- Aida (3/5): Poor - Like: The place was nice, and the location was convenient, close to the airport. Negative: The hotel was nearly empty, the pool was not cleaned, and there were no drinks available. Most rooms had a fridge, but ours did not—no drinks, no fridge. The towels were dirty, and the pool was not maintained. If the hotel cannot properly accommodate guests on weekends, especially during a holiday, it should either improve its services or clearly state its limitations. Many guests choose a hotel over an Airbnb expecting better service, even something as simple as a drink. If the hotel offers no dining options, food, or drinks, this should be made clear in advance. I would not recommend this hotel for weekends.

Pasamos solo una noche , llegamos tarde , de paso hacia san Agustín y nos dió pesar no quedarnos más tiempo : la comodidad y amplitud de la habitación, el diseño del restaurante y lobby , incluso el pequeño espacio de la piscina, una experiencia muy agradable
