga (1/5): Terrible, NO GOOD AT ALL - The place is in a private residential building on the top floor of a very old building. 4 flight stairs and it feelt like 8. There is a constant louds noice in the kitchen. A tack tack, tick forever going. Constant, that is right! When I contacted the owner or administrator, They were so very rude and answered that I had to behave, that I could leave the apartment go to a hotel or stay in the bedroom, and that there I will not hear the noise. Yes, Incredible. No apologies, or that they were going to send someone to fix it. Yes, I rent an apartment to have more space and they state that I do not want to hear the noise I can spend my stay in the bedroom. The shower was broken and the water gets all over the place with not sufficient power to take a proper shower. Right after I was leaving a new client was coming, and only one there was the cleaning lady, so no fixing any of the dysfunctionalities in the apartment. One of the bedrooms is like being in someone's private bedroom with all the pictures of a family. If you want to work or rest it is not the place to stay. Somehow they believe that they have the right to take your money and be rude and not address what is wrong. The controls for the Tv. had no battery. YOU HAVE TO PUT UP WITH WHAT IS WRONG IN THE PLACE OR GO.

• Agata (10/5): Perfect stay - Very nice flat in the old renovated house in the city center, spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom, large common space and two cosy bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. No problem with getting the keys and a separate set of keys. Parking was free in a street nearby. The house is situated in the vicinity of the castle and old town. We heard no noise from the street nor from the neighbours. No problem with the invoice.

• Zolotarova (8/5): The apartment is cool for short residence, and I really loved the location and planing. - We loved the location of Old Town Apartment Spilberk. The Spilberk Park is just around the corner. Also the apartment is very spacious and I really loved it’s planing. The host put additional bed in one of bedrooms, so it was perfect for my little son. The bedclothes were fresh. The view from the roof is very romantic and picturesque. Also before booking, you should know that the apartment is on 5th floor in the old building without elevator. We had no problem with that. The apartment’s floor wasn’t clean enough, so my socks were sticking to the floor. It was quite gross. The furniture has known it’s better times. Also there was a problem with parking. We found a free parking lot and it was 7 minutes walk from apartment, but it was luck for us. I had a feeling that apartment is wonderful, but the host doesn’t treat it good.

Fridge makes annoying sound that I couldn't ignore while trying to chill in the living room. "Free parking" is a shady alley accross the street where you can leave your car if there is space.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - El departamento está en una zona que para nada se ve segura, no hay forma de estacionarse rápido ni te ayudan a hacerlo, ni hay elevador y es en el 4 piso pero son 2 secciones de escaleras subir maletas es mortal! La persona q nos entregó ni siquiera hablaba inglés o no quería hablar en inglés Pidieron que avisáramos a que hora llegarías y se les aviso 1 hora antes y como 15 minutos antes de llegar al departamento me avisaron que aún no estaba listo, decidimos ir a comer por ese motivo y después se enojaron porque no fuimos a la hora que el departamento estuvo listo que fue cuando apenas nos llevaban la comida a la mesa, tardamos 30 min mas y la gente del departamento se enojo y fue muy grosera! El agua caliente para bañarse se acabó después de que 3 personas nos bañamos... pésimo!
• Verified traveler (6/5): 4th floor no elevator - Parkeren is niet zo makkelijk als ik had verwacht, host kwam 10 minuten later dan afgesproken. Het zou niet erg zijn geweest als het buiten geen 30 graden was. Appartement ligt op de 4de verdieping, zonder lift. Geen aanrader voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Luxueus op de foto, hier en daar wat mankementen zoals een wasmachine waarvan de kap is weggehaald en met soort van rubber geplakt. Prima bedden, heerlijk grote bank in de woonkamer. Ligt op lichte helling, 1 km naar centrum dus het is niet echt om de hoek.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Flott og praktisk leilighet - Bra planløsning med 2 soverom på hver sin side av leiligheten. Behagelig seng, stor bad og stue. Gratis parkeringsplass rett utenfor. Gåavstand til sentrum. Leiligheten er i toppetasjen (4.) og det er ingen heis, kanskje eneste minus til de som skal ha med seg tunge kofferter.
• MK (10/5): Spacious comfort apartment - Very nice, spacious apartment located next to the castle hill park, convenient walk to the city centre. Very comfortable for family 2+2 or even 4 adults. Rooms clean, kitchen fully equiped.
