His knowledge of the stories of the area added to our enjoyment and interest whilst exploring the tunnels. Local knowledge is invaluable when travelling.

Es hat alles was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Keine Heizung vorhanden, sodass es morgens recht frisch war wenn es draussen nur 10 Grad hat. Das Bett ist bequem und das Bad grosszügig.
- Ngaire (10/5): Peaceful and comfortable - a home away from home - We had a really wonderful stay, the hosts Nigel and Pam were so welcoming and informative, the cottage was warm and cosy, with everything we needed for a two night stay (including high chair and portacot). Excellent location, right up the road from Karangahake Gorge and also ideal for little day trips to Paeroa/Waihi/Te Aroha/Morrinsville. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely day walks right from the gate. If you like the pictures, the property is all that and more! Excellent hosts with lots of local history and knowledge of the area. Was very sad to leave after 3 days

- Boon Seng (10/5): Cosy cottage with spectacular sight! - A lovely cosy cottage for urbanites! Own cottage away from owner's house gives privavy yet owner is just close by. Spectacular view and surrounding.

The property was beautiful didn't stay long enough to appreciate it sadly. Beautiful property, wonderful hosts, great stay my daughter and I felt very welcome.
