We booked a king and it seemed very small for a Fairfield. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The ice machine was broke on our floor. Typical Fairfield breakfast. Friendly staff. We would try a different Marriott next time in Alburquerque.

• tina (9/5): Good choice for those seeking a quiet, modern property that is centrally located in Albuquerque. Staff was very accommod - Good central location to access Albuquerque attractions. Close to freeway but isolated from the traffic noise. A hosts of adjacent restaurants offer good food choices. Might be time to consider flipping the mattresses or better yet replacing the beds. Not the most comfortable. Parking might be challenging if restaurants are full.

The only issue I had was the air conditioning. You aren’t able to set the fan to run unless cooling and I don’t believe it ever got to the temperature I set for sleeping. Therefore, I didn’t sleep well. Next time I will pack a fan

• Seaside23814256722 (2/5): Hostile Front Desk Personnel - Though the rooms are lovely and well furnished, I have found the front desk staff at this hotel to be quite unpleasant and unprofessional. Not only is the staff unhelpful, but also flatly dismissive and unwelcoming. I’ve always had excellent experiences with Marriott until this.
• Todd (10/5): - Had a very good stay. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, the property felt safe, the breakfast was excellent. The Jacuzzi would trip its breaker every few hours but the staff were great about resetting it when needed. Thank you for that!

• JohnJSmallwood (10/5): Great location and very good service - The location of this hotel is great - just off the Interstate and right in the middle of several nice restaurants. The service is nice, too. Everyone is very friendly, especially Athens in the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, this hotel offers a very good one with everything on the menu.

• Constance (4/5): - No one at check in. We stood for 10+ minutes and finally called the hotel to get a live person. Of course no one answered but we let it ring until the clerk showed up. By then, there were three customers in line to check in behind us. No time for restaurant suggestions or other info. The peeps behind us would have killed us.

• Luis (10/5): Exceptional - Been staying at different hotels through out these last 3 years, this has been the best stay ever! The room was clean, bed was comfortable with ACTUALLY CLEAN LINEN! The air conditioning in the room perfect, never got humid or to cold. Will book here again! 10/10

• FabiolaS1255 (2/5): Never stay in a Fairfield Inn!! - My Family and I had booked the Fairfield Albuquerque airport when we were in Albuquerque, but the Taxi took us to Fairfield Inn North. They accepted us WITHOUT informing us that we’re in the wrong hotel from what we booked. We only realized it when my husband went to the airport to drop off the rental car since we were flying off the next day. There was so much confusion because we assumed we were in the airport hotel so we can just get a shuttle to the airport. I don’t understand why the front desk with the two women would not inform tired travelers the truth. It really left all of us a bad taste for Fairfield inns.

There is nothing better than checking in at a hotel and being treated like a human. The air conditioning was cold, the pillows were amazing, and the space was clean. Would definitely stay again - plus super convenient!

• Kathleen (2/5): A one off bad experience? - We arrived at 5:00 pm, check-in is 3:00 pm. Waited for one hour before our room was ready although we were told just a few minutes. The desk clerk was rude and said she felt disrespected when we started inquiring after 30 minutes. No paper towels in the lobby restroom. We were told the hotel manager was out buying more. The pool was closed on Sunday morning.

She kept fallowing us, asking if we had a room, staring at us if we left the building. I’m not sure if they’ve been having problems lately but I definitely do not want to go back because of this. It felt like we were getting harassed.

• FHaines (8/5): Hotel for Balloon Fiesta - My husband and I stayed for 4 nights during the Balloon Fiesta. The hotel offered to-go breakfast early on Friday, Saturday mornings of the Fiesta for those who were headed to the morning session. Food for breakfast was varied with gluten free and dairy free options. We had a car, and hotel was centrally located for getting around Albuquerque. We stayed at room 311, and we were able to see the balloons after a morning ascension. Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Albuquerque.

• Jenny (10/5): - The stay at this hotel was great! The only thing I didn’t like so much was the air conditioner was quite loud, making noises that kept me up. Now granted I’m a light sleeper so it’s not necessarily the hotels fault. Other than that the staff were soo friendly and gave us great recommendations for local eateries! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Lady helping at breakfast was amazing: so friendly and caring. Terrible greeting at reception (the worst on our trip...) After a long drive the man/woman behind the counter barely greeted us and was so quietly spoken we honestly couldn't understand a word they said. They also messed up our reservation - trying to give us another room despite us having made the booking about nine months ago. Also all the cutlery is plastic and there's so much waste. Please get real plates and metal cutlery.

• Colleen (6/5): Expected more from Fairfield Inn name - Having stayed at a Fairfield Inn in Tempe, my expectations were high. This hotel was very dated, nothing like the Tempe location. In addition to the overall run down feel, the conditioner was empty in shower. Breakfast was mediocre, again NOTHING like our Tempe experience. Glad I wasn’t spending more than 1 night.

I did not like the fact that the reservation was for 4 people and they only provided amenities for 2 to 3 people. The trash cans provided for trash could only hold a very small amount of trash, which in turn, I took out our own trash. And both elevators were broke at the same time. Please put liners in your trash cans no matter the size of the can.

• John (2/5): - Paid allot of money to stay here and our room 201 should be a storage. It is right next to the washer and dryer room and people stay in there and bang the doors. The person above us when they took a shower you can hear the water flow down the wall, it was like a water fall all night. The door is hard to open and was cut at the bottom and you can see into the hallway. TV in room was gone and no trash bags. I did let the front desk know and they offer me 500 rewards points but for what we paid I thought this place was going to be great. Will not stay here again.
