Mark (8/5): Great location! - Mostly great, just the downstairs toilet runs consistently and the plug in the bath is broken. No hair dryer upstairs We were told by Portia and a gentlemen in the call centre that Diane would meet us by 1:30 and only arrived at 16:00.
