• Manuel (2/5): Mala experiencia - La cama incómoda, el baño no me pude bañar ya que la bañera no tenía tapón y la estancia con mucho ruido
• Christian (2/5): Muy mal hotel - Muy mal No tienen recepción, es una mini máquina la que recibe, llegamos y no podíamos entrar hasta q alguien al salir nos dejo entrar, el día sábado imposible dormir von el ruido de la calle, el nos baños no hay ni jabón, subimos muchas gradas con las maletas, el olor de la cocina del restaurante que está bajo inunda las habitaciones, la reñirá de limpieza muy grosera, realmente es muy caro para lo q ideen salimos desepcinados

• Verified traveler (8/5): REPARER LA PORTE D'ENTREE - Nous avons séjourné 2 fois x 2 nuits à 15 jours d'intervalles (départ vacances, retour vacances). Nous avons apprécié la situation, le coût peu onéreux. C'est une auberge de jeunesse, plutôt calme. Nous avons eu un petit soucis à notre seconde nuitée = gros problème de digicode. Nous nous sommes retrouvés coincés dehors, à 1H du matin, sans pouvoir ouvrir. Après un appel au centre, celui-ci a prévenu le responsable qui s'est déplacé sur place avec son trousseau de clé…. Mais nous n'avons pas trouvé la bonne clé ! Un jeune passant à escalader le balcon du premier (à ses risques et périls), pour passer par la fenêtre du coin petit déjeuner qui était ouverte, et venir ouvrir la porte d'entrée. Il serait TRES URGENT de réparer ce Digicode, car déjà quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait un scotch sur la serrure pour empêcher la porte de se refermer. Cela nous a surpris, et un peu inquiété puisque n'importe quelle personne étrangère à l'Auberge pouvait entrer. Donc, un client a dû penser qu'il fallait, pour la sécurité de tout le monde, ôter le scotch…. Bonne idée pour la Sécurité. Très Mauvaise Idée pour nous-même et un autre client qui nous sommes retrouvés enfermés à l'extérieur. Je tiens d'ailleurs à remercier ce client qui parlait espagnole, car il nous a ôter une grosse épine du pied pour parler à notre place, car nous ne parlons pas l'espagnole.
• Anil (2/5): Only if desperate - There is no attendant there and when I called the number for the wifi code, the person who answered the phone said she would text it to me, but never did. I messaged her four times, but no response. It seemed she was answering calls for multiple properties. This hotel is also on a road with bars that go on all night. There is no air conditioning, so you will have to sleep with window open and if you face the front, you will not sleep until 5am because of the noise from the bars. Having wifi would help with that time awake :-).
• Yves (8/5): Un bon emplacement - Un bon endroit à proximité de tout. Cependant le côté négatif d’être en plein centre ville est le bruit avec les gens qui font la fête.

• Sara (10/5): Minimalist needs were all met - I wish all places had automated check-in! Room was perfect, shared bathroom was clean, and several tiendas in the area so I could eat an easy dinner. Plates and cutlery at the hostel were much appreciated!
• Ian (4/5): Stranded in Pamplona - The hotel. Com web site does not advise that there is no car access to the street or adjacent ones. So you can't drop off luggage. There is no on site Mgr. Rather they sendb an email on the arrival day at noon with access codes for the door. This email needs to issue shortly after the booking confirmation email or by 8 am on the arrival day so that clients with out email access during the day can get in. I my case another client let me and then lent me his phone so I could then ring the help number to get their unique log on code to use their registration terminal. The terminal screen says some fields are optional, but then you find they aren't. All very frustrating and annoying. But the local area is good.
• Shirley (8/5): Great location - Stayed two nights whilst traveling around Northern Spain. Location great, self check in worked well but very impersonal, saw no one in our 2 nights stay. Common area very basic, no kettle or cups, only microwave. Room very cramped and basic but served its purpose. Enjoyed our stay.
• Sean (4/5): Camino stopover - The hotel is not attended by any staff. To stay, you make a booking online and an email is sent to you (sometime after the initial booking) to provide a door entry code and check-in reference number which you enter on the electronic checking in system. Provided your phone is operating to accept emails as you go the system works. If you have no power left in your phone, or you are not connected on-line, to receive the email you will not be able to gain access.
