The restaurant food was pitiful. Sent back twice for raw food. Shower handheld was barely attached to the wall, and soap was empty.

It's a pet friendly hotel, so this time I could experience having my pet during this trip. The shower didn't have enough water pressure!! So it took me longer than normal to take a shower.

• Carolyn (2/5): - First of all, I felt so sorry for the front desk person. This was not his fault. Housekeeping left without making the beds or towels on the 3rd floor rooms. About 6 different customers including myself had to come back and inform him rooms not cleaned and no towels. He even had trouble calling the person who was over housekeeping. At least two people demanded their money back, which the gentleman did. This hotel won’t make it unless you have competent working for you. I was moved to a room on 1st floor which had a king only and we needed two queens but we made it work for 3 people!!! Surely not worth 190.00

Room smelled - like someone had been sick in room and someone tried to clean it with a very cheap poor smelling cleaning product. Room was not detail cleaned Corners of counter top very dirty Same in shower Bedding was full of loose black specks - not sure what they were - would wipe off. Rooms in past have always been spotless.
