- Vanessa (10/5): Fantastic Hotel with very comfortable bed!! - The location was perfect, making it easy to walk everywhere. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with a modern style, featuring a comfortable bed and pillows. My room faced the front and had a balcony, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. I loved the electric window blinds for nighttime. The staff was friendly and helpful, always welcoming guests. The pool is small, and the wooded area under the trees in the back is a nice spot to read a book. An appealing feature of this hotel is the availability of facilities at sister hotels. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel and was especially delicious. The gym was also located on the other sister hotel. conveniently close to the main hotel. Additionally, I appreciated the valet parking service. The rooftop restaurant was closed Tuesday and Wednesday and those are the days i stayed there. I would have like to eat there.

- N4047FFgaryc (10/5): Weekend Getaway - We stayed at this hotel over the Valentine's Day weekend. This was a weekend getaway and we wantred a hotel close to the Healdsburg Plaza within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were frendly and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop bar that also serves food. The sister hotel, the H2, is on the same block and has a restaurant and bar called the Spoonbar. We only visited teh rooftop bar once becuse it rained over the weekend. The service was quick and friendly and both the drinks and food were good. We ate breakfast at the Sppinbar every day and also visited the bar and restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed the food and drinks. We would be happy to stay here again.
- 643pattij (2/5): Find a better hotel in Healdsburg!! - Poor management. You can’t access your car easily. The room is minimalist. Automatic shades in room broken. Normal hotel amenities Absent!!!
Front desk evening hours monitored by inexperienced staff. No Welcome Binder in room to explain Anything : ((
- Gary (9/5): Simply wonderful place to stay in the heart of wine country - It's just about the best location in Healdsburg, smack dab in the middle of everything, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, tasting rooms. Our hotel and its sister hotel were sharing front desk staff the week between Christmas and New Year's so we had a couple of instances, including at check-in, when nobody was around (or answered the phone). I had to go to the sister hotel to get somebody to check me in and valet park my car. Thankfully it's practically next door. Besides that inconvenience, everything was first-rate.
- SiJing (10/5): Super convenient, beautifully designed hotel, friendly staff. - Great design planning and aesthetics, not your standard run of the mill hotel design. Appreciate not having wall-to-wall carpet, and the outdoor patio was a nice option to have. Bathroom/Shower: not a lot of privacy, there is a gap in the bathroom door even when fully closed. Not sure about all rooms, but our room was definitely for a single or a couple, not for a family.
- Javier (10/5): Wonderful Time and looking forward to returning very soon. - The staff exhibited remarkable kindness and professionalism throughout our stay.
Javier in the rooftop bar provided exceptional service. Jason from the front desk was exceptionally helpful with our room safe.
Additionally, Anthony from the front desk ensured a swift and efficient check-in process. Parking our car was a bit of a challenge. We stayed four days and continually had to move it.
Continental Breakfast was not very good.
- tongaro68 (10/5): Super cool. - I was pleasantly surprised how modern and comfortable our suite was. The only thing I would improve upon would be living room sofa to be more cozy. If this is my only feedback, I'd have to say this place is pretty awesome.
- Gonzalo (10/5): -
- Lisa (9/5): A lovely spot for a getaway - Friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed extra amenities including yoga, wine tasting and using the bike!

- smorro912443 (2/5): worst hotel experience i have ever had anywhere in the world.. - the entire staff from general manager, front desk and their night audit team are unprofessional, rude and incompetent.
buyer beware and stay anywhere else you can!

- 1m4oqv4e3q (10/5): Great place to stay in Healdsburg!! - Wonderful spacious rooms very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to everything in Healdsburg. We will be back!!!
- mandyli947 (6/5): Great location, slow service, poor value - We travelled with our dog and it took 1 text, 1 call, 1 visit, 5 hours to get a dog bed. The amenities are clean and location is great. However the value is on the lower end for the price.
- Jabast (10/5): Fantastic experience - From booking to checking out, the experience was flawless at Harmon. The room was fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. Attention has been paid to every detail you can think of. Fantastic hotel.
- María (9/5): - The breakfast was good, the staff and location were the best part. The room was very comfortable, loved the roof top! The service at the restaurant was very slow.
- Melissa (10/5): -
- P9548PGtoddl (10/5): Highly recommended - What an incredible guest house! Great location, well appointed rooms, friendly staff very clean. Roof top bar is a must.
- Kerry (10/5): - Location
- mp5672025 (10/5): The Perfect Romantic Getaway - The perfect way to spend a few days in Healdsburg. We celebrated our 27th anniversary at the Harmon House. Our time spent at the Rooftop and on property offered us a wonderful and much needed staycation. The room was impeccable and the staff was delightful.
- Kathy (2/5): - We had a very frustrating experience at this property. We checked in late, hoping for a quiet night and some much-needed rest—but that didn’t happen at all. The pool was freezing cold and unusable, and our neighbors were incredibly loud throughout the night. Their kids were banging on the walls and making noise well into the early hours—an absolute nightmare.
To make matters worse, there was a constant noise coming from what sounded like an electrical closet or inside the walls, which made it even harder to sleep.
I asked for a late checkout just to get a bit of rest after a rough night, and the best they could offer was 12:30pm—only 30 minutes past the normal time, and even that felt begrudgingly given.
Overall, the service was poor, the environment was loud and uncomfortable, and the entire experience was very disappointing. Definitely not what we expected.
- Diane (10/5): - Our stay was fantastic. So convenient to the area. I would definitely book again.
- lmarch578334 (10/5): Clean, Friendly and Incredible Atmosphere - My expectations were exceeded by the staff, location and design of the hotel. I enjoyed it and will come again when I'm back.
- Peter (10/5): - What’s not to love? Great property, close to everything. Sean at the front desk is awesome!
- rossanaz973 (8/5): Quick overnight in Wine Heaven! - After tasting exquisite wines at a couple of local wineries, we took a refreshing swim at the hotel’s pool, had drinks on the roof (very lovely), hit the quaint town of Healdsburg, and ate delicious food and drank more tasty wines. The Harmon Guest House is conveniently located at the center of the fun. Our room was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and even had complementary chilled sparkling water. Highly recommend!
- Clare (9/5): Great location for exploring Healdsburg. - Excellent location,
Loved our room and little patio area. Coffee from machine in room didn’t taste great.
- MattSwimPA (2/5): Comfortable room, great location - Rooms are pretty comfortable and interestingly designed. The location is great for exploring. It’s definitely expensive for what you get. Bad experience with management.
- Langdon (8/5): -
- Susan (10/5): Love Healdsburg, love the hotel! - I have stayed at this property and it's sister property up the street. The rooms are both spacious and clean. The property is well designed and both have either a restaurant or a bar area, so look at both and determine if you are more of a breakfast type person or the cocktail before dinner on an open patio type person. You will easily make your choice. As far as the price, it's pricey, but it's also smack dab in the middle of the square. If you are planning on hanging around the square, this is it. There is a Marriott a mile down the road so if price is an issue it's an opion
- Kristina (10/5): - Needs more shelves or somewhere to put things in tiny bathroom
- Mariel (9/5): -
- Leeann (9/5): Early Morning Departures were an issue - Location is great, rooms are trendy but functional and comfortable. Staff was always really helpful when we saw them. We had to leave for airport at 2:30am. The day before, we told front desk and valet that we would need to get our car at that hour and asked what was the best way to approach that. They promised someone would be at the front desk to help us at that hour, or if not there would be a number to call to reach someone at the sister hotel. That was not the case. No one was there to help us at front desk and we called the number they provided on their front desk sign, 3x with no answer. Luckily we found our car keys at the front desk counter (not a very secure space) and were able to leave and make our flight, but they need a better system. Caused us too much panic for 3am and soured my opinion of what would have been a great experience at that hotel.
- Haley (10/5): - Very nice property. Dog friendly. Dog friendly tasting room and restaurants nearby.
- Stacey (6/5): Not worth the price - Staff are ok
Water stations are a great option but didn’t work half the time
the pool is tiny
The rooftop closes so early (8p) service is so slow
No fitness center
The robes were amazing and rooms are a nice size
- lorifoodforthought (10/5): Wonderful boutique experience - The hotel was quiet, super comfy and very nicely appointed. The front desk and valet staff were friendly, inviting and very helpful. The Rooftop was a wonderful place for a cocktail and to unwind. Again, the staff there were amazing.
- Shoshanna (8/5): Very good -
- 834sapnap (4/5): LOUD allll day & night! - LOUD & awful mattress. If you don’t mind hearing every car, truck, dog & conversation throughout the evening & early morning this is the place for you. It felt as if the windows were open. You can also hear all the conversations on the hallway & walking above. Centrally located, clean but that is all. Mattress felt like a large over stuffed bean bag. Plenty of other options nearby.
- Diane (10/5): - Great place to stay in the town of Healdsburg. Makes the experience very walkable and close proximity to great shops and restaurants. The room r nice and clean, spacious and very comfortable. Pool water could have been warmer but hey it’s the summer!
- Stephen (10/5): - The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spacious and stylish. Really, one of the nicest hotels at have recently stayed in. Very efficient, albeit cool and aloof staff, helped with check-in and check-out. A smile would have been great on either end of the process to make us feel welcome. However, I do recommend the hotel. It has a great vibe and the location can’t be beat. Convenient valet parking included was a big plus.
- Benoit (9/5): Superb -
- Lynn (7/5): Just ok. - Great location close to shops, restaurants and wineries. Everything within walking distance. Enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. Property is pretty and lobby inviting. Nice rooms. Bed was comfortable. Cozy robes. Steamer provided in room. Valet parking onsite. Staff was friendly. Third time staying. Previous visits were 5 stars.
This stay our room had a balcony facing the main street (our request) and it was extremely noisy after hours. The “curtains” were so sheer, basically see through, that the early morning sun lit up our room like a flood light at 6:30 a.m. and there was no blackout shades. Didn’t have that issue on past stays as we weren’t facing the street. The white comforter on the bed appeared to have a blood stain or perhaps chocolate stain on it. One of the three throw rugs was stained and they were all slippery and sliding on the floor. The ice machine on our floor and the floor below us weren’t working. They suggest you call the front desk ahead of time so valet can retrieve your car, however, both times we called, no one answered the phone despite letting it ring several times. The “complimentary” valet is no longer complimentary. No biggie but we appreciated that it used to be. The lovely complimentary in-room snacks are gone. They used to have the best selection of nuts, bags of chips and small bags of cookies on the coffee service cart in the room. The lovely touches that made the hotel special and stand out from others are now non-existent. Once again, no major complaints but little things add up. There are no luggage racks to set your heavy bags on so if you need to retrieve something from your luggage or travel bag, you either have to throw it on the bed or on the floor. Much more convenient to have the luggage racks that most all hotels utilize. Ladies, there are no magnifying mirrors for applying makeup so if you need one, bring one. The lighting isn’t the best. All in all, we were a bit disappointed this stay. The attention to detail we enjoyed from previous stays wasn’t up to par this time around. The staff continues to be very nice and welcoming.
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional - Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room stylish, comfortable and clean. Great location.
- Amy (10/5): - .
- Jiyoon (2/5): Subpar staff quality, cleanliness and terrible noise control (nonstop dogs barking) - Central location in Healdsburg. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff (one in particular at the front desk) + terrible noise control + dirty sheets + disgusting and broken water dispensers + unresponsive GM.
- Kellyc21 (8/5): Very good -
- Leann (8/5): Very good -
- Julia (8/5): Great Location. Cute and clean hotel. - Great location. Cute Hotel. The staff seems like they're in need of a refresher in customer service training.
- Kevin (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful stay, maybe my favorite hotel in America. Very clean, very well designed, elegant but not ornate. Loved it.
- lenettecr (10/5): Harmon Guest House - Great place to stay. Great location. Mattress was not the most comfortable, but other than that, room was very nice.
Pool was shady, but you could go to H2 Hotel next door and use their pool
- Kelly (6/5): While the location is great, we found it to be overpriced for the value we received - Great location, clean, comfortable bed Doesn’t have a lot of amenities for the amount paid
- Jeff (10/5): - Staff was courteous and professional.
- Jyanksalsacolt (6/5): Centrally located, comfy bed, but loud - The room was very clean, but the pool was dirty (especially at the bottom) and bc it's on a main Street and there's a rooftop bar it was pretty loud. I did love how central it was to everything though so I was able to walk everywhere.
- Galaviz (8/5): Very good -
- Alexis (10/5): - Lovely room, excellent location within a very short walk of everything Healdsburg has to offer. Happy hour on the roof was a bonus!
- Pkm7066 (10/5): Lovely stay and staff - We stayed at the Harmon Guest House for 3 nights during a recent visit to Sonoma to mark a milestone birthday celebration for my partner.
Loved the architecture and design of the property and rooms, and the unbeatable central location in Healdsburg.
Our stay was made special by the very capable Staff – Sheree, the property manager who was very accommodating, Edgar in the front desk, and the rest of the team. I have to give a special shout out to Charmaine, the amazing Concierge, for looking after us and ensuring we had an incredible stay – she went above and beyond in addressing some room concerns we had, making terrific recommendations for restaurants, bars, wineries. The hospitality from the team felt authentic and organic, and we are very grateful. Highly recommend checking the Harmon Guest House and other H2 properties in Healdsburg.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philip (10/5): Thank you - We stayed at the Harmon Guest House for three nights during a recent trip to Sonoma to celebrate a milestone birthday for my partner. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience.
We loved the beautiful architecture and thoughtful design of both the property and the rooms, as well as the unbeatable central location in Healdsburg — it made exploring the area effortless.
What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the outstanding team at the Harmon Guest House. Sheree, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating, and Edgar at the front desk was always welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Charmaine, the amazing concierge, who went above and beyond to look after us. She addressed a few room concerns promptly and made fantastic recommendations for restaurants, bars, and wineries that elevated our entire trip.
The hospitality here felt genuine and heartfelt, and we’re so grateful to the entire team for making our visit special. I highly recommend the Harmon Guest House — as well as the other H2 properties in Healdsburg — to anyone visiting the area.
- kuor2010 (8/5): Modern convenient hotel - We booked a 2-night stay for a double Queen bed room at the Harmon Guest House. The hotel is perfectly situated near the plaza/square in Healdsburg, a few minute walk at most to all the great restaurants and shops. We pulled in and our car was valet parked in their stacked garage. It may have been $20 a night, so on the 2nd night we just parked overnight on the street for free. Check in was easy and we got a room facing the rear on the 4th floor, away from the street and the rooftop bar. The decor and style of the hotel is very modern and clean, and each floor had both still and sparkling water refills. We walked the stairs most of the time, its nice to have an external view while walking up or down.
The room itself was large, with the same modern and clean lines decor. Our 8-year old kid came with us, and we realized we could've just made him sleep in the nook area sofa and got a king bed room. There was a small balcony to the rear, and the train tracks were visible below although we did not hear any noise during our stay. The beds as other reviewers noted, is very soft, so if medium hard is your preference, this will be a negative. The bathroom is split into shower/toilet enclosure, with the sink mirror on the outside. Setup is fine but the shower/toilet setup was definitely showing wear and tear. Overall, it was a good stay, not cheap, but a good convenient spot with modern design.
- Cynthia (9/5): Luxury, Modern, Clean and Fabulous! Highly Recommend - Very nice construction, love the urban architecture and large bathroom / storage area, patio and seeting area in the King room. Also appreciate the rooftop bar/grill and art around the hotel. Also appreciated the car charging while parked in garage; valet was affordable and very accomodating. Was a bit noisy from street and above when the maids cleaned the room above.
- Irina (8/5): Great modern structure and clean - Great design and new furniture and layout, very modern mix with Japanese style and with interesting elements overall The staff wasn't very helpful with extending one more night but probably they don't have problems locking that in so there is not a lot of effort that goes into it
- gregg (10/5): - Great wine tastings in lobby
- Beverly (10/5): - It was a smaller property, which was nice. Loved that they had sparkling and Stillwater refilling stations on each floor to refill. Our water bottles. Little patio off of our room was a really nice touch. We had a beautiful view of submitted area. Everybody who worked there that we were in contact with was super friendly and super helpful. Location was great as it was in walking distance to many restaurants, wine, tasting rooms.
- Joseph (10/5): The best of Healdsburg - Comfortable modern accommodations in an incredible location.
- Absher (8/5): Clean quiet, great location. Large room. - Shower and sink arrangement. Also no drawers for clothes.
- Shani (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Annalyn (10/5): Perfect weekend getaway in Healdsburg - The rooms were spacious and modernly decorated. Properly was bright and clean. Staff was great and location is ideal. You can hear footsteps above you. This was the only downside of the experience. When folks upstairs got up and walked around late night and early hours, you can hear it.
- Caroline (10/5): - The most perfect hotel in Healdsberg. So close and convenient to hundreds of wineries and in great location in downtown Healdsberg with tons of cute shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were amazing and the room was exceptional! Will definitely be returning
- Valerie (8/5): Very good -
- Marizza (10/5): - A well thought out hotel.
- David (10/5): Lovely modern hotel, spacious comfortable room, easymm, bar. - This is the second time staying at the Harmon Guest House. We love the modern spacious rooms, facilities, rooftop bar, helpful concierge and staff, convenient location!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and cozy - Nice rooms, fun bar/restaurant on the roof, free wine tasting going on when we arrived and without asking they even charged my car so we had a straight shot home. Definitely recommend
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- WILLIAM (8/5): - Except for the Monday morning garbage service the gardener blowing and the extremely heavy footed person above us the stay was wonderful. I did see the valet parking was free but it turned out to be $20 per day.
- Susanne (9/5): Superb -
- Cynthia (10/5): - This was a fabulous place to stay. Most comfy bed ever! Great location, walking distance to everything. Will stay when we come back to Healdsburg.
- fyfv2bywj8 (6/5): Unclean - Unclean room with several hair on the bed as well as in the shower. This made me feel uncomfortable and unrelaxed.
- LESLY (8/5): - Multiple hair on the bed and in the shower
- Tricia (8/5): Very good -
- danaeJ1873RF (10/5): Such a perfect get-away - The Harmon has an artistic yet simple ambiance. All of the rooms have a small balcony to enjoy wine or coffee. And it is right downtown with walking distance to everything.
- joanne (10/5): - Great location and valet parking was reasonably priced. Big, modern rooms and many good places to eat and shop nearby
- Pauric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanja (10/5): - Great location, modern hotel
- Rachael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pedro (10/5): - I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harmon Guest House in Healdsburg over the Thanksgiving holiday with my parents, and I cannot say enough great things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely exceptional.
The hotel’s modern, yet warm and inviting design made us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully appointed, incredibly clean, and offered thoughtful amenities that truly elevated our stay. We especially loved the spacious layout, cozy bedding, and the peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to relax and enjoy quality family time.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—every interaction was friendly, attentive, and sincere. It was clear they take great pride in creating a memorable guest experience. We also appreciated the little touches throughout our stay that made it feel extra special during the holiday season.
The location is perfect—just steps away from the Healdsburg Plaza, with easy access to amazing restaurants, tasting rooms, and shops. We enjoyed taking strolls around town and returning to the comfort of the hotel each evening. The rooftop terrace was a standout—offering stunning views, a relaxing vibe, and the perfect spot to unwind.
Spending Thanksgiving here was a true delight, and we left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our next visit. Harmon Guest House is a gem in Sonoma County, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in wine country.
- Steven (10/5): - Everything is very new and modern, comfortable beds, great location.
- Diane (10/5): - Very modern- center of Healdsburg
- Mary (6/5): - Thank you for a great Staff and Manager
- Joaquincalle (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious well designed rooms with quality finishes and linens
- Matthew (10/5): - Fantastic property and great experience with the entire staff!
- orvxeor134 (10/5): Family celebrations - Wonderful weekend to enjoy togetherness and explore Healdsburg and its restaurants and bakeries. Harmon Guest House was the perfect choice.
- Sarah (9/5): Great stay, very clean and chic, staff friendly best location in town. - location, the ambience and our room was lovely Couldn't control our room temperature we had to call front desk to turn heat on and off for the price we should have been compensated at least something.
- Dora (10/5): - We loved it
- Kathleen (4/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Attractive Very poor staff
- Neil (9/5): Looking forward to another getaway weekend in Healdsburg at the Harmon Guest House. - Great location, friendly staff. Very chill vibe all around. Not a high-touch hotel experience, but great for travelers who like a comfortable high-end feel but a bit more privacy than what you might get at a bigger hotel or at a B&B.
- Yoshiko (9/5): Superb - Can't beat the location. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The guests above us were stompers/heavy walkers. And of course, they got up early and stayed up late. I swear they jumped off the bed to get anywhere. If you are lucky to not have guests above you, then I envy you.
- Ben (10/5): - A lot would stay again, is it worth the price point maybe maybe not. We had a nice time and if you need a weekend away and can splurg . Go for it !
