Guest Reviews
- Catherine (4/5): Why the flood light in my windows?! Needs a maintenance spring cleaning and maintenance upgrade. - The team was phenomenal, so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so nice to our children. The breakfast buffet is well put together with the several options to put together The flood light pointing at the windows!!! Why?! You fant sleep at night!!!
The smell, the heat, the old features like the door lock screws are stripped and on other thing the screws are loose and old. The sinks cover doesn't allow proper drainage. The hallways were absolutely uncomfortable hot and muggy!!! The hallway by the pool has mildew and takes your breath away!!! There should be a designated smoker area not just smoking pools laying the property with kids near by.

- Amanda (10/5): - Very quiet !
- lucycan (6/5): Just OK - First stay. Stayed just one night on business. Great location with both plenty to walk to and a central location for driving in the valley. Property is newer (though certainly not new) and for the most part, well kept. The staff were not overly concerned with helping Elite Bonvoy guests, it seemed. The building, in general, is loud. Doors slamming loud and especially noise in the room above. I will not rush to stay again.
- Guadalupe (10/5): - Location is a 10/10
great place to stay clean and neat.

- Amanda (10/5): Family night away - We came for a one night family get away and swim to decompress and just enjoy a day away from the grind. We had 3 kids with us 12,9,and 3 months. They had a nice pack and play for the baby. The pool is clean and the rooms are spacious.
- Sarah (8/5): - Nice hotel, comfortable bed, however we reserved a king bed and got a queen.
- Jeremy (4/5): - Great location, and thats all the praise i have. Bed was the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on, we pretty much got no sleep at all. I should have used the couch bed. The A/C was super super loud and rattled. The shower has no door that closes so tons of water got on the floor. The breakfast left ALOT to be desired and the coffee was horrible. We got there a little while before check in time and the front desk said we would have to wait a while for a room to be ready. Then a few minutes later, I saw other people checking in while we waited. I would not stay here ever again. The view in our room was of the roof of the building and to top it off the elevators were noisy and vibrated quite a bit, which was concerning. I would definitely stay in the area again, but definitely not at this let down of a hotel
- Xin (2/5): - Well I have heard something not that positive from some friends stayed there last year in the summer. However based on the location and shopping/dinning options around and close to the Oval, plus its high google rating, I still picked it over another one nearby which is like $60-70 cheaper per night. To be honest, I am very dissatisfied with my overall stay experience. The breakfast selection is so limited and there’s no all day coffee supply like some other similar standards of hotels. My biggest issue with the stay is the service/staff help. They made me feel like they didnt wanna work whenever I asked for small helps. Lastly, the housekeep service is way under basic standard. The bedsheets were even tucked inside the mattress every time after room service! And there was a day they came in very early at their mistakes(thought we checked out on a wrong day), then we told them come back later on but they never did. Considering the price I paid for my stay, I certainly do NOT recommend any of my friends to this place.

- LeRoy (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was a great experience
- Sarah (9/5): - Room is like an apartment with full kitchen. Beds were super comfy and breakfast was good. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Was great!
- Tiana (10/5): - Front staff was very attentive and friendly, even at various hours of the night.
- BRIDGETTE (10/5): Comfortable - An overnight stay. Went to a concert a few miles away. Even though we did not use the kitchenette we enjoyed the area. We have family in that area and will be staying there again. I have family that will be in that area in September and wanted a place to stay when there and i shared the property info with them.
- KENT (10/5): - The rooms were so large, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to food, entertainment and shopping. This is a great home base for any stay in the area; we will definitely be coming again.
- Katherine (10/5): -
- Aslin (10/5): - Beautiful, clean, spacious. Good breakfast selection. Nice pool & hot tub. 24hour gym. Loved it!
- Marci (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Great breakfast. Pullout sofa was not comfortable
- Liz (10/5): - This is the only hotel we book when visiting Utah. It’s super quiet and clean. Complimentary breakfast is good. The pool is always clean.
- Rachelle (10/5): I love this hotel -
- William (10/5): - I enjoyed every aspect staying at this property.
- Kerry (10/5): - Would definitely stay there again
- Dewayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sonia (10/5): - ms ray jewels
awesome amenities easy breakfast options
- Crystal (10/5): This is our home away from home - Always a great stay. My in laws live in kearns so this hotel is perfectly located close by. Always great our go to location
- Mk (8/5): Very good - House keeping could be better
- Rebecca (10/5): - The staff was amazing
- Amber (10/5): - Fantastic
- Jannine (8/5): - It was very cozy and comfy! Kids really enjoyed the pool and room. Although our room we reserved for the kitchen was nice but my stove and microwave did not work at all. I did notify staff at checkout so hopefully the next person can use there appliances.
- Eduard (9/5): Superb -
- Lorena (10/5): - The room and service were great!
- Carol (8/5): Great Location - This hotel is located in a nice location, close to shopping. There is no indication of office entrance, we circled the whole holel and finally went in the one in the front, commented to front desk gal that its hard to figure out where the office is. But super nice and very clean hotel.
- Enrique (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barrie (10/5): - What a great place to stay
- Richie (2/5): - The manager wouldn’t let me stay there because they said because of my last visit they found “evidence of drug use”. Like first of all I don’t use drugs, and for two I was treated like a lowlife and wouldn’t give me any specifics as to what the evidence detailed. They have the wrong person. With that said I would never stay there ever again. Who do they think they are? Very very unprofessional as I was scolded in front of a family that was checking in. How embarrassing and humiliating.
- Christian (8/5): Nice and confortable - Location Housekeeping did not clean the room everydat
- Tomi (4/5): - Had to check out early because room above was loud all night. Asked to be moved but was denied.
- Richie80q (10/5): Excellent and very clean. - I loved the space. There wasn't a door on the shower so water got everywhere when showers were taken
- Aaron (10/5): - Everything was clean and the room was really nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We loved that everything was nearby. Restaurants, stores, movie theater. Perfect location.
- Lindsay (10/5): - Clean and quiet
- Brett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Davin (10/5): - I liked how they were willing to check the connection beforehand
- Pamela (9/5): Superb - Use of real plates and silverware- not plastic. Noise from people walking, moving chairs from floor above.
- Shane (6/5): Not comfortable - The beds are not comfortable! Very hard! The couch in our room I'm pretty sure was broken. There was only one spot that you could sit without it swallowing you.
- Curious541541 (8/5): Good stay - One bedroom suite was great for 3 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed. (I brought my own kettle.) Kitchen table was handy. Sofa wasn’t comfortable but was ok. Weird: no place to put or dry bath towels in a room set up for 4 people. I had to put my towel on the floor when I took a shower! Breakfast was ok-scrambled eggs were great! But it was limited for stays longer than 2 days. Coffee great! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tub was one of the best I’ve tried! Overall-good.
- Yun (9/5): Superb - The location is good, and there are some restaurants around, quite convenient. And there are Walmart、Target too. If the hotel can offer tea kettle will be perfect.
- Matt (10/5): Thanksgiving - Nice stay, great room. Very friendly
- Shannon (10/5): - After a long day the front desk was friendly and quick , very appreciative
- Amanda (10/5): - Love this place, it fit my needs and was close to everything, so much I will stay here again and recommend family to stay here when they are in town.
- Pedro (10/5): - Dd
- Mike (10/5): - is there anyway you could send me another receipt how much that room cost me for the night stay For surgery plus can Reimburse me
- Debbie (8/5): - Breakfast included. Pool. Spacious King room with kitchenette. Close to amenities
- Renee (10/5): - Very clean and great room. Breakfast was adequate.
- Brad (10/5): - It was a nice place to stay. We were there for just one night. It would definitely be a place to come again, especially for a few nights. Breakfast was really good too.
- Patti (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very nice, Joyce in the breakfast area was so friendly and kept the area very clean! No dislikes
- james (10/5): - Q
- Tod (8/5): - Nice hotel. Close to eating and shopping.
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional - Couch was very uncomfortable
- Madison (10/5): - We were in town for a concert and had a very nice stay! The suite was big and fit our family great. Breakfast and amenities were a benefit too!
- Andrea (6/5): - One of the two beds in our room was broken and even after having maintenance come repair it, it was still not able to be slept on which meant my teenagers had to sleep on the ground. The fireplace outside was not in working order and the halls were dirty. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was okay. Probably won't stay there again.
- Bryan (10/5): - Outstanding hotel at a very reasonable price. Easy commute to the amphitheater.. will be staying here again
- N (9/5): A great comfortable property. - Breakfast was good. Only ate once since breakfast closed sooner than we could arrive for it. The location allowed for some walking to stores but vehicle speeds by drivers made it difficult to feel safe walking. Short breakfast hours exception on weekends. Noisy ice maker. Slippery bath tube; no bath mat. A
- Armando (4/5): Bad room service - The only problem I had was on my last stay they didn’t service my room
- Douglas (8/5): - Great stay an a lovely property with a wonderful staff. However as in the past the room had maintenance issues. I had reported a broken Ice maker in the room at arrival and 3 times after. The issues was never addressed even though I was assured it would be taken care of. I stay here often at it appears to be the norm at this property. As a hotel operations manager in Las Vegas this is not acceptable for Marriott standards. Otherwise the staff and property is great.
- Harwey (10/5): - Everything is excellent
- Rae (9/5): Wonderful place to stay. - Location, room layout with kitchenette, indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room with water refill station. Exercise room...beeping sound every few minutes.
- Kim (10/5): 5 stars service - Excellent
- Hannah (8/5): - Great hotel! Lots of room! Very clean! No complaints except we got stuck in the elevator on the last day & that was scary for everyone haha😅
- Liliana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Johnna (10/5): - Good
- Cassandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michaela (4/5): - The air conditioner mad a horrible noise all night. On top of that we must have been next to a utility closet because there was a sound going off and on all night that sounded like a trash compactor.
I had one of the worst night sleeps I have ever had in a hotel. It was defiantly the worst that I have experienced at a Marriot.
Very disappointed
- Julius (10/5): - Relaxing
- Kellie (10/5): - It was an awesome place to stay and very affordable!
- Kellie (10/5): - Great room and amenities for the price
- Sevilla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bryttnee (1/5): Bad -
- Jennifer (8/5): Needs attention - Beautiful room and spacious. Check in was easy. Negatives about our stay was there arent any towels for the pool/hotbtub area so you've got to use your bath towels. The bathroom fixtures need servicing. They're loose causing towels to fall onto floor and chasing the toilet paper roll becomes an Olympic event. The room door didn't lock properly either.
- Douglas (10/5): - Stayed here several times before when visiting friends. Great location. We had a studio with a living room kitchenett full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. Property provides breakfast daily. Very clean and well kept made for a very nice and comfortable stay. As a retired general manager of a hotel property in Las Vegas I would highly recommend Residence Inn
- Gualberto (2/5): - Unfortunately finding roaches in the room is absolutely unacceptable! Facilities were “clean” and in good repair but you know those roaches have been crawling all over the dishes and counters in the room needless to say I did not sleep easy or feel comfortable in the room. I appreciate the night front desk lady though the lady in the morning didn’t even ask how was the stay and was dismissive when I told her there are roaches in the room. Everything else was just fine but all ruined by the crawling roaches. I wouldn’t stay there again.
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicolette (10/5): - Newer property, very cozy and comfortable
- Rachelle (9/5): Superb -
- Nadine (10/5): - Great breakfast. The pull out bed mattress had a bad smell. But besides that it was great!!
- Ruth (10/5): Had a great time visiting my kids thank you - Very nice everything was neat and clean Coffee wasn’t strong enough 😂
- Gerardo (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Christy (10/5): - The hotel was soo clean and the staff very friendly. Nice rooms!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Worth staying - Great place. Clean and new. Rooms are great with a small kitchen for longer stays. Morning breakfast is decent as well. Fitness center and pool area very nice. Overall a nice place to stay for a night or exteneded stay.
- Alyssa (4/5): - This hotel definitely looks nice & new in the photos, but it’s already got some issues. When you go to check in, the lobby area isn’t clear from the outside like they typically are, especially on a snowy day. But we found it & the front desk staff person was kind & helpful. Got us an early check in, which we appreciated! We just weren’t aware that the only room available was because it’s next to the boilers (219) & that’s why it wasn’t already in use (which also surprisingly needs some maintenance even though it’s lesser used). We thought during the day it was like construction noises, so we figured surely it’d be fine overnight- nope. Not only VERY noisey, but also vibrations near constantly so ear plugs won’t even fix it. It’s unfortunate that area wasn’t designated for storage or maintenance etc instead- because it’s really miserable to try to sleep in it. Found out the next morning that it’s not rented often if they can avoid it because of the noise- of course the staff can’t say it’s available because it’s not a good room- so guests beware. Other issues with the room were that the dishwasher appears to not even be plugged in- so I rinsed & loaded all of our dishes, but none of the buttons work. Worst part actually that gave me a terrible migraine was the mold. Under the sink there must be a water leak- making a moldy/musty smell I’m super allergic to & the extra paper towel roll there weighed 5 pounds from water it had soaked up & black mold in it!
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clarisse (10/5): - I like how clean the building was and how the breakfast in the morning was set up. Thank you
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel, convenient for shopping, quiet and comfortable
- Jodie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darin (8/5): Very good -
