Das Abendessen ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Innen- und einen Aussenpool, eine liebevoll ausgestattete Sauna, gepflegte und ruhige Aussenanlagen, eine Fahrradgarage, Parkplätze am Haus, Spiel- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kids. Der See ist zu Fuss schnell zu erreichen.

Ein toller Garten mit vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, vielfältiges Frühstück, Außen- und Innenpool, eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel, die Nähe zum Gardasee und viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Keine Kritik, nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Unser Zimmer war super - sehr groß und mit sehr viel Stauraum. Es hätte aber noch etwas gemütlicher (z.B. Bilder an der Wand o.ä.) sein können.

Aperol w ich ogrodzie smakuje najlepiej, jest dużo pięknych i zadbanych roślin, wśród których latają rozśpiewane kosy :) . Rowery, strefa relaksu - super sprawa. Na pewno wrócimy tu jeszcze.

But honestly, there everything else is just as perfect, down to location. Nothing really. But if the view is something you highly value, make sure you pick a room with a view towards the lake, instead of the northen view towards the main road.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnliche Frühstück – liebevoll zubereitet, abwechslungsreich und einfach köstlich. Auch die Küche am Abend begeistert: Jeden Abend überraschen neue Tagesgerichte und eine authentische italienische Küche, die jeden Gaumen verwöhnt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: ein einladender Außen- sowie Innenpool und eine angenehme Sauna sorgen für perfekte Entspannung. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten – ideal auch für Familien, die viel Platz schätzen. Ein echtes Highlight ist das gemütliche Kaminzimmer, das am Abend zum Verweilen einlädt – bei typischen italienischen Getränken von der Bar und guter Gesellschaft fühlt man sich hier schnell wie zu Hause. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den wirklich persönlichen Service, der einfach glücklich macht!

Alexander (9/5): Sehr gerne wieder! - Schönes Zimmer, großer Balkon, trotz der Lage an einer befahrenen Straße, war davon im Zimmer und auch bei offener Balkontür nichts zu hören. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker, das Essen im Restaurant war auch hervorragend und alle Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für Fahrräder, in der man die Räder sicher abstellen kann, einen Waschplatz und eine kleine Reparaturstation. Nicht gefallen ist falsch ausgedrückt, man muss eher sagen was ich nicht optimal fand. Man konnte keine Massagen buchen, weil es keinen Masseur gab.

Tobias (9/5): All Round Excellent! - The staff were very friendly and helpful (& spoke 3 languages). The breakfast selection was great and plenty. The room was very spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. In an excellent location within easy reach of the beaches in Torbole and Riva del Garda. There are bikes available for use for free, along with use of the wellness centre and swimming pool ,(x2, one indoors). See you next year!
Igors (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff. Rooms are big and clean. There are some attractions in the garden, including kids playground, a pool (inside and outside). Simple, but tasty breakfast. This place is good, there are a lot of possibilities where to get dinner around this hotel. Bad sound isolation of rooms doors, in the mornings it is impossible to sleep, when staff starts to clean rooms, they shots doors soooo loud.

Set in a stunning setting, the hotel offers magnificent views and is the perfect starting point to explore the region’s beauty.

Antonina (10/5): A little oasis to wash your stress away👏🏻 - Location is unbeatable: in a quiet area yet 10 min on foot to the beach line. Supermarkets, bike rentals, numerous cafes and petrol stations nearby. We only stayed one night but anyway had enjoyed everything. It was so relaxing, it felt like a full-on vacation despite a short stay. We haven’t had a chance to use the indoor pool but it looked pretty good. The outside pool was perfect - with a deep and shallow part, clean water with optimal temperature, and enough shaded recliners to chill in. The outside area in general is very well equipped and maintained. There is a garden where fresh veggies are grown, a playground, loads of trees (olives, grapes, lemons). Sadly we couldn’t use the spa area - it’s only open between 15 and 19, we arrived late and had to checkout the next morning, so we missed out on the fun. Parking was no problem - there is a small private space enough for all guests. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and spacious, water pressure good. A terrace with a mountain and lake view was a special highlight! We were traveling with a 10-months-old and were treated very well, a high chair was provided and they brought us an extra cucumber for the baby to eat. A little suggestion would be to add water into the room. We didn’t think of buying water for the night and had to order it extra. There was no kettle either.

Haiducu (10/5): Overall a very nice stay and definitely planning to return! - Excelent stay! The hosts were extremely nice and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious and the balcony was a nice touch. The amenities like the spa and indoor pool were very nice and clean. A very nice touch to our experience. There were a lot of breakfast choices , so there was something for everyone. As for lunch and dinner , you need to make a reservation but the service and food were again very good. If you go in summer or during hotter months , there is a nice garden with a lot of spaces to play for the young and old and there is an outside pool as well. There is a parking for your car and it was decent sized. We also had a small dog and we were allowed almost everywhere with him . t's not that far from the city or the waterfall park. Overall a very nice stay and definitely planning to return! Thank you to the hoasts! Everything was good

Great view, large rooms, free bikes, outdoor and indoor pool and spa option. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Actually everything was good.

PaulT1965 (8/5): Exceptional Service - Visited here in November 2018. Perfect location right by Lake Garda’s northern shoreline. Quaint breakfast bar serving wide selection of food and drink. Hotel room was large, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for visitors with cars. Service was first rate.
laughlovetravelworld (10/5): Convenient hotel with pool and a view - This is a nice family run hotel that’s good value. It’s in a very google location and has a very nice dining and pool area. Breakfast was really efficient even despite COVID times and they are behind plexiglass. The room itself is a bit sparsely decorated and has a slight hospital feel to it. I think because they use a lot of disinfectant to clean. They have their own parking lot, but in high season, it can be hard to find a spot. Everyone working there was very nice and friendly.
Addams-Fam (10/5): Great hotel - We had a great room with a view. The lake is close by, and the hotel has a deal with the Segnana surf school. Thus, the hotel is the perfect spot for windsurfing holidays. Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Grazie mille alla famiglia Pranzi, Ralf

328magnusn (8/5): Villa Franca, ideal bike visit hotel - Villa Franca offers a great setup, simple rooms for a good sleep, nice breakfast for a good start of the day. Great support from personell, with tour tips, maps and so. After a day in the saddle Vill Franca delivers a pool, and a wellness center for relax and charge up for a new day in the saddle, what more to ask for... Well, perhaps, thin walls between rooms was not what I asked for, and the gym was a bit too small... But... Come on! -
PaulT1965 (8/5): Exceptional Service - A friend and I stayed one quiet out of season November Friday. The hotel was located just a few minutes walk from the lake shore. Rooms were large if functional. The bathroom was as large as some hotel rooms I've stayed in. The hotel is for the active resident - biker, runner, skier etc. The staff were highly attentive and super helpful. The breakfast spread, allied with a reserved table arrangement, was excellent. The spread was varied, fresh and healthy. There were a few close restaurants.
