• Terry (6/5): Street parking is fun! - Once you find the place and get settled in you are not far from walking to town. Parking on the street was a joke. Good luck with that. Be prepared to carry luggage from where your car may end up. No microwave. Oven needed attention.

• jermanka (7/5): - The location is good, about 1km from city center. In october you can easily park your car outside in the street, you will always find a space for it. Breqkfast is in the bar very close, about 5' walk but youncan eat only sweet things... The entrance in our room was from the street, not classic door but like an entrance used for terraces...for other two rooms the entrance in from a normal door (first into the building...). The neighbors were very loud at night and in the morning.

• Emily (8/5): - The host was lovely and so understanding after we accidentally checked into the wrong room! Perfect location to walk into main part of polignano but far enough away for it to be quiet! Breakfast was lovely, a coffee and croissant at a local cafe.

• Barbara (6/5): Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichen. - Der Besitzer hat sehr schnell geantwortet und war hilfsbereit .die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das zweite Zimmer hatte keine Fenster, die Küche wirklich nur eine kleine Minimalausstattung und es war nicht die Wohnung,die auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde. Auch nicht die Adresse. Anstelle eines Patios hatten wir eine Baustelle vor dem Balkon. Aber für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend.

• Kathryn (8/5): Stay here with the nicest host in Polignano a Mare - Francesco runs an organized, charming an comfortable establishment. He is accessible at all times for advice or help and his rooms and common areas are very serviceable. Expect a classic Italian breakfast just up the street at Chocolate Caffe where the owners take great care of the Casa della Nonna guests. The rooms are a bit on the rustic side, but the bed is comfortable and fresh towels are always available. A communal kitchen provides a real refrigerator for your food or leftovers and a cute courtyard in back gives you a nice outdoor space. There is a good deal of street and overhead noise (upstairs neighbor?) but parking is right in front. Of course, the city is super charming.

• Mariella (10/5): - The place is dreamy and on a street where there is a LOT of night life but once you were inside the property you could not hear the crowds! Host was very friendly and fulfill our requests when we needed something. We will for sure keep this place in mind for future visits.

Grazie mille e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque. L’unica cosa è che mancavano un stendibiancheria, perché non si poteva stendere dopo aver fatto una lavatrice. 🙏

Francesco was a wonderful host—kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. He found solutions to all our questions and it was easy to communicate and get along with him. Breakfast was served in a magical place, where we had the most delicious croissant we've ever tasted. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

In strict historical center of Polignano a mare, walking distance from charming streets in old town, with a lot of shops and restaurants. Lama Monachile beach is 5 minutes walk away. Very polite and welcoming owner with his family, opened for all questions and recommendations. Breakfast in local bar 2 minutes walk away. Charming apartment, well equipped, with comfortable beds.

The parking was in the street, but we didn't have trouble finding a spot nearby. Breakfast was ok in a nearby coffee place – we had one coffee and one croissant each, nothing extraordinary.

• Lone (8/5): Good value for the price paid. - Easy to find and to get in. The room was fine and the beds was too. The breakfast was served in a café 300 meters away. The kitchen was shared with other guests. We liked the city and can recommend a boat trip to the caves. We could not open the window, but the host promis to fix it for the next guests:)
• Brett (10/5): Would love to return and stay here again. - Although not the place we thought we were getting, I think we got the best place in Polignano! Nothing like the pictures but so much better. We were kept fit by the 45 vertical stairs, a shock at first but loved them after a couple of days. Breakfast was a short stroll to a cafe which has the best coffee in town! Pasquale and Mara the owners were so friendly. Possibly the equipment, we only had one wine glass but just a message to Francesco and we had a second one delivered. No iron or kettle and then he delivered them. No toaster which was inconvenient.

• Luiza.v (6/5): it is ok for a short stay - The location was great because it was in the middle of city centre and close to all restaurants and attractions. It was quiet and has its own yard. the bathroom is small and we were run out of hot water in the middle of shower. the owner told us at the begging that the checkout time is by 11 and the same is written on Booking.com, however in the morning right before check out he send us a message straight to leave the keys by 10.30 and exit and his message sounded a little bit harsh, and he did’t bother to reply back when I’ve asked him why we need to leave the room earlier. There is no breakfast available, you just receive a ticket for each day to order a croissant and a coffee at the Bar across the corner 2 min walk.There is no duvet to cover during the night.
• Marah (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and large and in a great central, walkable location in Polignano a Mare. We were able to walk around town, to the beach and restaurants very easily in the cute city center. Francesco was easy to communicate with and met us promptly to show us free parking in town and helping us to unload the car. Everything in the apartment was great and as expected, no issues. Even though the apartment was on the ground floor with street access, it felt safe and secure, and was still quiet at night.

Also the breakfast included is a bit disappointing as it is just a drink and a croissant basically and not a buffet or anything.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the Polignano a mare. The owner was incredibly kind and met us on-site, providing valuable insights about the local attractions worth visiting. Our stay at this place was very successful, and we highly recommend it.

• Tina (5/5): Very very noisy - You get a coupon for a coffee and a croissant in a very good cafe. The parking place is right next to the block, it is spacious enough. The water in the shower was cold, it took 15 minutes for it to be warm, but in the morning it was not at all. The bathroom door slammed shut and I barely got out. The room used to be a garage and is very cold, the floor is also very cold. You don't get much for your money. Very very noisy.
