Tolga (5/5): Gruplar için iyi, uygun fiyatlı iyi konumda - Nehre, ana caddeye, metroya, otobüs duraklarına, birkaç restoran ve kafeye çok yakındı. Bina biraz eski ve konforsuzdu. Binaya giriş ilk gelenler için problem. Herkes mavi düğmeyi giriş kapısının yanında arıyor. Mavi düğmenin, whatsapp linki ile açılan web sayfasındaki mavi düğme olduğunu vurgulamak lazım. Kapı önünde binaya girmeye çalışan iki gruba bu konuda yardımcı oldum. Duş ve küvet epey tıkalıydı ve 3-4cm su birikiyordu. Bunları açmak lazım. Apartman dairelerine pek sıcak bakmıyordum, fikrim pekişti.

Die Betten und die Räume waren sauber Die Betten waren leider sehr durchgelegen. In der Küche gibt es wirklich nur das allernötigste... bsp. bei einer Wohnung für 6 Personen dennoch nur 4x Besteck Teller etc...

Rob (8/5): Very pleasant. Ideal for 1 or 6 people. The elevator is new and efficient to reach the 5th floor. - The accommodation was great. Dishwasher, stove, microwave. A washing machine would have been a bonus but they do not have that. Also, a suggestion for the shower - to place a corner shelf in the shower for shamppo and body wash etc would be helpful. The location is out of the tourist section but close enough anytime you want to be in it.

TAMAGNO (6/5): - Le séjour est très bien situé, à 2 pas des quais, et à 10 minutes du centre ville à pied. L'insonorité est bonne, nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit en dormant. Le logement est facile d'accès. Les photos ne correspondent pas exactement, nous avons eu la malchance de tomber sur un logement bien plus vieux et moins bien équipé que le logement modèle qu'il présente sur leur page d'annonce. Il faudrait revoir l'annonce pour enlever les fausses informations présentes, comme par exemple dire qu'il y a une TV, un coin salon, des produits ménagers...

Светла (5/5): - Хареса ми местоположението на апартамента. Удобно като транспорт и пешеходно расстояние. В близост на 5 минути има спирка на метрото. Има и трамваи. Чистотата не е на добро ниво. Липсват базисни удобства като кафе машина, сол, захор, чай. В банята и тоалетната имаше само гел за ръце. Въпреки, че не беше старателно почистено, ни настаниха точно в 15.00, а освобождаването на апартаментите е най - късно в 10.00.

Brinch (1/5): Alt i alt et sted, der bør undgås. - Beliggenheden Alt andet end beliggenheden er under al kritik — især personalet. Der var ingen mulighed for kontakt med receptionen via booking.com før kl. 20, hvilket er helt uacceptabelt. Nøglesystemet er decideret mærkeligt og uigennemskueligt; folk stod i flokke udenfor, fordi ingen kunne finde ud af at komme ind. Stedet fremstår langt større og bedre på billeder, end det er i virkeligheden. I praksis er det bare en samling senge, der er smidt tilfældigt sammen. Sengetøjet var beskidt, og flere steder var der kun lagt lagen på halvdelen af sengene. Kort sagt var opholdet en dårlig oplevelse fra start til slut. Kommunikation var nærmest ikke-eksisterende, og personalet virkede uprofessionelt. Hvis man får en bøde, bliver der ikke taget nogen form for dialog i dagtimerne — i stedet bliver man vækket kl. 1 om natten, hvor man er mest sårbar. Vagterne opførte sig mærkeligt og kunne ikke svare på helt basale spørgsmål. Gør jer selv en tjeneste og undgå dette sted.
Coromano (1/5): - La posizione Esperienza decisamente negativa. La struttura si è rivelata ben lontana da quanto mostrato nelle foto: immagini decisamente fuorvianti rispetto alla realtà. Gli ambienti risultano trascurati, scomodi e per nulla organizzati per accogliere gli ospiti in modo adeguato. L’alloggio era estremamente scomodo e poco funzionale: totale assenza di armadi o spazi dove riporre vestiti e oggetti personali, bagni privi di appoggi essenziali e un solo bagno a disposizione di ben 9 persone, situazione già di per sé inaccettabile, resa ancora più grave dal fatto che la struttura fosse perfettamente consapevole della presenza di due bambini. La pulizia era pessima, senza alcuna attenzione nemmeno al minimo indispensabile, condizione ancora più grave considerando la presenza di bambini piccoli. Gli ambienti erano molto sporchi e chiaramente poco curati, in condizioni tutt’altro che idonee ad accogliere una famiglia. Ancora più assurdo il fatto che non sia stata fornita nemmeno l’attrezzatura minima per provvedere autonomamente a una pulizia di base. Nel complesso, una sistemazione inefficiente, trascurata e mal gestita, ben lontana da standard accettabili di ospitalità e totalmente inadatta ad accogliere famiglie con bambini. Assolutamente non consigliata.

V apartmánu čisto a teplo, velká lednice. V apartmánu jsme byli skupinka přátel, bohužel ,zde pouze jedna toaleta, což pro 6lidi bylo nevyhovující. Jedna ložnice měla prosklené dveře,tak žádné soukromí,v druhé ložnici,která sousedila s kuchyňkou byl od stropu výklenek,když se vařilo nebo v kuchyni povídalo vše bylo slyšet. Za naši skupinku ubytování dobré,na přespání úplně dostačující. Hlavní vchod se otevíra pouze přes telefon-aplikace WhatsApp,kde Vám recepce stáhne odkaz

Great location, total online check in/out which does seem a bit scary at first to a tech-phobe but was extremely easy to use and understand with straightforward options to contact a person for help if required. Only one pillow per person Only 1 key for an apartment to be used by 9 people, but lock box made simple to leave the key for last out/ first home

Manque ustensiles de cuisine nécessaire tels que poêles, casseroles, plats... La chambre près de la cuisine comporte 2 lits double mais aucun rangement.

Antiguo aunque me da igual si es cómodo para dormir y poco mas pero ni eso No había sal ni aceite. Que pretenden que cada persona que va 2 o 3 días compren una botella de aceite y un kilo sal? Ni lo basico, pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia.

Anna (4/5): Společnost, která pronajímá prostory by si měla zkontrolovat, zda jsou info. pravdivé. - Ubytování nás zklamalo, dle nabídky měly být tři ložnice, ložnice byly dvě a v jedné byly nacpané dvě manželské postele , do jedné z nich se nedalo pořádně dostat. Kuchyň nebyla vybavena utěrkou, WC nesplachovalo, musely jsme si pomáhat hrncem. Televize neměla funkční ovládání - chyběla jedna tužková baterie. Anna
Lucie Teresa (7/5): - Apartmán je velký se 3 ložnicemi, ve více lidech dobrý poměr ceny. Dostatečné pro krátkodobé přespání. Je tam pouze jedno WC a jedna koupelna, při pobytu více lidí bude nedostatečné. Minimální výbava, nic navíc, velmi stroze zařízené.

Lits confortables, matelas très bien 👍 Emplacement vraiment au top pour aller à Vyserhad à pied sinon a côté des transports pour la vieille ville 👍👍 Propreté ok. Serviettes, draps, papier toilette et sèche cheveux présents. Rapport qualité prix très bien. Si vous cherchez un logement juste pour dormir il est idéal. De super resto typiques dans cette belle ville. Manque d'équipements: Pas de cafetière donc café soluble, bouilloire présente. Pas de rideaux occultants, mais on ne va pas à Prague pour faire la grâce matinée 😉... Pas de salon, télé dans une chambre. Pas assez de chaises... Pas de gel douche.

Robert (4/5): - Z pozytywnych rzeczy to najlepsza jest lokalizacja w centrum i przy samej Wełtawie. Jeśli komuś zależy na wielkości pokoju, to są przestrzenne i wysokie. Wygodne Łóżka. Bliskość do przystanków tramwajowych i metra. Więcej pozytywów nie zauważyłem. Ten apartament jest zupełnie inny niż na zdjęciach. Typowy czeski niski standard. Czystość zostawia dużo do życzenia. W jednym pokoju 2 podwójne łóżka, więc nie nadaje się dla 4 Par. Stare i zniszczone. Krzesła słabe plastikowe. Wejście do klatki za pomocą komórki w jednym telefonie. Nie polecam apartamentu jako mieszkania, bo jestem rozczarowany oszustwem zdjęciami, które załączam. Wynajmujący w rozmowie telefonicznej w sprawie mojej reklamacji powiedział, że to tylko zdjęcia reklamowe na stronę. Apartament broni się jedynie dobrą lokalizacją.

Khalil (1/5): - Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Prag. Uns wurden nachträglich 50 € Strafe berechnet mit der Begründung, wir hätten in der Wohnung geraucht und seien zu laut gewesen – was absolut nicht stimmt. Wir haben weder geraucht noch Lärm verursacht. Es ist sehr unfair, Gästen ohne klare Beweise solche Gebühren zu berechnen. Man fühlt sich dadurch ungerecht behandelt und hat das Gefühl, dass hier einfach zusätzliche Kosten verlangt werden. Der Aufenthalt wurde dadurch im Nachhinein stark negativ beeinflusst. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen und rate anderen, vorsichtig zu sein.
Kinga (7/5): - The apartment is spacious, easily accessible and in a good location Unfortunately, it doesn't look like in the pictures. It requires a lot of care and attention. The whole place needs a proper scrub. It's grubby and very superficially cleaned before arrival. Items are broken ( terrace chairs, bed slats). There is no couch to sit on. It would make really nice accommodation, if it was properly looked after.

Anna (8/5): - The location of the apartment is superb, with a great connection to the old town. The apartment is specious. Communication was good. It is a good apartment to rent but is lacking some equipment ( as per the comments below) The kitchen equipment was quite poor. The apartment is advertised as suitable for 9 people max. We haven't got enough glasses to support max advertised numbers. There were no clothes or paper towels in the kitchen. Only one washing machine tablet was left, so if your stay is longer, you have to buy your own supplies. There was no tea or coffee. I was missing at least the soap bar in the toilet and bathroom. There is a sink in the bathroom, and having a towel would be useful. There were no curtains in some rooms, so mornings are very bright.

Et de plus ils ne répondaient ni aux mails, ni au téléphone. Nous n'étions pas les seuls dans le cas ; un autre groupe de 4 personnes a eu le même problème.

Anastasia (1/5): Finger weg!!! - Die Ausstattung war sehr mangelhaft und entsprach weder der Beschreibung noch den Bildern. Die Möbel und Betten waren alt und teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Ein Zimmer war nicht von der Küche isoliert, und es gab nur ein Handtuch für sechs Personen. Zudem herrschte ab 22:00 Uhr strikte Ruhe – selbst Reden war kaum möglich, da sofort Security erschien.

LBCCC (9/5): Great large apartment - The apartment was perfect for me, my husband and adult children as it was so large. 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of space. It was basic but clean and was good value for money. It was easy to hop on the tram 5 minutes to the centre. It was all good .

Schwarz (5/5): Bettenburg ohne Flair - Die Lage ist ganz gut. Wir waren 2 Personen und hatten eine Maisonette Wohnung ganz oben. Das Apartment ist wohl eher auf Quantität als auf Qualität ausgelegt. Es gab 7 Betten. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich unterirdisch. Es gibt - keine Kleiderhaken am Eingang - keine Badvorleger - keine Lappen, kein Geschirrtuch - keine Kaffeemaschine - zerkratzte Pfannen, keine Schneidebretter - keine Deko Zu keiner Zeit kommt hier Gemütlichkeit auf. Wer einfach nur schlafen möchte kann das hier tun, jedoch ist das Haus sehr hellhörig.

Maria Vitoria (8/5): Good property and location - We stayed 3 days in Prague and the accommodation was great. Check-in was easy, the place was tidy and clean. The location was also great, just a few minutes from a metro station and some tram lines. We only had a problem on the second night, where apparently the lock was changed and the management didn't inform us, which meant we were locked out for a while. When I was about to message reception, they came to help because they saw us on the cameras. But I admit it was a bit strange because even the room doors were open, but nothing had been touched.
OTEBASIRE (6/5): - La ubicación, andando se podía ir sin problema 20 minutos máximo a todos los lugares de interés. La separación de bater y la zona de duchas. Las fotos del apartamento en la web son algo más decentes que la realidad. En el baño con ducha y bañera pondría una repisa o un lavabo con más espacio para poder poner neceser y artículos de asea personales, tenías que dejarlo en el suelo porque no había sitio donde ponerlo. En la habitación con una cama doble no había intimidad ninguna, primero que la puerta tenía una cristal y esa puerta daba a la cocina y luego que en la parte superior del muro de separación de la cocina y la habitación había un agujero, se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en las estancias, con que finalidad es eso, ni idea. En la cocina hay demasiados armarios vacíos para nada, si es un apartamento turístico no necesita tanto, solo se estaba usando un armario para vajillas varias y dos cajones para cubertería y ollas, sartenes. La otra habitación con cama doble y cama individual faltaba mesita de noche o repisa para poder dejar tu móvil por ejemplo cargando o artículos personales como reloj, cartera etc. Todo esto lo tenías que dejar en el suelo, aparte que no entiendo porque tienen un armario junto a la cama si tiene un pequeño vestidor casi vacío sin ningún uso. Pondría un porta llaves en la entrada de la casa para dejar la llave del apartamento cuando estás dentro y no se pierda entre las cosas personales de uno.
David (4/5): - Close to transport Noisy can hear trams and drunk nightclub patrons most nights until early hours. No housekeeping done in 6 days we were there but no broom for us to clean. No cooking utensils to cook with. Curtains dont cover bedroom windows fully, couldn't get dressed in that room and didn't feel we had sufficient privacy when sleeping in that room. No fans, had to leave windows open for ventilation but was cold and noisy.
RW (5/5): - Zimmer sind groß Lage ist gut Appartement 1 ist sehr laut. Eingangstür zum Haus quietscht so laut und schlägt so laut zu, dass man ständig wach wird. Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Hatten 3 Schlafzimmer gebucht, aber nur 2 SZ bekommen. Dafür wurde von Booking nach der Beschwerde eine Entschädigung gezahlt.
