Pazong (10/5): Definitely worth my money!! - Everything. I loved that the staff came in to clean our hotel and reset the room during our time away. I really appreciated it. We got clean towels and our room got setup new agian. It was a nice stay. The room was big. The bathroom was so nice and spacious. We actually booked another night even we had to pay $170 for extra night. The blinds were a little worn out. But it's not a big deal.

Pazong (8/5): Over all a great and safe stay - It was clean spacious enough. The sofa was really comfortable to sit on and watch TV. Love that the TV could swivel so I can still watch even in bed. Unfortunately I didnt get to the pool so cant review that. There was only 1 front desk staff. I had to wait a while to be able go check in because they were busy doing something else. I walked in with other guests when they opened the door because it felt weird to just stand there with the calling phone against my ear. Even then, i still had to wait to the front desk for awhile. Pillows were not the best to sleep on. My partner and I both woke up with neck stiffness.

Patricia (4/5): My stay at the Woodbury Marriott. - The property has the perfect location, close to stores, restaurants and an easy access to the freeway. The property is poorly run. Room was dirty, the shower curtain torn, headboard was also torn. Very poor water pressure.

AMY (8/5): - It was nice that the hotel had a patio that guests could sit at and enjoy the weather. We found that the patio was extremely dirty and appeared it had not been cleaned recently. Especially with it being summer and the weather good, guests liked to sit outside. Also, the flower beds were overgrown with weeds and were neglected. The sconces on the lights around the patio were askew and not properly seated on the lights.

Brannum (8/5): Very good - I have stayed at this property multiple times. This time I don't know if no one understands their job but upon arrival on Thursday the outside before you enter was dirty. There was trash a cigar on the ground near entrance. This exact trash was there when we left on Saturday am. I was disappointed in the lobby floors and hallway floors. I'm not sure if we will return. My daughter came in on Friday pm and she too was surprised how dirty things were. Our room was fine but whoever is to do repairs and clean outside rooms should be fired.

markc478 (4/5): breakfast - I didn't know it was going to be 20.00 a person for breakfast. room was nice. 1st room TV wasn't working right. had king bed in 1st room then got a room with 2 queens. had issue figuring out shower. but they came and showed how to use it. did not eat there
Xiong (4/5): Disappointing - The pull out bed was not a full-size bed but instead a twin, no microwave in the room. Breakfast is not included. What I was quoted including tax already when I got to the the facility to check in and pay was completely a different amount. The girl at the front desk didn't even tell me my total just charged me, and I had to look on my account to see how much I was charged. I've stayed in Residence Inn next door, and I heard that courtyard was an upgrade to that one, but I personally feel like it was a total down grade. I will not be booking with courtyard ever again.

Food wasn’t the best at the hotel, no restaurant but it’s ok due to tons of restaurants nearby. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but upon check out and receiving my receipt I notice a $5 per day parking fee! I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and was never charged a parking fee. This charge is just another way big companies like to squeeze more money out of their customers. This is not downtown, it’s just a plain lot, nothing fancy about it and the upkeep is very minimal. Very disappointed that they decided to charge for parking! Do better.
gregory (4/5): - Rude, unhelpful did not clean room. Did not replace coffee and got upset when on day 2 i asked for some coffee. No microwave and the small fridge does not adjust and only mildly cool. Would not stay therre again.

Jason (1/5): Hotel Has Issues - Location. That is about all I liked. Front desk person acted like I was a bother when I would get something from the snack bar. Completely out of utensils and not willing to help find any at all. Just overall rude. Not what you want at a front desk. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable I was unable to sleep.

John (6/5): - The breakfast worker didn't show up, so our team and any other guests were not able to have the free hotel breakfast which was included in our room rate. The Starbucks on premises was also not staffed in the morning.
Kaiya (4/5): - The hot tub was broken, and they knew that it had been broken since Nov. 2024. The rooms were dirty and we didn’t get the 2 breakfast coupons we paid for, so we are still owed money. The evening bartender on the weekend was VERY kind and helpful. He was the only positive experience we had.
Sasha (6/5): - Upon checking found out the hot tub was broke down. The towel rack in our room fell right off the wall. The dresser drawer had a hole right through it. Found a dirty sock under our mattress. Dirty floor in area behind chair with candy. Appears nice in pictures but definitely needs a lot of improvements, cleaning and maintenance. Staff were nice & Mike the bartender was great and accommodating when our group brought food in.
Michelle (8/5): Nice spot to stay - We had a 2 bed suite with a pull out couch. It was perfect for us and very spacious, which we really loved when we had visitors that stopped by to see us. Perfect location to stay for all we did as well. Clean hotel all around, friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

Travis (5/5): Pool needs some maintaining. - Receptionist seemed to care about me and seemed to want to help me. Room was big and pleasant. We stayed at this hotel for the Pool was over chlorinated . Kids hated swimming in it and made our trip unpleasant. Not having a light switch to control the inner lights was inconvenient. The shower not having a door placed a lot of water on the bathroom floor and I slipped. Breakfast was unclear and I felt that it was for a group of people and not my family.
Jennifer (7/5): It was a nice place, I would stay there again. - The rooms were quiet. You couldn’t hear people next door. The rooms themselves were nice. Housekeeping entered immediately after 2 knocks and did not announce it was housekeeping. They entered while I was changing. I assumed it was my boyfriend coming back from the car letting me know he was coming in.

Kimberly (8/5): A little confused. - I wish the hottub had a deep clean and working bubbles. Also we were given the incorrect time of breakfast and Starbucks opening. Beds are a little bit hard. And I was confused how the extra $20 on acct worked that they requested for misc. And how store worked. I paid at the desk even though I may have been able to use the extra $20.
Kristina (6/5): - A couple of notable things. We did not have matching quantities for towels, wash clothes, hand towels (4 each). Only one treadmill and 1 eliptical worked. Room was way too warm on arrival. 75. Overall floors were a bit hot. Clean and quiet otherwise.
