Everyone went so above and beyond to have the most magical weekend filled with so much love. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a better trip to the keys in this little paradise. The place is beautiful and clean and the location and housing and rooms are beyond perfect. Created the perfect atmosphere to have a wedding and to truly unplug and be present with our friends and family.

Daybb (6/5): Not for us - Our room was big and spacious. We arrived after hours, it was dark and had a difficult time checking in. Called several numbers that were posted on fences and never got an answer or callback. Drove back and forth and finally found the keypad and correct gate. Wish it had have been better signage there. The room certainly needs an update. Scratched up furniture, filthy curtains, chair was all peeling, fans needed a good dusting, woodwork peeling and chipped. The deck and porch needed a good spray, an orange peel layed on the deck the two nights we were there. Nose piece and bandage on pool deck, along with other debris never cleaned up. Bikes had flat tires so couldn’t use. Only 4 deck chairs by water so that was a no go. We paid a good price and was really disappointed. If you do bring food, a microwave but no plates or utensils in the suite, but no sink so that makes sense I guess. Now, that being said. The buildings themselves and the layout of rooms, very nice. Seem to be well built. And we did have one of the smaller rooms so maybe other rooms are better kept. The pool a descent size and the pool itself seemed clean. A lot of places to stay in the area, so probably not a repeat customer.

Hair dryer broken, light bulbs out, knobs coming off drawers, worn furniture. They need to have a checklist for the people who clean or take care of the rooms.
Nigel (8/5): Great place, comfortable with an interesting twist! - The size of the apartment was great with a huge bedroom, bed and bathroom. We only stayed one night so didn't make full use of the facilities but would definitely stay again. There are some really interesting quirks, which we have since seen in other hotels, in that there is a fridge, microwave etc but no sink. The coffee machine was broken but staff replaced it as quick as possible but having to go into the bathroom to fill the water cup for a single measure of coffee was a first. Obviously used to have a sink as all the pipework was in one of the cupboards.

The suites are one bedroom units attached to villas, we took a 4 bedroom villa, which included the suite. If not, we would be sharing the villa with another family. The Villa was clean and well set up. The resort has 5 villas total and is very quiet and private, we only saw a few other people at the resort but were able to use the pool without anyone else in it. The paddleboards and kayaks were great. We used them every day of our stay. The best part was the access to Dolphin Plus, the kids were able to watch dolphins all day! Although this resort doesn’t have as many amenities as others, the privacy, free kayaks and paddleboards and access to Dolphin Plus made it a really great experience. It’s only a few minutes to John pennekamp.

The bed was so comfortable, and the whole property was quiet and peaceful. Only had one minor issue that was rectified quickly. Check-in was a breeze and we were lucky to see a shark and a manatee in the quaint beach area. 10/10

Savannah (10/5): - I LOVED this property. We checked in after 5 and they made it a super easy process. There was some normal wear and tear in the villa which is to be expected. The venue and rooms were absolutely gorgeous. You can’t swim on the private beaches but the pool was nice and warm. You get free access to watch the dolphin training at the property next to the villas which was super fun and you can get really close! They also provide you with supplies to do laundry, dishes, and bathing. I 1000% recommend this property.

I loved the marina area, where I walked several times and saw lots of marine life! A horseshoe crab, a sheepshead fish, school of small tarpon, two other kinds of crab, snook, iguanas and curled tail lizards! All from the dock! Easy to get to restaurants close by, gift shop on property, Dolphins Plus eco park next door (gave us a 20% off coupon for dolphin encounters, but we did not have time). Two pools, easy, no charge parking! Plenty of towels and beach towels. My husband and son took out the FREE kayaks and paddle boards. A nice surprise- booked it last minute!

We love that there are different size villas to fit your needs. But they’re all furnished and equipped nicely, clean and in good condition. Nice pool and beach area for kayaking, and paddle boarding. BBQ’s are a nice touch and the property is kept clean at all times. Wish we could’ve used properties amenities earlier without checking into the room. But we were called a few hours earlier than posted check in time, which helped.

With so many things within distance we used them often. Dolphins Plus next door is also an amazing experience that keeps us returning to Dolphin Point Villas!

We stayed in a spacious suite, which provided plenty more than enough room for all of us — especially our teen, who liked having his own space. One of the highlights was the wraparound deck with rocking chairs and a ceiling fan. We were also conveniently located near the pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyed daily by the whole family. The service was wonderful, Andreea handled our check-in and check-out and was great — warm, friendly, and more than accommodating with anything we needed. We loved the small private beach area, which was perfect for relaxing or watching the sunset. They have complimentary paddleboards and kayaks (first come, first served) for added fun. One of my favorite moments was having coffee by the water in the early mornings — so calm and serene. This property is a true hidden gem — peaceful, family-friendly, and beautifully maintained. JOSE (10/5): - An unexpected, tranquil gem in the Upper Keys, perfect for relaxing. We stayed in the spacious and immaculate Conch Suite. Its queen-size Murphy bed is truly comfy. There's no restaurant on-site, but there are plenty of options nearby. As an added bonus, as a guest of these villas, you can watch the resort-adjacent trained dolphin show for free and meet dolphins at a discount. I just wanted to mention that since the bathroom is so spacious and modern, upgrading the shower head to a larger, more powerful one would be a huge plus, as would adding a lounge chair to the bedroom. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and will definitely return.

They made everything super special. We have a disabled son and the staff really went out of their way to make him feel welcome! So grateful to the staff and management. The room was so clean and the view was phenomenal!

The place was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff truly went above and beyond—especially Megan, who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The pillows were extra fluffy and unbelievably comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to the Keys!

We were treated in a way that felt discriminatory and unwelcoming, leaving us feeling hurt and disrespected. The property manager was especially rude and unhelpful, refusing to address our concerns. What was meant to be a special celebration for my husband’s birthday was completely ruined. We were so uncomfortable that we canceled our reservation and chose to stay elsewhere. I strongly advise others not to stay here until serious changes are made. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.
V1952NKmichellem (10/5): Beautiful Family Memories. - This was such a nice relaxing place to stay. Check in and out was super easy and the villa we stayed in was amazing. We didn’t want for anything. There was a full size washer and dryer and they even leave some little things to use in them. There was plenty of dishes and silver ware and we utilized the grill on our last night there. So thankful for the beautiful three nights we had there and the memories we got to make.

We loved the sunsets from the dock. We even seen a manatee right from the dock. There were stand up baffle boards and life jackets included in the stay. Highly recommend. It was perfect for our little family.

Beds were very very comfortable, place is very clean- watching the dolphins swim by the pier while watching sunset was sooo nice- this was our second time here and we will probably be back again next year

valeriebU2084YW (10/5): LOVE LOVE LOVE!! - d asked if we could pay for the upgrade to get the cottage because it was 2 floors and they did it and called in the am and let us know! So already customer service was on point and any calls or questions I had always answered! Rooms are about cheaper via their direct website so they saved me from a hotels.com overcharge and already the excellence began! From the check in, to the exceptionality of the villas, kind staff, communication, views, the pool and fishing area this will always be my place! They also offer swimming with dolphins and if you don’t want to do the experience or are unsure if you are staying at the villa you are free to watch others swim with dolphins and see if it’s right for you! So much within 10 minutes such as big chill, Pilot house and Gilbert’s! I love this place so much and it is private gated villas with gate code so only people staying on property allowed to amenities which adds safety and overcrowding ! I love it! Also, all windows and doors have pull down curtains so the sun doesn’t come in at 5 am and can sleep in and offers late night privacy!

445dianaw (10/5): Pretty impressed! - The property is Devine. It is very clean and very pretty. The room was newly remodeled and the beds were comfy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. If your planning a wedding this would be a magical venue. The boat launch and docks were ideal for the boating community. The beach area had lounge chairs for sun bathing too.
Charles (10/5): - Amazing location next door to the Dolphin Plus center where you can swim with the dolphins. Marina offers a great EcoTour ride with knowledgable Captains, and you can see manatees and dolphins just off the small beach. Great sunsets too!
charlesbC3023GD (10/5): An unforgettable stay - A superb location, especially if you want a close-up experience with the dolphins at the center next door. Spacious rooms with a good finish, a nice pool and decent frontage to enjoy the sunsets. Small beach allows you to launch kayaks into the bay, where you can see wild dolphins and manatees. Lots of food/drink options a short drive away, plus a Publix to load up on snacks and drinks. Would recommend!

The check-in and check-out process was super simple. The bay view is too good. I highly recommend this property. Some minor issues: There were no complimentary water bottles kept in the room and it's very dark outside the rooms to even take a stroll during evening times. But our overall experience was toooooo good.
