Bathroom is open plan, no door into the room with frosted glass door for the toilet & clear for the shower. Not an issue for me but might be for people who want privacy.
- Claudia (9/5): Zentrales Hotel mit guten Zimmern - Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Hinweis auf die Drohnenshow am Abend. Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man ist Mitten im Zentrum und kann zu Fuß unzählige Restaurants und Kneipen besuchen. Die U-Bahn ist 5 Minuten entfernt und man kommt schnell überall hin. Das Frühstück muss vorab bestellt werden und wurde extra für uns zubereitet ( was wir erst hinterher realisiert haben) und hat uns sehr gefallen ( Eier, Wurst, Käse, Salat und weitere warme Speisen). Das Hotel duftet gut. Kein Luxus aber alles bestens. Etwas weiter weg von der U-Bahn als erwartet. Auf Kopfsteinpflaster schiebt sich der Koffer schlecht. Nächstes mal nehmen wir direkt Uber, was hier sehr günstig ist.

- Katherine (8/5): Great stay and good value. Room was clean and spacious for 2 guests. It had a lovely bathroom that was spacious. If I we - Clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Although the bathroom was an open concept, it was big enough where the toilet would stay dry. Staff were kind and spoke enough English. They were also kind enough to let us use the rooms restroom before check-in. There was no toilet in the lobby for guests to use. Although this was mitigated by staff allowing us to use the room’s toilet before check-in. However, we could not use it after check-out.

- Andreja (9/5): All in all a pleasant stay - We had booked the superior room which was nice and spacious. It had a steam closet, a bath tub, shower, plenty of space and a nice design. The room was clean. The location was very nice, lots of restaurants, shops and a mall nearby. A walk through the neighborhood connects you to downtown via metro. However, be aware that Busan is not well connected by metro and you will have to hop on buses to see the touristy spots. Considering that, the hotel is well connected to some places of interest and far less with others. There is a CU attached to the building. The first thing that bothered me were very limited facilities. There were tea and coffee near the reception desk but not much else. The selection is very basic. Very small lobby. The staff does not speak much English and are therefore not helpful with providing information. The second thing that really bothered me is the lousy sound isolation of the building. You could hear other guests at night. Bring a good pair of earplugs. Third, the bedding is made from artificial materials which I do not like.

Inoltre, la colazione, se richiesta a pagamento, aveniva in un luogo non idoneo, senza tavoli e senza personale. La tipologia di albergo anonimo dove non viene offerto niente in più neppure informazione in quanto non ci si riesci a comunicare in altre lingue

- Fuad (5/5): It wasn't what I was looking for. I cut my stay by one night and travel back to Seoul. - The hotel is relatively not expensive. I was given a big room which is wheel chair friendly. It does feel like that I was staying in a hospital room. The description of the hotel as advertised does not meet the actual hotel. It is located along a quiet street and far from train/subway station. It is not in a vibrant area if you are looking for one.

- Denis (9/5): Un hôtel bien plus que 2 étoiles - L’accueil, l’homme présent en journée a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Mille mercis ! L’emplacement proche des bus et métros. Nombreux restaurants et café aux alentours. La propreté et le calme de l’hôtel. Il ne manque que le petit déjeuner pour qu’il soit parfait. Mais les cafés proches permettent de pallier cet inconvénient.

- Yan (9/5): Great room not far from city center - The room is very big, with beautiful materials and has all the needed amenities. (You even get a clothes steamer 😯) Bathroom is spacious with a bathtub where 3 people can fit. Bed is soft and big. I always was treated well, I had suggestions of events in the city by the reception stuff. Overall great experience. Fresh water was delivered daily, so I always was properly hydrated. The location is also very good, as it's close to metro and bus stations to different parts of the city. Hard to find what was bad to be honest

- Shelley (7/5): - The family room was a comfortable size for the three of us. While the space felt fresh and clean, we did notice a minor dent in the flooring—though it didn't take away from the overall quality of our stay. Good value for money.

- Bethany (9/5): Very spacious room and lovely staff - The room was really spacious and the staff were very kind. The toilet was a bit tricky to get used to and you didn’t need to put your key in the lift to get to the rooms which was a safety concern.

- Emilija (10/5): Well connected, affordable and clean - About 10 min from Seomyeon metro station, which is well connected. There is also a market with nice street food. The zone is lively, with bars and restaurants. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel is in a quiet zone. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. Thank you!

- Valentin (10/5): Estancia perfecta en Busan - La verdad, todo nos encantó de este Hotel. Empezando por la ubicación, ya que lo elegimos para estar en esta zona de Seomyong, y está cerca de todo. Tienes el metro bastantes cerca caminando el shopping Underground, infinidad de restaurantes, bares, cafeterías y tiendas. El trato del personal fue exquisito la verdad todos los empleados con los que coincidimos durante nuestras estancia se portaron de maravilla y sobre todo también con nuestra hija. Las habitaciones también son bastante cómodas y tienen todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Nada que señalar

- Chi Ting (7/5): 服務很好，但毛巾有殘留前房客的體毛讓我覺得有點害怕 - 1.24小時櫃檯都有人員接待 2. 女服務員很溫柔，協助機車接送叫車 3.飯店電視很大還有YouTube,netflix 1. 沒用過的毛巾有體毛沒有清洗乾淨 2. 吹風機很小台，要吹很久 3.飯店每日都會進房整理房務，但我沒有很喜歡每天整理 4. 距離車站大約也都要走十分鐘的路程 5.床不太好睡還有晚上水管聲音很大聲會影響睡眠
