• Lynda (10/5): Beautiful - For a 3 star this place was amazing I stayed 1 week at the suites then moved to The Heights whole different holiday the apartment was beautiful clean and nice comfortable bed beach towels for free unlike the The Suites who charge for every little extra we was even charged at the Suites a £30 euro early check in this did not happen at The Heights although run by same company whole different experience!!!! Book The Heights and never the Suites ! All was perfect

La posizione della struttura rende molto complicato raggiungerla a piedi con le valigie, è quasi obbligatorio prendere un taxi all'andata.

Obiekt bardzo czysty, lecz widać że ma już swoje lata. - Bardzo duże pokoje, taras z fantastycznym widokiem na ocean, dwie łazienki, świetnie działające wi-fi, BARDZO CZYSTO, super basen i autobus wożący gości hotelowych na plażę. Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia, wymiany sprzętów (zepsute szafy, połamane krzesło tarasowe, słabo działający sejf, stara niezbyt ładnie pachnąca lodówka, stary piekarnik itp...).

• Наталья (8/5): Nice apartment but a bit old. - Two-floors apartment, more than enough space for 2 people. Good swimming pool, nice location. Welcoming reception. Rather old apartments, some things are a bit broken, old. In canteen you can’t use several appliances at once.

Malheureusement dès l'arrivée j'ai été piqué par des punaises de lit (horrible) et mes vacances ont été catastrophique, j'espère que la désinfection a été faite sinon ...la piscine qui devait être chauffée en panne ,donc nous n'avons pas pû en profiter . Sinon sympa mais je ne peux pas faire un commentaire correct . Désolée.

• Marc (8/5): Very enjoyable family trip, conveniently located. - We upgraded to an apartment, which was really spacious and had a private jacuzzi. Location and view were excellent. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choice. It could be quite busy at breakfast, so finding a good table was not always easy. Initially we had a standard room, but it was a bit small and overlooking the pool with a smell of chlorine, but we were able to change.

• Kristina (9/5): Great value stay! - Good location - everything is a easily accessible by taxi and there is a free shuttle bus that drops you off a few steps from the beach which is great! Walkable too if you don't mind walking up steep hill on the way back - fine if weather not too hit and you're nit travelling with kids. Staff are excellent - very polite and helpful. There is a shop on the main hotel and another local one nearby. Breakfast very good - mostly the same every day but lots of different options to choose from - different types of eggs, can make up an english/irish breakfast, yoghurts, breads and pastries, fruit and veg, cheeses and spanish deli meats. There is also a guy making fresh omelettes with a choice of filling outside, as well as different breakfast specials every morning. Dinner was ok but felt all meat/fish options were always in some form of sauce so gets a little repetitive. Evening specials were nice - we had amazing sushi one of the nights!! Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone but given we stayed in May I can imagine it could get tricky in busy periods. Kids pool was great - has a canopy over it so the kids are always in the shade which is fantastic - haven't seen it anywhere else! Overall very good value for money - this was my second time here and will probably come back again if I go back to Tenerife :) Pools were quite cold but ok if the weather is hot. Dinner was usually on the cold side but it could be because we were on the later side going to it. Apartment only got cleaned once during our 1 week stay - I would say twice would have been more appropriate - we didn't ask for another clean though and I'm sure it would have been accommodated if we did. Beds!! - 2 single beds pushed together that kept sliding apart as there are wheels on the legs on the top end! Would have been nice if they had some locks on those wheels or if there was an option to hook the beds together so they wouldn't slide apart all the time.

• Anikó (10/5): - Szuper komplexum. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak. Gyerekeknek is jó programokat biztosítottak. A medencében március elején is tudtunk fürödni. A személyzet pedig nagyon segítőkész volt. Kicsit távol van a part.

• Iwona (10/5): - Widok z pokoju na ocean, mimo że z odległości to był niesamowity. Śniadania różnorodne, bardzo dobre. Nie należy sie bać braku parkingu bo na ulicach dużo miejsc ogólnodostępnych, bezpłatnych.
• Diego (8/5): Sin duda repetiría - La atencion del personal del hotel fue excelente desde el primero momento. Los pequeños inconvenientes que encontramos fueron atendidos muy rapido. Nos dieron informacion de interés. La zona de la pisicina está genial, y aunque no fuimos a ninguna de las fiestas o cenas tematicas que hacian, tenian pinta de ser divertidas. Está muy bien que hagan ese tipo de actividades. Está cerca de varias playas con buen acceso, y el estado de las mismas es muy bueno, por lo que podria considerarse que la ubicacion es muy buena. Respecto de las habitaciones/apartamentos, como ya decia tenian algun inconveniente: algunos de los armarios con puertas correderas no cerraban/abrian del todo o se desencajaban, y la ducha del piso superior, por como era, hacia que se saliese el agua, cuando llegamos, el cable de señal de tv estaba roto, por lo que tuvimos que pedir que nos instalasen otro para poder ver la TV. Son cosas que solucionaron rapidamente, pero que si se hiciesen revisiones periodicas y se arreglasen antes de un alojamiento, pasarian totalmente inadvertidas. Que solo nos diesen 1 juego de cubiertos/vajilla por persona era un poco molesto, ya que a veces nos habria venido bien alguno mas.

Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und gut, dies ist im Nachbarhotel, daher meist sehr viel los, aber grundsätzlich alles bestens Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, Reinigung gab es nur einmal in 5 Tagen, Dusche mit Duschvorhang

After 11 o'clock was all nice quite and there was separate safety stuff dedicate for swimming pool. Breakfast was too similar everyday English breakfast. They could serve more local food. The local bar was constantly closed but I think it was according to local rule. Less alcohol better sleeping :-)

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con una doccia, che è stato risolto in tempi brevissimi. Colazione ottima con una scelta di cibo molto vasta e ogni giorno lo chef sapeva stupirci con una golosa novità. L'appartamento ha le dimensioni adeguate per due persone, addirittura con due bagni! Ho trovato tutto decisamente buono, l'arredamento non è moderno, ma è funzionale, considerando che siamo state in stanza quasi solo per dormire. L'unico consiglio è quello di sostituire il materasso, renderebbe il soggiorno migliore

Iš apartamentų terasos (kurių buvo net dvi) atsiveria vaizdas į vandenyną. Didelių nusiskundimų neturiu.

Comodo l'utilizzo del deposito bagagli e degli spogliatoi mentre attendavamo il check-in (anche se alle 16:00 é davvero tardi come orario d'ingresso), parcheggio facile nelle vicinanze, camera spaziosa, su due piani, con due bagni e due balconi, letto comodo. Arredo datato e interventi di manutenzione grossolani (fughe siliconate alla buona), doccia ingiallita dall'usura, mancanza di aria condizionata. Sul soffitto della camera da letto é presente un ventilatore a pale, molto rumoroso e che ci ha impedito di riposare adeguatamente, inoltre entrambi i bagni avevano le tavolette del cesso rovinate e graffiate, zero ganci per appendere gli asciugamani se non in un minuscolo stendino esterno semicoperto (infatti ha piovuto e si é bagnata la roba stesa). Odore di fogna al piano inferiore, segnalato alla reception ma risposto che non avevano disponibilità di ulteriori camere.

Appartamenti spaziosi e consiglio quelli in alto, pur non essendoci l'ascensore (almeno dove ero io) so vede anche il mare dalla terrazza, pur avendo la vista sulla piscina. Un po' la pulizia, ma in linea con i voti sulla struttura e di gran lunga superiore ad altri posti sull'isola, ma parlo da italiano...quartiere "rivolto" agli inglesi...no bidet ecc ecc

• Valerijs (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay and everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect — convenient and well-connected, making it easy to get around. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone right from the start. The property itself was very clean and comfortable, and we felt at home throughout our stay. The pool area was also great — well-maintained and a really nice place to relax. One detail that really stood out, surprisingly, was the kitchen equipment. All the dishes were in excellent condition, and especially the frying pans — they were like new, which is quite rare and something we truly appreciated. Overall, everything was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool was perfect for relaxing, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfasts were really delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. I’d happily come back again! No comment.

• violet (10/5): Lovely place to stay. - We were very happy with our apartment and would stay there again if visiting Los Cristionas. Unfortunately the way our balcony was facing we only got the sun in the evening but that would not stop us staying there again. The apartments are located on a fairly steep hill but a courtesy bus is provided to get to and from the beach which is great.

• Laura (9/5): Incantecole, uno dei miei migliori soggiorni in hotel - Sismo rimastai molto soddisfatti per le 2 notti che abbiamo trascorso..l apartamento pulito, fresco luminoso a 2 piani 2 bagni uno con doccia e l altro con vasca da bagno tutto funzionante frigo capiente forno, c era tutto 2 asciugacapelli un cerro da stiro in ogni piano c erano 2 balconi il.letto comodíssimo specchio grandi da per tutto la piscina sempre calda e la piscina per Bambino con una bella ombra..comprese nel.prezzo.c erano le attivita come yoga etc noo siamonstati allá Festa Della spuma bella piscina Dell altro complesso Dove si ha accesso quindi e come se ti trovi in 3 strutture molto grandi e estéticamente bellossime...ven struttorato.non ti puoi perderé...il bagnino simpaticissimo. Sempre disponibile ..il bar efficente l única pecca è il parcheggio esterno ma noi abbiamo avuto fortuna e lo abbiamo trovato súbito.. non Ho mai fatto una rassegna cosi completa ma l hotel merita senza dubbio...terneremo sempre Parcheggio esterno Spiaggia lontna ( ma c e una navetta con orari sempre disponibile e gratuita)
