I had a pleasant stay the flat was very clean when I arrived. Beautifully bright with natural lighting in the flat the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was clean had good running water. It was a good location wasn’t loud, I was able to make breakfast in the morning I liked the fact I could also wash my clothes also There was a lovely restaurant downstairs sage, food was fresh and tasty. There was also a very nice super market downstairs outside the building not even 5 mins walk very nice and the mall was not far. That was very convenient and helpful overall I was very happy, I stayed with my son 8 year old son and we had a beautiful experience staff members at the apartment all receptionists where very very nice and it’s a beautiful flat with and I felt safe. I was on the 7th floor they had a gym downstairs,I didn’t use it but looked lovely and well kept a roof top pool I didn’t get to use as I felt it was to deep as me and my son are not strong swimmers but it’s beautiful and well kept. Down stairs was a nice area we sat there and chilled for abit the day we was leaving, my host was quickly responsive to my messages and extended my check out that was a very nice gesture. The air conditioning in the bedroom was giving issues but the living room one was fine we had a wrong internet password so we couldn’t connect to internet when we first arrived in the room, it was shortly fixed, They did send help quickly that was good. I think more checks in the flat before new tenant comes to stay would make it perfect as it was only little issues, It would have been nice for some hand soap in the bathroom you will have to buy these little bits yourself there’s a very nice shop downstairs. overall very very nice It felt like a home away from home for 2 weeks and I would definitely stay again.

• Kisha (6/5): Need to upgrade the unit - The restaurant access and location The furniture was hard. No Smart TVs. The furniture appeared older and dirty. But they had a good cleaning schedule for real time needs.
• Jennifer (6/5): It was a short and last minute decision to stay. It felt secure. - I booked the room so that I had somewhere to relax and shower before my night flight. I did not stay overnight so I didn’t have breakfast. I attended the on site cafe which was well presented and clean. The staff were polite and attentive. Chair in the studio room broken. No sachet beverages on arrival. We only stayed in the room for a few hours.

• Rosemond (10/5): Overall, it was an excellent experience that I truly enjoyed. All thanks to the host who made my stay very comfortable - I really admired the property; it was beautiful, peaceful, and well taken care of. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations.

Sono stata accolta dalla ragazza responsabile del appartamento che mi ha accompagnato nell'appartamento e me l'ha mostrato. Anche il bar della struttura e molto bello, con ottimi prodotti e servizio gentile Il riconoscimento facciale non sempre era funzionante. Per esempio, non mi è mai stato possibile accedere alla palestra con il riconoscimento facciale. Ho richiesto un late check-out a pagamento e mi è stato detto che non era possibile nemmeno pagando una somma aggiuntiva ma che avrei dovuto pagare un giorno intero in più. Gli ultimi due giorni di soggiorno mi sono ritrovata senza un tavolino che era inizialmente presente in stanza e che è stato rimosso dalla mattina alla sera senza essere prima avvisata. Pulizia migliorabile: sotto il letto e sulle mensole molta polvere.

The space was modern, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The relationship manager was exceptional—always helpful, professional, and quick to assist. Their warm and attentive service made my stay smooth and stress-free. I’d gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-kept apartment with excellent support. Absolutely nothing to complain about — my stay was perfect in every way.

• Michael (5/5): Always pay with visa - They avoid u paying with visa as ur visa will convert the right rate. They say PSO not working or the lady with POS has left. I’m doing so they give u their own rate. For instance I was told the dollar was 14 cedis to one dollar. For $70 I paid 980 cedis. When I checked with absa bank and my foreign bank I was to that I have been cheated and charged extra 20dollars .

• Amelia (2/5): - Worst apartment rental ever. Do not rent here. There was food left in pots in the cabinet. A dirty overused sponge in the kitchen. No towels or soap supplies. The bathroom was full of mold. Many dishes had food residue. And the washinmachine and dryer didn’t work. Awful.

• Fredy (5/5): good environment but service must be improved. - The only pleasant thing I did like about the facility was the location... Also the security system was top, really liked it. No Breakfast offered... The rough road to join the facility is really a problem; also the darkness around the area where the facility is located doesn't make it safe location by night.

• Luca (7/5): It is managable but it could be better...a times I wanted to fall back on a classic hotel - Dear Esteemed travellers, the Complex is made of 3 large condos, different hosts propose different offers, under different names, but they're all in the same Compound. I stayed 10 days, and I saw high turnover of people with luggages up and down. I had this feeling that the place has been turned into a very profitable opportunity with minimal capital investment. If there are so many people coming and going, maintenace and cleaning and the control needs to be higher. I had the opportunity to stay in 3 differents apartments, from 3 different hosts, but i quickly realized that the standards are the same everywhere. So read this review and keep in the right prospective.... Don't get me wrong, I've seen worse, but nevertheless there is always something missing or broken or not functioning or dirty that damn it...!!! It would take so little effort to make it right. The communication on Whapp was there, but it didn't give me a good feeling...more like a chatbot...AI chat. Dry and lagging....very busy on the other side....not too interested... In one apartment forks where missing, but the colander was there. In the other one was the opposite. In one apartment the couch was extremly dirty, bursted (worth considering to change it completely, or at least invest in a cover sheet) and the carpet very stained , the shower handle couldn't hang anymore as the support was cracked. Support Staff said they would get back to the owner, probably to get the money to buy a new one, which it didn't happen. In the other one the couch was fairly decent, but no cover sheet again, and the AC was a bit struggling in the lounge, probably the gas or the compressor needed some attention. The shower group was ok, but no wall hangers of sort. I needed a change of towel...but they forgot...and extend their sincere apologies, which do not serve well after the shower... Towels came the next day. Few bulb lights were down, but no money to buy new. So Folks.. Folks, the hygiene has a long way to go... Couches and tables and chairs are stained and dirty, walls as well, becuase there is no care or control from users and owners. Don't get me wrong, cleaning staff comes daily, they do the basic, but they do a little what they can, and on to the next apartment. I wouldn't be surprise if they are understaffed and all amateurs. The maintenace is also scarce, basically on demand, and late... it could be perfect with little more supervision and vision...

• Dayna (1/5): False advertising, unreliable host - The location was central, and the rooftop was lovely. I booked 3 days prior to arrival and received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the reception, I messaged the host and 20 minutes later after waiting she let me know that the room was no longer available as someone had extended their stay. The host said she did us “a big favour” and contacted another unit and found us another room - it was smaller, and more expensive. So, not only did she make a mistake and extend a reservation of a booked room, but she found us a worse room and expected US to pay the extra money despite it being her mistake. Terrible way to run a business. This property cannot be reliably booked.
