• Martin (8/5): Perfekte Location um die Stadt zu Fuß zu entdecken und trotzdem das Motorrad gut parken zu können. - Super Lage. Sehr freundliche Servicekraft. Minimal: Der Eingangsflur in der Wohnung war nicht zu belüften und da war es muffig.
• Joachim (8/5): Empfehlenswert für sportlich trainierte, wie gesagt: supertolle Lage - Super Lage,zu Bus,Bahnhof,Autovermietung Max.10 min.,angesagte Kneipen und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Shuttle-Service ab 3 Übernachtungen hat super geklappt - kostenfrei! Sehr freundliches Personal! Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig. Nur gekochter Schinken und hauchdünne käsescheiben zu Brötchen und Croissants. Der obstkorb war sehr vielseitig, Kaffee gut. 67 Stufen bis nach oben, eine echte Herausforderung!

• Lucie (8/5): - Ubytování pár kroků od promenády, stejně tak kousek do historického centra. V okolí mnoho restaurací. Snídaně se servíruje ve velkém pokoji, připadáte si jako doma. Vstupy na kódy. Pokoje jsou v podkroví, mnoho schodů :( Ale upozorňuji na to předem.
• Radek (6/5): - Při ztátě elektronického zařízení jsme písemně kontaktovali vedení ubytování s tím, jestli nemohlo dojít při úklidu omylem k vyhození sluchátek či něco podobného, protože se námztratil z nočního stolku. Silně negativní odezva nás zaskočila! Místo, aby se poptali a pomohli najít zařízení okamžitě vedení vyhrožuje soudem se žalobou ze křivého nařčení a pomluvy. Je to neprofesionální přístup. Jak asi řeší jiné problémy ???

• Sandra (7/5): Zentralgelegene kleine Hoteletage - Die Zimmer sind groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ebenso das Bad. Es besticht durch die zentrale Lage, man kann vieles fußläufig erreichen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe,allerdings für ca.15 € am Tag. Wasser wird kostenlos gestellt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Check in und Check out klappte super. Das Hotel liegt im 3. Stock - 65 Stufen,ohne Fahrstuhl. Das Treppenhaus ist furchtbar runtergekommen. Das Inventar ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn telefonieren.

• Marie-Claire (7/5): Tres bien pour un court séjour ☺️ - L'emplacement est idéalement situé et il y a pas mal de restaurant qui propose des spécialités sarde dans le quartier. Nous pouvons visiter la ville a pied ou en transport en commun, c'est très accessible en bus. Cependant, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, ca ne nous a pas dérangée car nous sommes jeunes mais ce n'est pas accessible a la mobilité reduite. Le petit dejeuner est très simple, ils proposent plus de sucré que de salé mais ca fait très bien l'affaire. Et le personnel est super sympa, et nous a recommandé des restaurants et activités à faire lors de notre séjour. Notre chambre et la salle de bain étaient très petites, notamment la cabine de douche. Bien que nous nous soyons adaptés, j'ai trouvé ca dommage que l'aspirateur ne soit jamais passé durant notre séjour. C’est un point d'amélioration important pour l'entretien même pour un court passage.

• FlorianTirol (7/5): - Aufgrund einer Baustelle am Hafen war es nahezu unmöglich, einen nahen parkplatz zu finden. 500m Fußweg vom Motorrad und dann noch ohne Lift in den 3. Stock hinauf. Kein Problem, aber sollte hinsichtlich Fitness und Gepäck bedacht werden.

• kaja (10/5): - Beautiful venue! The room, although small, is very smartly equipped. I really appreciate when everything is so well thought out. There were plenty of hooks and a towel dryer in the bathroom, which was fantastic.The bed is very comfortable, and extra bedding is provided in the wardrobe. The ceiling, with its exposed wooden roof structure, is absolutely beautiful and adds a lot of character. Communication was excellent, and the breakfast was much more than just a dry biscuit. Very enjoyable. The shower was probably the best I’ve had in all of Sardinia. The water pressure was brilliant, the temperature perfectly stable, and there was plenty of water flow. Unfortunately, I did not feel entirely comfortable in the surrounding area. During our stay, there was an incident at a nearby money exchange shop that required police presence, which made us feel a bit uneasy. We chose to wait and walk around until the situation had settled.

Kleine kamer, met koelkast. Goede douche met zeep en prima bed. Airco. Trappen 65 treden omhoog ⬆️, geen lift. Parkeren niet eenvoudig. Op 900 m afstand 🅿️ Elena Cagliari. Overdag betalen, nacht niet. Eerst even bagage bij B&B zetten!

La padrona di casa persona gentilissima e cortesissima. - Posizione centrale, servita da mezzi pubblici, grande parcheggio nei pressi e vicinissima a diverse strutture di ristorazione e svago. Colazione ottima e servita gentilmente e attentamente. Essenso la struttura in un palazzo d'epoca sarebbe decisamente un'opzione il poter scegliere tra scale e ascensore al momento non presente.

• SEBASTIEN (9/5): Nous avons adoré! - L’emplacement était formidable, nous avions la chamber 3 et nous avons eu l’occasion de souper en amoureux avec les portes ouvertes et entendre la rue vibrer. Le lit était super comfortable, la chamber de Bain superb. Le plafond cathedral avec les beam de bois, wow! Les photos ne sont pas représentative. Le petit déjeuner était bon, yogurt, fromage, fruit, croissants, pain, jambon, jus, cafe, granola. Le choir y était. Peut-être qu’une air commune ou des fauteuils à l’entrer serait bien. Certain chamber non pas de chaise et table.

• Ritabud (5/5): Bene solo per una notte. - Alla colazione presente la proprietaria, gentile e disponibile. Si svolge in una sala da pranzo riadattata. Insomma come stare a casa.. cornetti, salumi, tisane caffe e cappuccino Purtroppo non so se la politica di Booking sia sconto Genius= camera molto piccola.. la camera giusta per ospitare il letto matrimoniale. Cattivo odore persistente dato dai vecchi mobili presenti, luce scarsa contando che non ci sono finestre su spazi aperti e soleggiati. Idem nel bagno presente una piccola finestra su muro ma é stato impossibile lasciarla aperta perché entrano le zanzare. Durante la notte ho preso una coperta abbastanza leggera dal vecchio armadio e il dubbio é stato “ sarà pulita?” . Nel complesso soggiorno bene per una notte di passaggio.. oltre no. Da migliorare sicuramente la pulizia e l illuminazione.. non la consiglio.
• Haard (8/5): - Mitt I city och nära till allt. 4:e våningen utan hiss, Stora fina rum som har nyrenoverade badrum, wifi funkar ibland, oftast inte, det står det finns värme på rummen men det gör det inte. Kallt på natten då det är ca 15 ute nu i oktober. Det är som ett b&b då det bara finns 5 rum, alla sitter vid samma bord och äter frukost.
• Maria (8/5): A 3 Day stay in a beautiful city - Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, clear and easy self check-in instructions, fridge and aircon. Double glaze balcony doors. Small room, overlooked by men on opposite balcony, so curtains had to be closed day and night. We could hear conversation from next room and every guest arriving and leaving.

• Graziella (7/5): - La ubicación muy buena porque está cerca de la estación de tren y del puerto así como del paseo del mar y la parte antigua de la ciudad, restorantes y comercios Hay que subir como 10 tramos de escaleras que con el peso de valijas es terrorífico. Por suerte había una empleada que me ayudó pero debería estar claramente especificada la dificultad de acceso. Porque era como 4 pisos de apartamentos pero como es un edificio antiguo cada piso es muy alto y lleva tres tramos de escaleras cada piso

• Joanne (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Luogo perfetto al centro delle attività, locali, stazione ferroviaria, fermata dei bus ecc. Uno storico palazzo (terzo piano senza ascensore che viene chiarito subito da parte loro e non era un problema per noi). Camera spaziosa in stile del palazzo con bagno e tutto il necessario. Colazione buono. Tutto perfetto.
• Sophy_J (10/5): Lovely place to stay - The staff were warm and friendly, and helped us with any queries we had. The room itself was sweet and was equipped with AC which was perfect as it was quite hot when we visited. Both the room and the en suite were always kept clean for us. In terms of location, we were only a short walk from the station and the bus depot, and there were plenty of eateries and shops in the vicinity. The room itself had very little natural light, just due to its location within the building. However there were plenty of lamps and lights in the room to make up for this.

• Giulia (8/5): - La stanza era pulitissima, moderna e molto confortevole. Lo staff è stato davvero eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La struttura si trova in un bellissimo palazzo, in una posizione perfetta nel cuore del centro, ideale per visitare la città a piedi. Colazione buona. Consigliatissimo!

• Anacleto (10/5): Consigliatissimo! - Struttura al centro di Cagliari, perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Circondata da tanti parcheggi sia per auto che moto. Vicino a qualsiasi servizio (supermercato, farmacia, bar). A due passi dal porto e molto vicino all’aeroporto. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e veniva pulita ogni giorno. La camera era dotata sia di tv sia di condizionatore. Lo staff, Eleonora e Susy, super accogliente oltre che simpatico. Molto utile la presenza di codici per accedere sia alla struttura che in camera, per evitare di portare con sé chiavi o tessera magnetica. Davvero consigliato!

• Eva (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt - Wenige Schritte bis zum Hafen und mitten in der Stadt. Durch die schallisolierten Fenster ist es im Zimmer trotzdem ruhig. Frühstück einfach, aber es ist alles da. Die Unterkunft ist im 3. Stock ohne Lift und da kommt man mit einem schwereren Koffer schon ein bisserl ins Schwitzen :) Aber die Info steht ja dabei.
• Martina (9/5): A wonderful stay in a perfect location, with spotless rooms and friendly staff - The location was absolutely top – right on the port and just steps away from many great restaurants. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the lack of an elevator. If you’re traveling with large suitcases, carrying them up the stairs can be quite tiring.

• Marina (8/5): Posizione ottimale per chi soggiorna in Cagliari - Caratteristica, sul porto vicinissimo alla stazione fs e autobus quindi siamo riuscite a trascorrere la vacanza senza noleggio auto. Personale super gentile e disponibile, camere pulitissime. Peraltro la spiaggia poetto super bella Ahimè il terzo piano senza ascensore è un po’ scomodo devo ammetterlo
