Great food, food warmers working and overall layout of the many items offered. As to the location, it was great however, it took this Senior driver awhile to locate, thinking the facility would be closer to the main street, the friendly staff explained to us why they cannot have a sign on the main drag to catch one's attention. If it's not broken, don't fix it!!! We will return and stay at this facility on our next trip to Longmont.
PATRICIA (7/5): The person at the front desk had a beautiful voice. - The bath tub didn’t drain properly. We were in Longmont for a funeral. It would have been nice to use the hot tub. It was shut down because it was broken down.

Carol (10/5): - I didn't have breakfast, so can't speak to that. I've been a housekeeper at hotels, so I'm always checking how clean things are. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. Not every place can pull off crisp white linens! Coffee shop and restaurants across the parking lot, so the location was great!

Robert (8/5): - Stayed for 9 days and housekeeping only brought fresh towels only once. Had to ask desk towels. Trash in room not emptied, ran out of Kleenex. Sign in bathroom talked about conserving and only changing towels if we piled on floor in bathroom, pile got bigger. Dog on our floor barked for an hour one afternoon, people should not leave pets unattended.

Mary (10/5): Surprisingly excellent - This hotel was surprisingly excellent. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. There was free and convenient parking. The breakfast was consistently great, and I stayed there for four days. Sausage and biscuits, scrambled eggs and salsa, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cheese omelettes, in a rotation. The pool and fitness center looked clean. There is a nice walking trail behind the hotel that leads to Willow Farm Park. If you want to go out for food there are many restaurants (Wendy’s, Culver’s) and an organic grocery store (Sprouts) within easy walking distance. When I was shorted a set of towels, I received another set immediately from the front desk clerk, with a smile. The desk clerk greeted me when I walked in and out of the hotel. I basically could not improve on this hotel even if I owned it.

RAYMOND (2/5): - Everything was going OK until our door sensor for our access card wasn't working. On Saturday July 19 we were coming home very late from a Baby Shower/Family Party about 90 minutes away and the sensor wasn't working. We were carrying two sleeping kids (6 and 4). We went downstairs, the manager was helpful in getting us additional key cards, in which they didn't work again. Going down another time, we got another batch which did work finally. The manager also told me they were going to put a work order for fixing the room door sensor. In the morning, we were awakened by a phone call saying that the technician needed to come fix the sensor. We said OK thinking the person could just do it from outside the door. However, about 30 minutes later, the technician said he needed to come inside the room to fix the problem, which was an issue for us because my wife was naked coming from the shower (and now couldn't come out to change), and both of my children were still sleeping. The technician was understanding, but he was also upset that the front desk management had not warned us earlier that he was coming. I don't think it's right to jump into someone room like this, yet alone this early in the morning. This is why I'm leaving this review here.

Steven (4/5): - Booked the hotel through Expedia because it was near family, new, and had a hot tub. The Hot Tub was an Expedia Filter option and this hotel came up. I need this when I travel because of my back, it's wrecked from a car accident. As soon as I walked in there was a sign "Hot Tub Broken, we don't know when it will be fixed". I asked the clerk and he said it had been broken for months. I came down in the morning to talk to a manager and was told "It just broke". I didn't want to get the night clerk in trouble for telling the truth. No compassion or understanding that this was why I chose the hotel, only blame for "baseball kids". The manager could have made it right with a free night, or even a sincere apology. Nothing. Also they had a nice continental breakfast but don't eat the scrambled eggs. My guts were killing me for 6 days after eating them 3 times. Scrambled eggs are what I eat at home everyday so I figured jackpot!. I thought about what could be doing this? Wait, are those real eggs? Honestly I can't be sure it was that but all signs pointed to it. My guts got a little better each day after I stopped eating them. Stick with the other options like bagels, toast, yogurt. All day coffee if you care but no real milk. Room was clean. Monitors were mounted crooked, I'd be ashamed to hang a TV like that. If you don't care about the hot tub or that they might make up nonsense excuses for other things that could go wrong it's a fine hotel. They allow dogs.

R1006EIpault (4/5): Bad experience - I stayed 2 of 3 nights leaving early afternoon of third. There were bugs in the bathroom at night when I entered. With the light they moved out of sight. When this concern was brought up to the front desk, they stated the bugs were from my dogs. The front desk employees including the front desk manager made even a worse situation and did not listen nor share any concern.
BiffS_13 (2/5): THEY OVERBOOK! Don't expect your reservation to be honored! - They overbooked and even though I had a business reservation, they turned me away. The person behind the desk almost gave me a snack bag for the trouble, but changed their mind and set it back down, for some reason. I was very polite, but was sent to the other side of town! I reserved this hotel because of its location. In any case, you best arrive early, because YOU WILL BE KICKED DOWN THE ROAD.

Belinda (6/5): Third party booking, will be treated as stepchild - The room, cleanliness etc was excellent. We booked our stay thru a third party. I asked why we didn’t have a microwave since it was on the amenities. I was advised that because I had booked thru a third party, one doesn’t always get all the amenities. The microwaves were for their suites! And when we checked out, I asked for an invoice and again was told that because I had booked thru a third party, I had to get it from them! I felt as though I was treated as a step child!

Gregory (7/5): Was what I expected, just okay. Stayed there because it is conveniently located. - Location is great, breakfast was just ok. Eggs were not good, tasted like tofu. Neither was the orange juice, too watery. Staff didn’t seem to be in a good mood. In and out several times each day and only one staff member said hello, the male staff member. They could work on a warmer greeting at check in too, even if it is just performative. A simple smile works wonders!

And that there was nothing in the room to remind me what time breakfast was and I ended up missing it. I checked in late pretty tired, the lady did tell me, but I got in the room and totally forgot. I usually need those things written in order to remember.

Krista (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE !!! - We have never before been warned by police to leave a hotel for our safety! There was poop in the toilet when we checked in, nonexistent service, if I could give a hotel a -10 I would. Truly a terrible stay!!!
