- Fabián Alejandro (10/5): Excelente estancia - Las instalaciones son muy limpias. La atención de la administración es de primera, te hacen sentir confianza y están pendientes de tiy tus necesidades. El lugar está muy cerca de los puntos importantes pero no tiene el inconveniente del ruido. Tuve una estancia muy relajada. Volvería sin pensarlo mucho al mismo lugar cuando vuelva a San Cristóbal.

- ruben (4/5): Not happy with the service of the hotel. - The hotel is in a great location. There were a couple issues we had while our stay, the lights were not working or burned out. The owner told us he would replace/repair but never came around to do so. Also, on hotel.com it states the room will be cleaned daily, that was not the case. So, we had to use the same sheets and towels for a couple of days. We brought it to the owner’s attention, he just said “Sorry” about that. Daily clean was the main reason we stayed there or any other hotel. Make sure you have cash to pay for your stay in case his credit card machine is not working. We will not be staying there again. Bad Business!
- Danielle (10/5): Amazing host, chic space - I stayed at Kukulik for about 2 weeks and really loved my stay. Hugo and his amazing partner went out of their way to make me and my friends feel like we were family. My room was well decorated and provided everything I needed for a long stay, but most importantly the internet was some of the best in the city (which was important since I had to work). They were about to open a coworking space across the street the week I left, so I’ll def have to come back and work there sometime in the future! Thank you so much Hugo for everything! We’ll definitely be back!

Les dan dos llaves a los inquilinos, para el cuarto y para el portal que da a la calle. Por las noches no hay personal, pero no se necesita. El cuarto no tiene TV, hay otro cuarto con televisor disponible y otro con cocina totalmente equipada. El hotel es pequeño, tiene solo cinco cuartos de renta. Me gustó bastante. Lo recomiendo.

Close to center , very quiet, tastefully decorated, overall for the price top notch hotel. Owner Hugo was amazing,felt like we had professional personal concierge. He booked tours for us ,told us all about good places to eat ,arranged airport transfer etc etc there is no words to describe his love for making sure his customers are getting the best experience staying at his Hotel !!!
- Jose Vicente (10/5): Fantastic stay in Kukul - We had a fantastic stay in Kukul, close to the center in a quieter part of town. You can rest comfortably and quietly after your tours in this beautifully decorated house. From here you can walk to all of the important spots, restaurants and shops. Tours come and get you here or are a 5 minute walk away. We had a great time in this beautiful house which is exactly like in the pictures or even better in person! Thank you Claudia and Hugo for the lovely stay and really useful tips!
- Sterling (10/5): Old town tradition meets modern convenience ! - If you are going to visit anywhere in the area of San Cristobal Chiapas Mexico , I strongly suggest you lodge at Kukul Resort! I location is convenient to all thing downtown. The facility is awesome including a fire place in the room, a full kitchen on site, and a media room for community entertainment. The management is completely guest conscious and anticipates all your needs. Mr. Hugo (the manager) even assisted me to secure transportation to the airport at 4:45AM because my spanish communication is still improving (smile). Kukul is an oasis waiting to be discovered !
