- Verified traveler (8/5): 堪能したこと残念なこと - ラフォーレ修善寺はいくつかの宿泊施設、温泉、スポーツや研修施設等を加えた複合施設の総称で、我々家族3人が宿泊したのはその内のNo.5センターハウスでした。 施設No.6ゲストハウスにて丁度夕焼け気味の富士山を観ながら夕食を頂きました（説明写真ご参照）。No.11の蒼海と名付けられた洋食宴会場でのビュフェ形式の朝食では、２・３日前の雨に洗われた青い空と天城山系の緑の山々の雄大さを感じながらのおいしい食事でした。 修善寺と言えば温泉です。夕食後と朝一番に利用しましたが、ここでは別のホテル(マリオット修善寺）の大浴場も利用できることがチェックイン時に分かったものの時間なく断念、残念なことでした。 センターハウスの宿泊部屋は6畳間×2の部屋で3人ゆっくりと休むことができました。

The in room open air onsen was so wonderful. We could see Mt. Fuji as we relaxed in the onsen. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. We loved our stay, and wish we would have booked more nights at this awesome resort.

The dinner was not what I had expected for the price we paid. But the breakfast buffet was worth it and much better! I will stay there again for the private onsen and golf course in the future. Shared public Amenties with the Marriott which we had no idea but good to know in the future. The shuttle bus was convenient.

- Miki (6/5): - 温泉付きのテラスがある部屋に泊まりました。このお部屋の造りが好きでリピーターなのですが、今回の部屋は畳が古いのが少し残念でした。また離れに泊まっている雰囲気がすきなのですが、お隣のお客さんがテラスで大きな声で喋ったり、ドアをバンバン開け閉めしたりと、静けさを楽しみにしていた私たちには残念でした。また近隣にはレストランがないので、食事付きのプランにするほうが無難です。

(6/5): - 全体的に部屋が暗い！ 電気をMAXに付けても暗い！ 荷物整理も荷物置き場で出来ない！ ベットの上とか電気がスポット的に当たってるところを探して整理しないと暗い！ ダウンライトが所々蜘蛛の巣が合って 掃除が出来てない！ お風呂のシャワー室はガラス扉で 下の方のパッキンが取れてて脱衣室に シャワーの水が出てしまうので 脱衣室が濡れないように 気を使ってシャワーを浴びなきゃいけない！ 部屋の露天風呂は温度調整も出来るし 24時間入れるし最高だった！ ただ木の部分のカビが多すぎて少し気になる！ ホテルの写真では富士山が小さく写ってるけど 実際はもっと大きく綺麗！ もう少し木をカットしてくれたら もっと綺麗に富士山が見える！ スタッフの方は丁寧でスピーディーで 対応もすごくいい！ チェックアウトの時の掃除のスタッフの人も 挨拶がすごく気持ちよかった！ 朝食のバイキングは種類も豊富で 美味しくて良かった！ バイキング会場は２つあって １つは富士山を見ながら食事が出来る会場で もぅ１つは富士山が見えない会場でした！ 富士山を見ながら朝食できるかと思ったら 宿泊の方が多かったみたいで 富士山が見えない会場でした！ 11時チェックアウトだったので 部屋の温泉たくさん満喫してギリギリの時間まで入ってました！

- MIN GU (8/5): - Our first impression of our room was not good because we checked in late at night. The floor, bedding, terrace, and sink were clean in places that were visible. but the air conditioner and places that were not visible were not clean enough. Also, there was no main lighting, so it was dark overall. However, the view of Mt. Fuji that could be seen as the morning dawned and the ability to enjoy a private hot spring while looking at the view were great advantages. The terrace was well-maintained to the point where you could walk barefoot, and the accommodation was located in the mountains, so it felt like a good place for healing.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - コテージに家族5名で宿泊したが、十分すぎる広さで快適だった。 大浴場も広く良い。 全体的に古めの施設には見えるが、整備はされており、自然に囲まれ、気持ちよく過ごせた。

- ヒサオ (4/5): - 室内に蚊が3匹、蜘蛛1匹いた。 リゾートホテルだが老朽化が激しくメンテナンスが十分でなかった。残念でした。

- Nao (10/5): - コテージに宿泊しました。 部屋は少し古さを感じましたが、 清掃が行き届いていました。 かなり部屋が広く、ゆっくりのんびり できました。
- YUUJI (8/5): - 富士山の見える露天風呂付きのお部屋でしたが、この時期は雲が多く中々見れなかった、次の日の早朝にやっと見れて満足。 露天風呂も何度も入れたので良かったのですが、この時期だから？山の中だから？なのかも？ですが虫が多く、蜂とカメムシと小さいカエルと蜘蛛は居ましたね。虫が苦手な方は要注意、お部屋に殺虫剤が用意されていたので助かりました。 朝食は品数は多くなかったけど味は良かった。 駐車場は沢山あるので困りません。 スタッフの方も挨拶があり丁寧で話しやすかったです。
- Tao (6/5): - Front desk gave me wrong map and point me to the wrong building for breakfast. I reserved a room for three people to stay and there are only two sets of towels inside the room. No international adapter for foreign traveler to use.
- MARI (8/5): - コテージに2泊しました。 小さい子がいたのでとても広い部屋に大満足でした。 車で行ったので、大浴場や朝食は車に乗って移動しました。 夕飯ではお酒を飲みたかったので、施設から出ているバスに往復乗らせて頂きました。 テニスやゴルフをやっている人なら更に嬉しいだろうねと話していました。 電子レンジがないってとこぐらいかな、ちょっと不便だったのわ。 夕飯は駅まで行かないとないですが、店も少なく予約していないと休日の前の日とかは入れない感じです。 出先で食べて帰って来るか、コンビニで温めないで食べれる物を帰って帰るといいかもです。 家族でうちは満足でした！ また利用したいです。

- Verified traveler (2/5): one night - room isn’t clean… the room smelled was moldy. There was spider web. It was one night, so I put up with it and stayed there. but another equipment is normal condition. if smell and spider issues resolved, i wanna stay again.
- Tatsumi (10/5): - 体育館で子供達とバスケ🏀やバレー🏐で汗を流す事が出来る良い施設です。
- Gengo (4/5): - 部屋がかび臭く、壁や天井に黒ずみがあった。トイレも臭った。エアコンからもカビ臭く、中にはかなりの埃が溜まっていた。 枕元にコンセントがなく、スマホの充電がしにくかった。
