In der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof ca.10min. zu Fuß.Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit der Metro erreichbar.Wenn wir nochmal nach Rom kommen,dann werden wir dort wieder übernachten.Vielen Dank für die 2 guten Nächte in dem super Bett.

• Megan (10/5): Great place, lovely staff, great all round - Great location. And easy walk to most sites seeing locations. Staff were great. We were give a map with all the attractions of Rome and our lovely host went through them all with us even told us about things we didn’t know we should see. It was great. And the cleaner/ cook was great too room was beautiful and always clean. And on one day we were unwell and could not leave the room she still made sure we had towels and anything else we could possibly need. The breakfast was great and lovey that it was delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. Great variety too something for everyone and as a vegetarian that’s great for me. Would highly recommend here to anyone.

Das Zimmer an sich sehr schön, aber der Abfluss in der Dusche stinkt sowas von und renovierungsbedürftig ist das ganze auch schon. Bei dem frühstück wenn man 2 Toasts mehr haben wollte musste man zahlen, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde denn man bezahlt ja schon für das Frühstück.
• Tessa (9/5): Wonderful stay, would absolutely return - I loved the location and the staff were very kind and helpful with any needs at all. Marco especially was helpful with my many questions regarding parking, ZTL and getting us checked in when we arrived late. Marco also provided us with a map and important places to visit with approximate walking times for many of them as well as tube station information. I was very impressed with the central location that allowed us to explore the city on foot. I would absolutely return to this location should I visit Rome in the future. The only thing that could be an issue is the bathroom ventilation as it is just an opening at the top of the wall venting into the sleeping quarters. We did not have a real issue with this but I could imagine this could create a problem with smell or sounds for some.

• Carla (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome - The location is perfect. 15 minutes away from Roma Termini, and also close to Fontana di Trevi. The staff was helpful and kind. We loved the breakfast and the room was very clean. The whole atmosphere and good energy was the best. I would come back and I recommend 100%

• Sandra (6/5): Pod względem lokalizacji, hotel na duży plus i śniadania pyszne! - Blisko do metra i do wszystkich atrakcji w Rzymie. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Personel miły i pomocny. Śniadania pyszne i zawsze na czas. Kawa bardzo dobra! Z pod prysznica podczas kąpieli wydostawała się woda poza brodzik. Po każdym prysznicu trzeba było wycierać podłogę. Z klatki schodowej dobiegał duży hałas.

Codzienne sprzatanie i zmiany ręcznikow umożliwiły tamowanie.

Otel hem anayol üzeri hem de roma termini’ye çok yakın. Otelin odaları çok temiz ve daima çok güzel kokuyor, dilediğiniz taktirde her gün odaları temizleniyor. Sabah kahvaltısı için istediklerinizi siz seçiyorsunuz, saati siz belirliyorsunuz ve tam saatinde kapınıza kadar geliyor. Kahvaltısı dolu dolu ve doyurucu. Biz son gün erken çıkacağımız için odamıza bisküviler, yiyecekler ve meyve suyu bırakıldı. Otel sahibi gayet nazik ve kibar biri, bize harita hediye etti. Roma’ya tekrar gelirsem konaklayacağım ve tüm arkadaşlarıma önereceğim bir otel.

The toilet and shower were not separate from the room, only divided by a simple partition, which was very uncomfortable. Water from the shower easily spilled into the room, and there wasn’t even enough space to fully open a suitcase.

• Silvia (6/5): PER QUELLO CHE HO SPESO SPERAVO MEGLIO - Nel complesso è andata bene, la colazione molto buona, lo staff SUPER GENTILE e sicuramente la posizione è ottima. Sinceramente per il costo (circa 150 € a notte) mi sarei aspettata un pò più di cura al dettaglio... lenzuola di scarsa qualità, cuscini molto economici e letto molto cigolante, non so se dovuto al materasso o alla rete... La nostra stanza era quella con la doccia in stanza, è posizionata esattamente davanti all'ingresso della struttura... chiaramente si sente il via vai degli altri ospiti.

Desde o momento da reserva, a anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa, mantendo o cuidado até nossa chegada. O café da manhã surpreendeu — foi a melhor croissant que comemos em toda a viagem! Excelente localização e atendimento impecável! O quarto é muito pequeno e a calefação não funcionou muito bem durante a estadia.

Great location...near Termini Station and city buses. Friendly housekeeper. Friendly manager.Modern cool decor. A separate shower stall in the room....never seen that before. Okay, if you don't mind your partner or roommate watching you take a shower. Rooms are pretty small. Breakfast delivered to your room rather than breakfast area. You need to take a physical key to reenter the building. The smallest bathroom in the world...barely enough space in front of toilet for your knees... larger folks, you have been warned. Need to coordinate with manager to coordinate arrival time. Rooms are a bit stuffy.

• Douglas (9/5): A great choice as a base to explore this historic city - Well located close to rail terminus and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. Our room was relatively small but well appointed and surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of restaurants a bars in the near vicinity offering good food at reasonable prices. The host Laura was very helpful in directing us as to how to reach the property from the airport (train) and to the accommodation in real time. Our Italian is poor, her English is far better but anything she was unsure of she put her son on the phone to us (whose English is excellent) to clarify things. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection for pre order the previous evening and delivered to the room at the chosen time. The staff were excellent and serviced the room daily. A great choice as a base to explore this historic city. Nothing
