Que Booking estuviera a punto de cancelarme la reserva por intentar cobrar con una tarjeta que SOLO se dejó como garantía de pago y encima de tener que poner una personal (que me cobraron la reserva entera antes de llegar al hotel,aunque luego se cancelara y pagara con otra tarjeta). Es un abuso de Booking y el hotel NO ayudó ya que llamé para explicarlo y que no cancelaran reserva y se desentendió.....

- Laurie (6/5): Habitación básica, pero cómoda y limpia. - Aparcamiento tiene disponible uno externo que te cobra unos 15€ al día. Nosotros tuvimos suerte y pudimos aparcar en la calle, pero no está fácil. El grifo del baño era muy incómodo, puesto al revés y salpicaba muchísimo. Daba a un patio interior sin vistas.

Quien quiera puede empezar el día catando aceites. Muy buen café. Desgraciadamente, la gama entera de productos ofrecidos en el desayuno son azúcares rápidos. Algo sano se apreciaría.

We enjoyed that we had a high floor and that the floor has a beautiful terrace that we were able to use in the evenings. The room was modern and felt like you were in a major metropolitan area with all the amenities, but you walk right downstairs and you have all the charm of the old world and an easy walk to everything in town. The place doesn't really have its own parking. They actually have one single parking space that they will rent out (if available), and we got lucky and were able to rent it in front of the hotel. Otherwise, you have to go to one of the public garages nearby to park your vehicle.

Muito desgaste nas áreas comuns, a alcatifa dos corredores estava num estado tão que não dava para perceber se era desgaste ou sujidade, antevendo-se falta de limpeza no interior dos quartos (algo que não se confirmou). Vindo da época do Covid, não é possível alterar a disposição das mesas durante o pequeno almoço, ora, viajando em grupo é aborrecido.

- Maria (6/5): No repetiría la verdad - Nos alojamos en el ático unas vistas muy bonitas del castillo santa catalina El tema de la ubicación es horrible para aparcar el coche rézale al dios en el que creas porque es horrible, tienen un parking concertado a 300 metros pero agüita… la comida del buffet es minúscula y una minurria en las fotos parece un buffet increíble pero a la hora de la verdad es una mesa sin más, mucha de la fruta no es natural las macedonias son de bote. 4 embutidos y bollería industrial.
