Reception area is wide, lift was working fine, room was big enough and lot's of storage area. Very nice location that you can go to good tapas bars nearby and walk anywhere to most of attractions. Not too far from train station that it is walkable. Not much

Buena calidad de la cama y la almohada Estuvimos alojados en el J01, una habitación con un "patio" privado que se encuentra en el sótano. No dispone de nada de luz natural que da sensación de ser de noche de manera constante y es bastante claustrofóbico. Hay humedades en las paredes del baño y desprende olor desagradable. La limpieza podría ser mejorable

- Giuseppe (9/5): Un'ottima accoglienza a Siviglia - Piacevole permanenza, con staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Struttura curata e pulita dotata di generosi spazi in bagno e camera, comoda per visitare il centro di Siviglia a piedi (fondamentalmente collocata nei pressi della "Setas"). Particolarmente gradita la presenza di una macchina da caffè per espresso in camera con cialde offerte dalla struttura. Sempre incluso nella camera prenotata vi è microonde e bollitore con piatti e posate a disposizione. Migliorerei l'aspirazione in bagno perchè dopo la doccia rimane odore di acqua stagnante. Ma è solo un dettaglio di poco conto, perchè la pulizia in generale è impeccabile.

- john (5/5): - Good location Staff were very nice The flat was located in the basement and whilst there was a patio (with plastic plants), it was a below ground patio and had walls on all sides so felt claustrophobic. The other flats are above you and you can't have a conversation on the patio without everyone hearing you as it is amplified by the enclosed patio. Had I known this, I wouldn't have booked it. The kitchenette is very small and difficult to do any meal prep. No hot plate to make hot food (although there is a sandwich maker oddly). There was quite a bit of damage to the room, particularly in the shower area.

Das Zimmer war recht staubig, am Boden lagen Haare und man sah, dass vor allem in den Ecken viel staub lag. Auch das Bad hätte sauberer sein können.

- Sylvaine (7/5): - C'est un avis personnel qui n'enlève rien au confort de cet hôtel mais je n'aime pas ce style de chambre qui n'a absolument rien à voir avec une déco andalouse que l'on peut attendre. Trop de noir, pas de vue à part du béton.. Bref ce n'est pas de mon goût. De plus 148€ sans prestation de petit déjeuner je trouve assez cher surtout fin mars. Par contre, bien situé dans un quartier animé qui regorge de restaurants.

Además, la localización del hotel era estupenda, cerca del centro de la ciudad pero sin estar en una calle céntrica y repleta de gente y ruido, una calle muy tranquila y a la vez, cerca de todo. Un hotel sencillo, con todo lo necesario y cómodo para conocer Sevilla. En general, nos gustó todo.

Mi-a plăcut că am putut să lăsăm bagajele acolo după check out. Pereții foarte murdari, in baie arătau foarte urat. Se simțea un miros de mucegai puternic. Faptul că erai întrebat zilnic dacă vrei să ți se facă curat este ok. Dar personalul venea la curățenie la ora 2PM, practic în timpul de odihnă. Astfel, in 3 zile nu s-a făcut curățenie, doar schimbat prosoape. Lipsa produselor de baie, papuci.

Funcionaban todo bien, la ducha, el baño, los menajes de la cocina. En el baño no había cepillos ni pasta de dientes, champú había poco y solo un dispensador (probablement gel-champú). En la cocina no nos ha faltado nada y si nos hubiese faltado algo no habría problema en pedirlo, pero si es verdad que no hubiesen ido mal más cosas (p.ej. cucharillas de café, una bayeta, algun vaso mas) y ya como extra pedir alomejor un pack pequeño de comida de bienvenida, ya que eliges este tipo de hotel con cocina para poder desayunar, o almenos tener ese servicio plus de pedir galletitas, magdalenas, etc.

- Roger (3/5): Haben uns absolut unwohl gefühlt. - Toller Empfang am ersten Tag, schöner Eingangsbereich, gutes WiFi, Matraza hat für uns gepasst. Kleine Küche, bescheiden ausgestattet, Kaffee- und Teeinfrastruktur. Dusche im schlechten Zustand (siehe Fotos), Lüftung im WC vermutlich ausgefallen oder teilweise Defekt, alles super billig gemacht, Terrasse roch nach Feuchtigkeit, Tisch auf der Terrasse war nicht geputzt (war immerhin das Penthouse). Die Zimmer sind eher klein. Die Filter der Klimaanlage waren komplett mit grauem Pilz überzogen. In der gesamten Liegenschaft roch es feucht und mudrig.
