- Nanett (5/5): Ferienwohnung weniger als minimalistisch - Gefallen hat und dass wir 10 Mädels zusammen in einer Unterkunft/Ferienwohnung waren. Gefallen hat und leider gar nicht, dass wir Anfangs keine SMS erhielten mit Anweisungen für den Türeinlass, erst nach einem Anruf bei der "Rezeption". Es ging alles per App/Online, was wir cool fanden, nachdem wir auch alles hatten. Vorher standen wir da und wussten nicht was wir machen sollten. Dann roch es im Erdgeschoss dauerhaft nach Marihuana, die Wohnung war mehr als Minimalistisch ausgestattet (2x Fleischermesser in der Küche war alles), die Tapete geht teilweise von den Wänden ab und an Gemütlichkeit fehlt es in jeder Ecke. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, dennoch Gott sei Dank haben wir diese nur für ca 6 Stunden Schlaf benötigt. Die Bilder des Anbieters haben gar nichts mit dem eigentlichen Angebot zu tun! Für eine Macht, empfinde ich den Preis im Nachhinein zu teuer und empfehle diese Unterkunft nur, wenn man eine Abstellmöglichkeit für sein Gebäck benötigt oder nach dem Feiern nur eine kurze Nacht dort verbringen möchte. Fotos habe ich keine gemacht.

City center is reachable in about 25–30 minutes on foot. Easy and modern building access system using a link Only one towel per person for a 5-day stay, with no face towels provided. Only one garbage bag was available and no extras were provided. One remote for all AC units was inconvenient. No blinds/curtains in the living room, making the apartment very warm. No proper mirror in the apartment, only a small one in the bathroom. No towel hooks or clothes hangers available
- Marika (9/5): Meile meeldis. - Vaikne rahulik peatumine, kuna olime grupiga 10 inimest siis oli meil kaks korterit, see ajutas inimesi. Maja oli vaikne. Tänava helid ei seganud. Suur toidupood ja kaubanduskeskus olid lähedal. Trammi liiklus oli hea. Söögikohad olid ka lähedal- kiidame restorani "Kristiina juures", seal olid rahvuslikudroad ja ööbimiskoha lähedal Kuna oli suur seltskond ja hommikul ning õhtul tegime ise süüa siis suuremaid potte korteris ei olnud. Pesupulbri, et pesupesta ostsime ka ise.

K dispozici je zimní zahrada, která se bohužel používá jako kuřárna, takže neskutečný smrad, na zemi nepořádek a popel, takže pro posezení s rodinou nepoužitelné.
- Rafał (5/5): Atutem obiektu jest lokalizacja ale sam apartament wymaga odświeżenia i doposażenia. - Kontakt (przez "WhatUp" z personelem obiektu), lokalizacja, winda w budynku oraz sprawnie działający link do otwierania drzwi głównych oraz do apartamentu. Brak podstawowych rzeczy na wyposażeniu, np. brak ręczników papierowych w kuchni lub ściereczek. Bardzo budżetowo urządzone mieszkanie - zdjęcia z oferty przewyższają realia. Brudny okap i piekarnik, brudne (zakurzone lampki nocne w sypialni), niedoprana pościel, podarta firanka w jednej z sypialni. Dokuczliwy hałas na korytarzu w godzinach nocnych. Ściany w kuchni jak i w sypialni warto by było odmalować.

- Blanka (10/5): Za komplikace nám nabídnout pozdě check out, což velmi oceňujeme. - Ubytování bylo velice prostorné, bylo nás jen 6, avšak ubytování pojme mnohem více lidí. Asi jen to, že jsme museli volat technika, když nám nešly otevřít dveře dovnitř do apartmánu.

- Kerkhoff (7/5): Schöne Lage, helle Wohnung, Ausstattung unzureichend, für mehr als 5 Personen ungeeignet - Sehr gute Lage, schönes und sauberes Haus, angenehmes Viertel, Nähe zur U-Bahn und zur Tram. Wohnung hell, große Küche, Zugang zur Wohnung über Link und Mobiltelefon unproblematisch. 9 Betten in 2 Zimmer! Nur eine Toilette, Dusche in der Badewanne. Es fehlen an den Betten kleine Nachttische mit Lampen! Die Küchenausstattung ist schlecht: keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Brotmesser, keine Schere, nur wenige kleine Gläser, kein Abwaschtuch, kein Trockentuch für das Geschirr, kaum Töpfe, nur 1 kleine Bratpfanne, 2 Stühle mit Sitzkissen, die anderen ohne ... Ausstattung insgesamt mangelhaft! Es gab pro Person nur 1 Handtuch. 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch pro Gast sollten jedoch Standard sein. Check out am Sonntag bereits um 10.00 Uhr ist sehr früh, 11 Uhr ist eigentlich Standard.

- Laura (4/5): Deși au fost părți pozitive, oferta nu a corespuns cu realitatea. - Aproape de centru, camere mari, bucătărie mare, toaletă separată de baie. Am închiriat un apartament cu 2 dormitoare si un living cu 2 canapele extensibile , pentru 7 persoane. De când am ajuns in Praga și am întrebat cum intrăm in apartament, Alfred ne-a răspuns că ne trimite un link imediat ce plătim taxa de stațiune. Astfel, am completat linkul cu datele de identificare ale fiecăruia, lucru care, în alte călatorii l-am făcut pe perioada șederii, nu a fost o condiție a intrării în apartament. După ce am intrat, am constatat că nu există living cu 2 canapele, așa cu era descris pe booking, ceea ce îl apreciem ca o inșelătorie. Fotografiile postate pe booking nu corespundeau realității și nici descrierii (atașez fotografie cu descrierea de pe booking). Am găsit în apartament câte un prosop pentru fiecare, la bucătărie și toaletă nu existau prosoape, saci de gunoi. In dormitor nu existau noptiere la fiecare pat. Bucătaria nu era curățată, erau căni murdare de cafea , lipicioase, frigider murdar, cu urme de mâncare, cuptorul de la aragaz foarte murdar! Am făcut singuri curățenie în bucătărie, pentru a putea accepta să mâncăm acolo! La sesizarea noastră , după mai multe dialoguri scrise , Alfred ne-a spus că ne va restitui 261,03 euro (20%) pentru compensarea faptului ca apartamentul a fost murdar. Ne-a și restituit această sumă în prima zi lucrătoare după sejur. Era corect să găsim ceea ce afișa pe booking, noi ne-am asumat și achitat costurile consistente de la început pentru confortul afișat. Fiind 7 persoane, am ales acest apartament că să ne bucurăm de un living cu 2 canapele. Suma restituită nu acoperă disconfortul creat. Nu este vorba de confuzie sau neîntelegeri, ci pur și simplu oferta nu a corespuns cu realitatea.

- Eduard (5/5): - Die lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Bahnverbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Betten waren instabiel, man hatte die Angst das die zusammenbrechen würden. Die Ausstatung der Küche war nicht ausreichend. (zuwenig Geschirr.) Die Wohnung wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt.(Boden wurde nicht gereinigt.)
- Gottfried (8/5): - Die Wohnung haben wir abgewohnt und schmutzig vorgefunden. Es war sehr staubig, schmutzig und es roch mehr als unangenehm. Zudem hängen in jedem Raum die Spinnenweben an den Wänden. Die Einrichtung war teilweise kaputt und hing von der Decke. Die Fotos zeigen nur einen Teil der Mängel, es gibt noch weitere Fotos!
- Ami Petre (7/5): Acceptable for price and location - Very big apartment, clean, the heating is working proprely, shower has hot instant water and pressure. Confortable bed, but two small matresses in a double bed. Good location next to major transport lines to Old Town and other turistic points of interest. There are many restaurants in the area and they have very good food at good prices.You enter the building and the apartment with your phone. Keep it charged! :) For 2 people and 5 nights we only had 2 big towels and a small (face) one. There is not even a bag of tea or a pinch of salt in the apartment, no paper towels in the kitchen. In the bedroom you have no closet, but you have an extra single bed for no reason. In the bathroom is a cracked sink and no place to put your toilletry near the mirror. No hooks for towels, when you go out of the shower, you have to wet all the bathroom to get one.

Zariadenie dosť ošumelé, asi častým používaním. Napr. roztrhaná záclona, poškrabaný stôl.

У квартирі не почуваєш себе затишно, посуд який знайшовся був недосконало чистим,у туалеті відчувався неприємний запах,на кухні не було серветок для прибирання,немає сміттєвих пакетів,сміттєвий бак виглядав так жахливо що бридко було його тримати у приміщенні,морозильна камера була брудною+неприємний запах, не було можливості зарядити телефон бо я приїхав з Америки і там ризетки іншого стандарту тож банальний кабель я не мав де приєднати, у той час коли така послуга доступна на кожному кроці і безкоштовно! Служба яка відповідає за вивіз сміття при виконані робіт у ночі створили надзвичайний галас,я змушений був прокинутись близько 5:00 ранку щоб зробити працівнику зі сміттям зауваження!!! Нажаль фотофіксації у мене немає, але ціна та якість не співпадають взагалі, постіль була жахливої якості тому я вирішив спати одягненим та потім змушений був шукати де попрати речі бо пральної машини також немає у квартирі. Моя відпустка із родиною перетворилась у пекло.

- Altea (1/5): 1 because there’s no 0 - The location was perfect because it’s easily accessible by any type of transportation. Close to metro and tram stations and there’s a lot of stores nearby. Very pricey and not comfortable at all. The mattresses and pillows were terrible. There were 8 towels in total for 9 people in 3nights we had to take some from the housekeeper. There was no mop, broom and any other cleaning supplies that were needed, I told the receptionist and they sent me only a small broom. Not to include the fact that it doesn’t have a washing machine, coffee machine, iron etc that many of other apartments with the same price or lower offers them. The wifi did not work except the main room. The cleaning was superficial there were spiders in corner of room near the curtains and 2 of the curtains were broken.

- David (5/5): Disappointing space in a nice place - One of the worst places I've stayed I'm sorry to say. For a large apartment it feels very cramped. Completely bare too, no tea/coffee or anything and 1 towel each for several days. Reached out about this and was told room service would take a look but nothing happened. By far the most egregious issue is the internet - 2026 and it was snail pace. I was trying to work a few days there and I had to hotspot off my phone. Unacceptable in this day in age in my opinion.

- Lorenzo (9/5): 3 giorni a Praga in gruppo di 7 amici - Ottima posizione, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici o comunque distante una passeggiata di 30 minuti dal centro. Zona tranquilla. Appartamento spazioso e funzionale (eravamo in 7 ma c’erano 9 posti letto al max), moderno e tenuto bene. Comodo il wc separato dal bagno con doccia. Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma era rifornita di tutto il necessario. Comodo l’accesso keyless tramite la piattaforma online. Ci tornerei volentieri. Poche cose negative: migliorare la pulizia dell’appartamento (in generale era accettabile); le tende scure facevano passare troppa luce al mattino; asciugacapelli mediocre.

- Cristina (1/5): Atención horrible, más vale que no tengáis problemas porque no los van a solucionar - El apartamento está bien Empezó a sonar una alarma de incendios dentro del apartamento, porque se estaba quedando sin pilas a las 5-6 de la mañana y estuvo sonando durante 2 días y noches, y el dueño del alojamiento no hizo nada más que alargar el problema y no darnos una solución (recolocarnos, que viniese alguien con una escalera a cambiar las pilas...nada) No pudimos dormir bien durante 2 noches. No volveremos a repetir.

- Florin-Daniel (5/5): - Singurul beneficiu era, ca se afla in apropierea unei stații de metrou Păi în primul rând am găsit paturile făcute doar într-o singura cameră cu toate ca noi eram 4 persoane, saltele vechi și cu gaură în jumătate , paturile se destrămau, parchetul scârțâia tot, ușile de la prima cameră nu puteau fi închise, comunicarea celor de la proprietate zero! au zis ca sunt două băi, dar era doar o baie compusă din două spații un spațiu cu cadă și altul cu wc-ul!

There was only one large towel per person, and there was no hook or suitable place to hang it. It would also be useful to have at least one additional mirror.
