- Daniela (9/5): All you need to spend a few days in this city - The location was perfect — very close to the old town, yet on a quiet street. The rooms reflected the price well: clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were extremely kind, although one front desk staff member was not very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. Airport taxi pickup service was offered but arrived 30 minutes late, so we had to use Didi instead. The hotel promotes it as a cheaper alternative to Grab, but it actually ended up being more expensive. It would also be great to have oat or soy milk available when ordering coffee.

This sort of information should be on the website.

- Dominik (10/5): Exzellente Unterkunft im Zentrum von Hanoi - Eine sehr saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mitten im Herzen Hanois. Hervorragender Service durch die Hotelangestellten, die alles taten, um einen den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Der Pool ist schön heruntergekühlt und sauber. Das Gym ist ausreichend ausgestattet für ein komplettes Training. Das Frühstück und die SkyBar sind wirklich das Highlight aufgrund der tollen Aussicht auf die Stadt. Vor allem bei Sonnnuntergang wirklich nett dort ein Bier zu trinken. Die Pool Leiter gehört einmal fest montiert.

They were so attentive to us and looked after us so well. I got sick at a restaurant in Hanoi and the staff provided us with lots of water in the middle of the night, and then transferred us to a better room to make me more comfortable. They kept checking in on me regularly and provided everything we needed. In particular, Chloe from customer services was amazing for us, and I promise not to be sick again Chloe!😂 Nothing - it was perfect!

No air-conditioning in the gym, at 58 years old that was very hard and I needed it for my knee. I tried to go there early in the morning to beat the heat but it was closed.

We picked this place because of the gym and the roof bar - but the roof bar is probably the worst roof bar I've been to in Hanoi - the drinks selection is awful (basically just a couple of beers and 2 or three very poor cocktails - that's it) - we only went up once and never went back. The beds are very hard, and the gym is not in an enclosed room so there's no air con - just fans. If you want a decent room you have to pay quite a lot and for that money, you can get much better options in Hanoi.

- 陳虹廷 (10/5): - 飯店櫃台或門房服務員，服務都非常的熱心，臉上總是掛著笑容跟您親切問候。房間的空間很大，氣密窗的隔音效果也很好（入住期間遇到人行走道夜晚施工，但是幾乎聽不到施工的吵雜聲）。 早餐位於12樓頂樓的sky bar，可以俯瞰看整個老城區，早餐樣式有中西式熱食、沙拉與麵包、現做各式各樣的雞蛋等等，餐廳不算大，但是餐點的選擇種類還算可以接受。 飯店的地理位置相當方便，不論是在老城區內逛街或者是去還劍湖遊湖，或者去踩點必比登的必吃美食，大約都是在走路15分鐘的範圍內可以到達。

Especially Richard on the front door who was so helpful The rooftop bar is great for drinks before / after dinner. Amazing location in the old quarter, walking distance to all the main attractions

- Joe (10/5): Stellar hotel - Absolutely stellar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I really can't commend them enough, I was very thoroughly impressed. The location was central, the airport pickup was easy, the pool, gym and breakfast were all good. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well stocked and clean. The views from the rooftop restaurant were wonderful. I have nothing to complain about.
- Michelle (8/5): - The room was great but the air conditioner didn't work that well. We did inform the staff and they told us it was working, but we were still quite warm in the room. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices available. The location is what got us there, it was close to everything, beer street, train street, shopping. If you want to be right in Hanoi this is your hotel. The pool is great. The air conditioner could have been better, but other than that everything was good.

- HYT (10/5): Mooie hotel, top locatie en uitmuntend ontbijt. - Mooie locatie, schone en ruime kamer met ramen! Vriendelijke personeel. Een zwembad met uitzicht en ook het ontbijt was fantastisch, elke dag zoveel keuze om uit te kiezen. Je zit midden in de Old Quarter, en de French Quarter is ook op loopafstand. Veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt en dito restaurantjes. Het is gelegen aan een rustige straat dus relatief weinig verkeer. Bijna niets. Alles was voor ons goed geregeld. Maar als je dan een minpuntje moet opnoemen, dan is het dat er maar een lift is. Maar ja, je bent toch op vakantie dus pak die extra minuten en kom lekker tot rust..

- Amber (10/5): Geweldig personeel en een super locatie - Súper vriendelijk personeel! Vanaf het moment van inchecken wil het personeel alles voor je doen. Koffers naar de kamer brengen, drinken inschenken, deuren openhouden. De derde dag bij het ontbijt wisten ze zelfs al welk fruit we graag aten en dat stond al klaar. En receptioniste Chloe weet iedereen bij voornaam aan te spreken! De locatie is ook super fijn, vlakbij het meer en leuke bezienswaardigheden. -

- Tobias (10/5): Als Gast gekommen, als Freund gegangen! - Wir sind von dem über aus freundlichem Personal in diesem schönen alten Haus empfangen worden. Die Zimmer waren perfekt. Etwas älter vielleicht aber nicht abgewohnt. Auch das Reinignugsteam machte ihren Job akkurat. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Da konnte man bei dem leckeren Frühstück noch die schöne Aussicht auf Hanoi genießen.

- Dharma Bum (9/5): - Location and rooftop breakfast views. The pool did not meet my expectations and I chose this hotel for the pool. Next time ill choose a hotel with rooftop pool. The pool was cold not heated as advertised, and did not look inviting. I did not swim in it and I book hotels for pools so this was a disappointment. The location was great though and breakfast buffet views. Room was standard not a view as I asked for a high floor with a view but did not get that.
- Catrina (10/5): A great modern hotel with a fantastic under cover rooftop pool. - Rooms are modern and clean, sound proof. We loved the under cover pool. It was a good size so quite a few people can get in. Staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful and the area is close to Hoan Kiem Lake and great rooftop Skybars 😃 The breakfast was great with both Western and Asian options. Everything was great but a metal hand rail at the step in end of the pool would be helpful for older people to access the pool more safely.

Staff had good English and were lovely to deal with. The pool is great. Near the rooftop it had a cover over it to shield us from the sun. Rooms were clean and modern and staff brought our cases up for us. Breakfast had good options. Can't think of anything

- Fiona (9/5): We had a lovely time at this hotel - Great location. Excellent value for money. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble The rooms were large and very well equipped. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of foods catering for most diets. I would definitely stay there again Not a criticism just a note for people with mobility issues. The breakfast, pool and bar areas are at the top of the hotel, the lift goes so far and you have to access these rest by stairs.
