Carlee (6/5): Poorly maintained property - Great location for a family holiday The place really needs some TLC. Photos do not reflect the current condition of the property. To anyone looking to book here please be aware that the ducted aircon does not work and while there are aircons in the two bedrooms the living space gets warm and we stayed when it was getting into the cooler time of year. There is nothing in the notes the stipulated this and only in arrival did we see the sign on the back of the door stating it is permanently not working. A lot of things were broken or not working properly. - One of the dining chair backs was completely snapped and I nearly fell backwards when I sat on it. I hope they removed it after we left or notified the owners to replace as it’s a serious hazard. - We had to get maintainence to replace the light in ensuite shower which was out when we arrived and couldn’t see in the shower on the first night. - The patio furniture off main bedroom was broken. The table collapsed while using it. Maintainence also screwed it back together but took the glass top of it with them, leaving a plywood top with double sided tape on it. - The toilet ensuite door doesn’t close as it’s on an angle. - The single beds have plywood on the bases and are bowing. - Washing machine leaked water all throughout the laundry - Laundry air vent doesn’t work. We ran the dryer once and it was a sauna in there. - Couch pillows/cushions were stained and old. - The wifi also doesn’t work. We contacted best of magnetic and it still didn’t work after checking details with them. Ended up using the blue on blue wifi after getting password from a friend staying at peppers too. It’s a shame as we actually did have a reasonable stay but these things which are just general upkeep of a property and the responsibility of the owner, significantly let down our experience.

Clare (6/5): Great location and pool. Property needs maintenance. - Fantastic location right next to the ferry. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The property needs some TLC. A very creaky single bed. Appears to have tried to be fixed as there is a board under the mattress. Only one of the single beds had a doona, my other son just had a blanket. The dishwasher didn’t release the dishwasher powder. The outdoor sofa broke when I sat on it! Had rusted through. I’m an average size lady. It’s always great to find extra essentials in a unit kitchen but not then they are out of date or full of ants. One of the bedside lights was not working. No battery in the wall clock. I reported the sofa, light and dishwasher issues to the property, although there is no recognition that they received my email.

Michelle (10/5): Our stay was memorable. - The location is perfect and our unit was awesome. We have stayed there three times now and love it. Really nothing. The pool is the best, location is spot on and the apartments are gorgeous.
