• Vincent (5/5): Niet fijn. - Verwarming werkte niet. Gemeld rn toen ktegen wij een andere kamer waar de verwarming het wel zou doen. Niet dus, het leek wel of men op een drumstel aan het oefenen was als de verwarming aan was, ik heb dat verder maar zo gelaten en de verwarming uitgedaan. Ontbijt was slecht, het eten in het restaurant was nog slechter. Schimmel in de badkamer

L'eventuale urgenza di eseguire altri compiti, non implica il dover trattare sbrigativamente i clienti che si sono appena presentati alla reception Nella sala della colazione si presume che in un hotel a 4 stelle sia presente personale per verificare e ripristinare le cose terminate e/o mancanti. Inoltre, in particolar modo quando l'affluenza è minima (vista la bassa stagione) sarebbe buona abitudine sparecchiare i tavoli dove c'è stata una consumazione e riapparecchiarli per i nuovi clienti. E' inammissibile che il cliente si debba sedere ad un tavolo ancora da sparecchiare o si sieda in un tavolo ancora da apparecchiare e si debba procurare i tovaglioli e le posate da un tavolo ancora da sgomberare, dove le posate non sono state utilizzate. Inoltre non sarebbe male se il cameriere o il barista di turno indossasse una divisa e/o un grembiale. • Julija (4/5): Mūsų viešnagė nebuvo tokia, kokios tikėjomės. - Viešbučio lokacijos vieta ir personalas, kuris savo darbą atliko puikiai. Viešbučio būklė jau seniai neatitinka 4 žvaigždučių: pirmas duotas mums kambarys buvo hostelio lygio, tiesiog tragiškas. Tada mums pakeitė numerį, gavome tikrai neblogą kambarį. Bet viskas viešbutyje jau seniai atgyveno savo gyvenimą. Pusryčiai buvo tikra katastrofa: nėra daržovių, keptų kiaušinių, pasirinkimas minimalus, koks tik įmanomas. Baseino ir pirties kaina neatitinka visos viešbučio situacijos. Taip pat ir kambarių kaina - ji prasilenkia su realia būkle ir komfortu.

• Silke (4/5): - Das Hotel ist eher ein Event-Zentrum. Alle sind dort vertreten: Absolventen einer Akademie, Familienfeiern zum 18. Jährigen, Kommunionen und Firmungen. Disco, Livemusik, Karaoke und Halligalli - alles ist bis in die Nacht hinein vertreten. Draußen vor dem Hotel Straßenlärm rund um die Uhr. Mit 4 Sternen ist das Haus überbewertet. Am besten war abends das hoteleigene Strandrestaurant. Dort war es ruhig und angenehm. Amanta ist oben am Berg sehenswert und sehr gastlich. Eine Oase der Ruhe im Vergleich zum Mediterraneo.

• Shai (2/5): Very poor - Easy parking They charged us €16 for using the gym treadmill! Never told us there would be a charge when we went into the “gym” which is comprised of just 3 cardio machines. I’ve never been charged for a hotel fitness center anywhere in the world, let alone a high price for one that is so small and poorly equipped. Hotel didn’t respond to our message about why this charge was added. There was also a rooftop bar we hoped to use that was “closed” with no explanation.
• Sandro (8/5): - Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato discreto, ma la colazione è un punto debole significativo, soprattutto per un hotel a quattro stelle. L’offerta è limitata e deludente: quasi tutto confezionato, servito in plastica, senza piatti freschi o preparati al momento. Solo brioche, fette biscottate, yogurt industriali, succhi molto zuccherati e qualche fetta di formaggio economico. Mancano prodotti locali, pane fresco, affettati di qualità, verdure, cereali integrali o alternative moderne come avocado, salmone o semi vari. La sala colazioni è fredda e impersonale, simile a una sala ricevimenti, poco accogliente. Per confronto, in un recente soggiorno in un 4 stelle a Madrid, la colazione offriva un buffet ricco e curato: specialità locali, numerosi formaggi e prosciutti, frutta fresca, pane artigianale, dolci fatti in casa e un’ampia selezione di cereali e muesli. Comprendiamo che la colazione in Italia abbia minor rilevanza culturale, ma proprio per questo si potrebbe puntare su qualità e varietà per distinguersi. In definitiva, per chi arriva dall’estero e si aspetta uno standard europeo, questa colazione risulta monotona, trascurata e non all’altezza della categoria né del prezzo richiesto.

• Markus (8/5): - Das Hotel ist in guter Lage, man erreicht in wenigen Fußminuten den Lido, mit schönem bewirtschafteten Strand und ausreichend Gastronomie. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer, der Balkon hatte Ostblockcharme. Frühstück ok, in Summe nichts zu beklagen.

• GINA (10/5): - This hotel is in a very good location. Close to the Beach and grocery store right across the street. The street in front is very busy...just have to be careful when crossing. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. Dining area large and spacious. The hotel property itself is very clean.
• ADAM (10/5): Great stay!! - Great hotel and location. The staff was amazing and very helpful. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach or they can take you in a golf cart. The hotel provides you with beach towels, chairs and a sun umbrella at the beach at no extra cost. About a 10 minute walk to the little piazza. The food in the main dining room was excellent as well. I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I am in Amentea!

• Francesca (10/5): - A few of the staff members at this location were exceptional. Cristian, who helped us get to my grandmother‘s home in Malito was super helpful and understanding. Aura the bartender, was also kind and considerate. It’s the people at these establishments that make the place a 5 star, not the actual establishment. If you’re thinking of going to Amantea, give this place a visit, you won’t regret it!

Location was central, very close to the train station and beach, and being able to use the hotels bicycles was a great. Fun to ride the beach boardwalk and cruise around Amantea. • Carol (9/5): Best hotel in Amantea! - Mediterraneo Palace is within walking distance of the Amantea train station, the beach, and downtown shops and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. During our stay, the weather was not conducive to swimming or sunning, but the pool and rooftop looked very inviting. The restaurant is more of a banquet hall, but the food was good and they have a nice selection of regional wines. Excellent desserts, too!

Close to the beaches and the old town on the hill. Some of the tv channels were out, could have been weather related.

• Nadine (8/5): - Der Ausblick unseres Zimmers war leider eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im ersten Stock zur Seite raus, aber ziemlich weit hinten. Über unsere "Terrasse" hätte man problemlos ins Zimmer einsteigen können. Es führte eine Treppe aus einem anderen Gebäudeteil auf unsere Ebene, ebenso führte eine Treppe vom Restaurant Bereich auf unsere Ebene. Wir konnten unsere Terrassentür dadurch nie offen lassen, nachts erst recht nicht. Hier haben wir auch die Vorhänge immer komplett zugezogen. Ich hätte sonst Angst gehabt, es könnte jemand vor dem Fenster stehen und zu uns hereinsehen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer okay. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für italienische Verhältnisse auch völlig in Ordnung. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Toll ist auch der Shuttle Service zum Strand und zurück!

• Jerry (6/5): - Indifferent reception. Advertises its own beach but fails to tell you it costs €10 a couple. Same for indoor pool which costs an extra €8 an hour. If there are extra charges these should be shown online and allows you to make an informed decision. Breakfast ok but only cutlery was one spoon and one knife on the table so yoghurt, tea, fruit salad all with the same spoon. Only tea on display next to a kettle, nobody to tell you that coffee was also available. Plastic cups for fruit juice. Room had no glasses or any tea/ coffee facility. Great roof bar area but it was closed and downstairs bar in reception so no real area to sit and have a drink. Hotel quite nice in appearance but unlikely to want to stay again.
