• Maria del Carmen (2/5): Pésima experiencia en este hotel. - Durante nuestra estancia fuimos víctimas de un trato totalmente inaceptable por parte de José Luis en recepción. Desde el primer momento mostró una actitud grosera, levantó la voz y nos dirigió palabras ofensivas, haciéndonos sentir completamente incómodos. Nunca habíamos experimentado un servicio tan irrespetuoso en un hotel. Viajar debería ser sinónimo de descanso y buen trato, o al menos un trato respetuoso, pero aquí fue todo lo contrario. Si buscas un lugar donde te respeten como huésped, mi recomendación es que elijas otra opción.
• Karla (8/5): - Es una casona convertida en hotel, las señoras de limpieza son muy ordenadas y mantienen todo muy limpio, tome 2 habitaciones en una de ellas todo bien, en otra la verdad las camas un poco incómodas aunque por el precio está bien. Le pondría 4.5 estrellas no tiene 10 pero si un 9.

El baño le doy 5/5 estrellas El valet parking todo bien solo algo tardado 4/5 estrellas El restaurante 5/5 estrellas el desayuno muy rico y gente amable El lobby 4/5 el check in en la descripción menciona apartir de las 14hrs pero en la recepción dice a las 15hrs

• Juan José (8/5): - No hay aire acondicionado, muy poca ventilación, un ventilador para 2 personas, generando más calor que enfriamiento, un solo jabon para baño en dos dias de estancia. No respetaron promoción de bebidas.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Limpieza, bichos - A la llegada todo bien, incluso pude hacer check in 30 min antes de lo indicado. Al llegar me ofrecieron la habitación con el número 08,y todo bien, solo dejé mis pertenencias para comenzar el paseo. Al tercer día amanecí con picaduras y comezón, lo cual es indicador de bedbugs, le comenté a la recepción quien 'se sorprendió' pero entendí al día de mi llegada que por eso había un olor como a insecticida. Cambiaron las sábanas, pero sin lugar a duda no dormí la última noche y termine con picaduras en los brazos. Deberían hacer fumigaciones constantes ya que son bichos que son difíciles de eliminar... Si no fuera por eso, todo hubiera sido perfecto =/

En recepcion no tenian cambio y al desocupar habitacion, me pidieron regresara a la habitacion por el control de la TV. El esificio es bonito y la ubicacion es muy buena para actividades en el centro historico.

• NOEMI (8/5): - Muy buena relación entre el precio y calidad. Mis únicas quejas serán que las toallas ya están muy viejitas, deben cambiarlas; y que la tv no tiene canales para ver y, aparte no es Smart TV. Fuera de esas dos cosas, el hotel me encantó.

Aunque nos permitieron dejar nuestras cosas, tuvimos que esperar unos 15 minutos más y, lamentablemente, dos horas después aún no estaba disponible. La habitación carecía de aire acondicionado, solo tenía un ventilador, y aunque no era temporada de calor, se sentía bastante caliente. Los muros son muy delgados; se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía en la habitación contigua, donde había una familia con un niño muy ruidoso. Además, cada vez que usaban el WC o el lavabo, el sonido del agua era bastante molesto. La cama era dura y la distribución de los muebles poco funcional, lo que hacía el espacio incómodo. Por otro lado, nuestra habitación solo tenía una ventana hacia el interior del hotel, lo que afectaba la privacidad. El servicio de valet parking fue extremadamente lento, ya que solo tienen un encargado y el estacionamiento está alejado. Para colmo, presenciamos un incidente anterior en el que un coche había sido golpeado, y el hotel no quería asumir responsabilidad. Era un domingo a mediodía, y no me gustaría estar en la situación de esos huéspedes. En resumen, no recomendaría este hotel y no volveré a hospedarme aquí.

• Melissa (6/5): - The building itself was quite nice with a nice rooftop. The bedrooms were a little outdated and could have been cleaner. The breakfast also wasn’t great-just fruit and a coffee. The area was perfect for Puebla and in a great location for walking the city. It was very reasonably priced for the off season.

• Geeta (6/5): - The staff were helpful and the property had old world charm. Good value for money. Needed to be less dusty on the floors. A fan is needed for every room. Water would be helpful on each floor. Better toiletries in the shower.
• Darlene (4/5): - This hotel lacks breakfast since it only serves a few slices of fruit, a piece of bread and a coffee. If you work remotely, DO NOT stay here as the hotel is EXTREMELY SLOW. I had to use a lot of my data to provide a hotspot to my laptop. The only thing that is good is the location as it is a minute away from the main square.

Terrible coffee at the roof top restaurant. This is Mexico get some good coffee. The man at night the watchman was very nice he made sure I was safe.
• Darrel (10/5): A hotel with a lot of old charm - The staff at Gala were great. The location is excellent and amazingly quiet when you shut the windows. Loved the roof top to relax with a cold one and the breakfast. Easy and safe to walk all over. Great restaurants nearby.

Some issues, probably expected at the price..3 small dead insects under the pillows, with the bedbug craze underway made me nervous all night, no water in the room, you must be mobile, only stairs and lots..lots of them, Car took 30 minutes to pull from the garage. I would consider to stay again.

If you look at their description. They claim to have onsite, off-site, covered parking, valet, etc. The place has ZERO onsite parking. Being downtown. It was too noisy. I decided to go elsewhere since they stop answering their phone. I was calling asking where to park. I never got a response after multiple tries.

We had a room in the first floor and it was awful because of the loud music in the lobby and staff talking very loud. It was almost impossible to sleep because of the noice. The room was super cold and there was no heating.

• Jennifer (6/5): - The location is great and the historic property is beautiful. We were given a corner room with two small balconies which was quite lovely, but the room was very hot. It was fine during the day when we could open the balcony doors but we had to keep them closed at night because both had the street lights shining directly into the room, not to mention the noise from the street. When we asked for a fan, we were told that they were reserved only for rooms without the balconies. Also, the wifii is terrible if you depend on that. The room was clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast was nice on the terrace.
