• Miranda0.0 (6/5): Aceptable - Que estaba relativamente céntrico hacia el centro y el barrio de jalatlaco, el internet aceptable Las camas no eran cómodas tenía como un platico debajo de las sábanas era muy ruidoso y caluroso Las puertas de las regadera debes moverlas con mucho cuidado porque se pueden romper, el abanico de techo también hacia mucho ruido

Las instalaciones muy completas, desde aire acondicionado, hasta refri en la habitación y un horno de microondas en la parte de afuera y unas mesitas en la parte del patio. Valoro mucho que hubiera plancha porque hay prendas que repente si necesitan una pasadita El baño en general era pequeño. Lavabo muy bajito, la regadera con el tipico problema de muchos lugares donde la cabeza necesita ya una limpieza para que salga bien el agua.

Solamente habia dos puntos negativos: Tuve la habitación No. 2 que esta abajo al lado de la recepción. No tiene ventanas y mas grave: Desde las siete de la mañana habia mucho ruido por otros huespedes y la limpieza. Se puede escuchar todo! Por eso no recomiendo la habitación No. 2 para gente que quieren dormir hasta tarde.

• Didier (8/5): Bien - Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits à la casa gubidxa. À notre arrivée on nous a donné une chambre qui ne nous plaisait pas. Dès le lendemain ils nous en ont donné une autre. Ils ont été très réactif…et ce pendant tout notre séjour. Vraiment ils sont très sympa et c’est bien placé. Il y a 2 belles terrasses en haut.

En la habitación había un registro que no se si de agua o drenaje. Y el piso era pegajoso, tenían una leyenda de cobrar la toallas, si las manchabas... Las toallas estaban para tirar a la basura. Lo gracioso de la situación; fue, que hemos avisado que no nos quedamos con la habitación y nosotros esperando un taxi la persona de. recepción enfrente de nosotros le dio la habitación que ocupabamos a otros clientes y no nos hicieron la devolución.

Easy walk into either, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast nearby at Boulenc. Felt safe with the 24/7 front reception - all staff were kind and welcoming. Room was spacious and AC worked great. Room faced the street and was on the ground floor, so a bit noisy at night with cars going by.

• Mario Alberto (5/5): - La ubicación es exelente Que con el shampoo y el jabón, fueran tan tacaños, solo una pequeña barra de jabón para compartir en la ducha y en el lavamanos, un pequeño sobre de shampoo para 2 personas... que tacaños !! solo te ponen UNA toalla para dos personas que ocupan la habitación, tienes que pedir una adicional, porque hacer esto si saben que las toallas son personales y el cupo de la habitación es para 2 personas?? además si dejas sucias las toallas te COBRAN la LAVANDERÍA, me parece un abuso... lassa fotos de Booking son mas bonitas que la realidad. El personal del hotel, uando llegas es EXELENTE el recibimiento, lástima que a los dias siguientes ni siquiera el saludo te contestan...

El que tengan plancha y nevera en la habitación es un plus . Personal amable , llegué cansada mucho antes de la hora del check in y pude acceder a mi habitación . Se agradece !

Shower took a while to heat up. But still got warm in the end. There was a little bit of construction noise whilst we were there , but never during the evening or early morning hours

On arrival, our card payment wouldn't go through because of their signal, which we were made to feel was our fault as it "had never happened before" so we had to walk 10 mins to get cash out. Reception staff apart from one were friendly enough. Not really helpful for tours/information. This is me being polite.

• Michael (8/5): Sufficient. - It was fine. The staff were helpful and the room was clean. The location is great and is very close to Ado station and the center. Overall, I would recommend. It is good for the price. You have to pay extra for the air-conditioning and it takes a while for the warm water to come out. Other than that though it was fine.

• Tomer (5/5): The hotel has great potential and shared amenities, but cleaning needs to improve and room #1 is simply unfit for housin - The furniture is beautiful, the room is big and the patio and roof are very cute. The problem was with the room we received- room number 1. Unlike the other rooms which circle the cute patio, ours was near the entrance behind an indoor bike&bicycle parking spot which was not very inviting. The main issue is that the room is on street level right with a big window facing it and there is absolutely no noise insulation. We were woken up by the occasional car that passed by during the night and whenever the property door was opened, and since 6:00am it is completely impossible to sleep due to the street noise. Moreover, the cleaning was lacking and we found several hairs of previous guests on the floor and sink.

La ubicación está bien porque no es el centro del todo y te permite que haya calma pero está a 300m del centro El aire acondicionado es de pago. Yo no me di cuenta en las condiciones. El baño es un poco antiguo.

• Monica (5/5): Not the best - Nice and clean rooms Far from downtown and I didn’t like that they tried to take advantage of the situation… there was a lamp on the side of the bed and we broke it by accident it wasn’t even functional just decoration… and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for that… I spend a day trying to find a cheaper replacement and find out the real price for similar item was way cheaper!! We spend over $250 dollar between the 2 rooms we got and them trying to scam me wasn’t very nice ! I still paid $30 dollars for the lamp I didn’t get to keep (just broke a small part) but they were very pushy about me paying $80 dollars for a old piece of clay 👎 bad costumer service from owner and accountant/manager .. the fronk desk was friendly and respectful but this situation was a nightmare!
• Gudrun (7/5): Sehr gerne wieder! - Die Lage ist wunderbar, um in wenigen Minuten das Zentrum oder einen Markt oder den Busbahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Einer der Mitarbeiter war besonders zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit. Da wir zu 2 verschiedenen Terminen dort waren, konnten wir bemerken, dass zum selben Preis unterschiedlich komfortable Zimmer vermietet werden. Das Personal am Empfang war äußerst unterschiedlich in seiner Hilfsbereitschaft. Ein 2. Handtuch z.B. musste man extra erfragen, obwohl wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Anderen ist es ähnlich ergangen, sie mussten jedoch bis zum nächsten Tag auf ein entsprechendes Handtuch warten.

The receptionist kindly arranged a taxi for us, which we appreciated. Our shower had poor pressure and the shower head sprayed water everywhere; the water ran cold every time and we had to call them to kickstart the water tank, which was inconvenient. Also, we weren’t allowed AC unless we paid 200 pesos, which was quite shocking to us. We declined.

• Gema (10/5): - Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El hotel está muy limpio. Hay personal en recepción mañana, tarde y noche, lo que se agradece, además de ser muy amables. El hotel está muy cerca de todo para ir andando y tiene tiendas para comprar y restaurantes para comer. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Las ventanas no encajan muy bien al cerrar, pero es algo que no nos ha importado.
