- Franck Harald (8/5): - Singel reise, måtte ha 3 netter i Augsburg, sikkert noe som kunne vært bedre, men helt topp utifra mine behov. Var avhengig av kollektiv trafikk ..så å si rett ut døra, enkelt å komme seg fram og tilbake ifra sentrum

- Dagmar (6/5): - Wer kein Komfortzimmer bucht, darf den Pool nicht nutzen. Bei der Buchung stand da Hotel mit Pool. Frühstück kostet 20 Euro. Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße. Um acht Uhr wird man vom Reinigungspersonal geweckt. Merkwürdige Dekoration. Nichts passt zusammen. Gartenzwerge und Putten. Als Toilettenartikel gab es nur Seife. Statt wasser im Zimmer gab es leere Glasflaschen und den Hinweis, diese am Wasserhahn aufzufüllen. Vier Sterne finde ich stark übertrieben.

- Jens (4/5): Okay, aber für die Leistung 30-40% zu teuer. - Blenderhotel an Augsburger Einfall-/Hauptverkehrsstraße, Alpenhöhe sind nur die Preise. Simple vereinigte Hüttenwerke aus Plattenbauten mit lautem Zimmer. Wer auf 70er-/80er-Design mit simpel-billigem Update plus massenhaft sinnlosem Tand & Trödel seht, wird sich sehr wohlfühlen. Pseudofreundlicher Check-In mit Vorkasse & Service analog 80er inklusive. Frühstück gut, aber teuer, an 80er Kantinengroßtischen. Einmal und nie wieder.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Etwas „irreführend“ - Ich hatte das Hotel insbesondere deswegen ausgesucht, weil es einen Pool besitzt. Die Nutzung dieses Pools wird jedoch gesondert bepreist. Inklusive sei dies nur bei den Luxus-Varianten, also hochpreisigen Zimmern. Ich halte diese Vorgehensweise durchaus für legitim. Dies wäre aber zumindest anzugeben.

- Susann (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt etwas weiter außerhalb von Augsburg in einem Industrieviertel. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, aber leider hat das Zimmer etwas komisch gerochen. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr hellhörig. Das Schwimmbad war dafür sehr schön und konnte schon morgens ab 7Uhr genutzt werden.

- John (6/5): Not too happy - I booked it when I saw a picture of the pool. It costs 15 euros to use. It is a disorganized layout, and when I checked in, ended up schlepping my stuff all over looking for check in. The sauna, I never saw, but I believe it is there. Never saw the pool either. Couldn't find either and didn't get much help in that regard. It seemed very artsy in a good way, just the service and policies left me bitter. If you do book here, there is free parking in front of the b and b hotel next street over...on the street.
- faith (4/5): Unfreundliche Rezeption Mitarbeiterin - Leider habe ich ein sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption getroffen. Sie wirkte genervt und hat nicht mal übers Hotel wo was ist erklärt. Zimmer war sehr kalt da die Heizung nicht funktionierte.

- Guillaume (2/5): Pas aux attendus - Pas aux attendus : Pas de clim dans la chambre, juste la fenêtre ouverte en plein centre donc à choisir entre bruyance et éclairage public toute la nuit ou un petit peu d'air. Wellness cité comme un point fort dans la présentation mais non accessible parceque soit disant non-inclus dans le prix de la chambre pourtant la 4ème fois que j'y vais sans soucis les fois précédentes. A la décharge de l'hôtel sur hotel.com, aucune information à ce sujet et le SAV n'a même pas su me répondre si c'était inclus ou non !!! Désolant, hotel.com ne sait pas ce qu'il vend !!!

Par contre, pas d'accès au spa pour la chambre classique standard

Wellness wird angepriesen muss man alles extra buchen. Sauna nur angemeldet eingeschalten. Hotel ist zusammen gewürfelt vom Stil her. Ist absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen nachgekommen.

- Peter (10/5): Wild - The initial view of the hotel was an overgrown courtyard. Apparently It was policy to allow the wild flowers to grow. This was also apparent in the city area. Inside the hotel there were fantastic features with antiques in every corner. The breakfast was good (exept 2 minute boiled eggs). Good transport with tram within stop 50m. The beer garden meals (although limited options) were delicious and the staff friendly and welcoming. The pool was quite large and we used the it daily.

- Kai (6/5): Durchwachsen - Von der Hauptstrasse sieht man 2 renovierungsbedürftige Hotels an denen vorbei man auf einen der Hotelparkplätze fahren kann. Check in freundlich und schnell Einrichtung Hotel wie auch der Zimmer die wir hatten zusammengewürfelt Es gibt echt schöne Sachen.. aber warum man in einem renovierten Zimmer ein Plüschunterbau fürs Bett hat hat sich mir nicht erschlossen. Meine Matratze war gut die im anderen Zimmer durchgelegen. Abends waren wir im zugehörigen Biergarten ganz schön gemacht,haben Getränke und Speisen bestellt, als es anfing zu regnen sind wir reingegangen.. auch da wirklich schöne Einrichtungen va die alten Waschbecken... etwas schade war der Holzmix Der dazugehörige Aussenbereich hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Service freundlich wobei die ältere Dame des Hauses einen stark überforderten Aber freundlichen Eindruck hinterließ. Das Essen wurde auf dem Grill zubereitet und war mit Abstand das Schlimmste was ich seit Langem probiert habe aber nicht essen konnte. Mit der Kritik wurde professionell umgegangen. Sehr nette Leute aus Augsburg kennengelernt mit denen wir uns gut unterhalten haben.Recht gut geschlafen.leider wurde es kurz nach 6 laut auf dem Hof,warum auch immer Geduscht, runter zum Frühstück Desinfektion etc war ausreichend vorhanden Keine Begrüßung am Buffett etc Als wir die dreckigen Teller gesehen hatten, kein Käse, keine Eierspeisen im leeren Behälter und kein Ansprechpartner sind wir in die Bäckerei und haben da gefrühstückt.

Die Einrichtung war ein Mix aus mediterranen, „Roller“ - Möbeln und alpinem Style. Im Bad war die Dusche im Deckenbereich schimmelig. Der angekündigte Spabereich wäre nur durch Zuzahlung von 20 € nutzbar gewesen. Eine Minibar oder Ähnliches gab es nicht. Wie dieses Hotel mit dieser Ausstattung auf vier Sterne kommt, bleibt ein Rätsel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Room for Improvement - Overall, it was a very nice stay, the main entrance to reception was around the back of a building. The hotel is lovely with the decor they have, staff was nice. There isn't much around the hotel except a few stores, but the rail station is not far down the street and takes you directly into city center within about 10/15 minutes. If i was reading it correctly, it looked like you'd have to pay extra to use the pool area and the 2 areas I saw to book a massage or use the pool, were closed.

- Georgie (6/5): - Hotel on outskirts of town, a long way from the centre, close to Autobahn. I stayed here because I was attending a seminar at the hotel. The worst thing was the mattress, so very very hard that I could not sleep. I asked for it to be changed but was met with a firm NO! We do not change mattresses and there is nothing we can do. I think that is a bad policy, there should be some understanding of peoples’ different needs. I would not go back for that reason.
