The rooms are very clean and cozy, with modern design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help and answer all our questions. I liked the varied breakfast – the food is fresh and delicious, and the choice of dishes is impressive. Special thanks for the convenient location of the hotel – all the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby.

El inconveniente que tuvimos fue con el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba y no pudieron arreglarlo durante nuestra estancia.

- Alexandra (9/5): Superb - The staff in the hotel was nice, helpfull, the room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was tasty and everybody can choose. The location was perfect for transport and center. a bit smelly in the shower.
- Stanislav (9/5): Superb - Good breakfast, friendly staff, shaving kit and toothpaste in the bathroom The hotel appears to be quite old, some of the things in the room are slightly broken. WiFi speed is merely acceptable.
- Sarah (2/5): Tired and in need of refurbishment and new staff. - Unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start. Rooms not ready by the stated time (2pm) - reluctantly allowed us to use their health spa small changing room to change our clothes. No cubicles available for privacy. The room smelt of cigarette smoke which made me wheeze. Everytime someone flushed the toilet in rooms above me the pipes gurgled loudly. The airconditioning did not work - it would only heat the room which was already hot and the answer to our enquiry was 'open a window' which then meant the room was very noisy. Light fittings above the bedside were positional - move them slightly and the light switched off. Mould in the shower and general grime in corners. No extraction working in the shower room. Sink unclean. Breakfast included but some of the food was not fresh (bread dry for example). Coffee unpleasant. Reception staff on arrival were unhelpful but their handyman was pleasant and helpful.
- Alleluiacone (9/5): Clean room. Good location - Nice hotel. Comfortable and spacious room, including a balcony and a sitting area. Free valet parking. Breakfast buffet with abundant choices. Easy communication with the hotel. Excellent water pressure. It is close to Anıtkabir, Ankara Castle and the shopping area by car. The bed was not very comfortable.

- Gulderen (8/5): Oda ile ilgili - Rahat fakat odalarin camlari aylardır silinmemis, dışarıyı çok zor görüyorduk. Duş tavaninin alcilari duşa düşüyordu, neyseki son gun görevliler gelip yapti. En onemli konu da isiklar her 25 saniyede bir kapanip aciliyor. Banyolarda ayna ustu beyaz isik kullanilsa daha iyi olur, çünkü ışık yetersiz. Bu küçük detaylar önemli, bir dahaki sefer geldigimde bu eksikler düzelmiş olursa daha iyi olur.

- SATOSHI (2/5): The worst hotel ever in Turkey and the World!! - Wifi never worked in the room. They never provide any receipt although I requested many times for my company. They asked me additional charge after I completed my payment. Almost every staff speak poor English and I could not communicate with them at all. I never stayed such bad hotel ever.
