Guest Reviews

- scott (10/5): Summerfest 2025 :-) - The staff works so hard to make sure your stay is awesome! We will be staying here again for sure:-)
- Paulette (10/5): - Great place to stay!! Room was clean, very quiet area!
- David (8/5): - Get od for the price; friendly staff
- Heather (4/5): - We had to wait for 50 minutes -until after 10pm for someone to come back to the property to check us in.
Our first room ended up filling with a sewage smell within two days, they did give us another room which we appreciated, but they were aware of the sewage problem in the original room and had put us there anyway.
The room amenities are sparse - one towel each, no hand towels, no hair dryer, an iron but no board, etc.
- Richard (10/5): - I was a little worried because I kept getting weird messages: We might not be able to charge your card, parking is extra, the taxes are higher. But none of that happened. Room was cute. Interesting modern decor. Microwave and fridge, new smart TVs. Some people complain about waiting for hot water for 5 minutes but whatever. It's in people's reviews, there's a sign in the lobby and in your bathroom. I can deal. If you're driving there is a gate you have to open and close manually after 11 which confused some people trying to get in. Breakfast was also cute. They had sandwiches and drinks from Starbucks and Dunkin, and a cooler you grab a variety of drinks from. I never want donuts and coffee but, I know it's so basic but I liked being able to grab a chicken wrap and a mountain dew lol
- Raul (8/5): - Excellent location, property is nice and well kept rooms are average, but the decorations are nice in each room is different.
The one thing I didn’t like is that there is no coffee available or ice machine.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Surprisingly nice breakfast was offered and was free!
Peaceful setting.
Room could have used a dresser or two for clothes.
- Kimberly (10/5): - Comfort stay
- Efrain (10/5): - Very nice owners and staff will be coming back to stay again.
- dave (8/5): - Not too bad of a place overall
- Mary (10/5): - Funky eclectic vibe in an amazing area.
- Jessica (6/5): - They're doing remodeling so there are areas that have work being done. Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on around you.
- Riley (10/5): - Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cute, I'll be coming back again
- Matthew A (2/5): - Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Cheap walk-in Shower was unusable. Curtain did not extend to floor leading to flooding in the bathroom. Light in it was a cheap battery powered one which was dead.
- Hazael (10/5): - Had a great room. Was at a great distance from my venue. They just need to work on 2 things
1. Try to get Better WiFi. Could barely use my ps4 to stream when I wanted to use it.
2. Temperature on shower water. There was a sign that said to let the hot water run for 5-7 minutes. Even if you put it in the middle to be warm it wasn’t and if you accidentally turn the lever all the way to “Hot” it would become dangerously hot. That I had to turn the whole shower off and start again.
And lastly if you are someone who is not from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and looking for Liquor/Beer go to the quick mart that’s across the rave eagles club. 10min walk or 3min drive. They sell beer up until 9pm.
- David (8/5): - Great place to stay for the concert hall
- Gabriel (4/5): - Stayed for 4 nights. Will never go back.
1) Room had a bad Oder.
2) Asked for fresh towels every day.
After being out all day. Had to go to the front desk after 10pm to get some for the next day.
3) My key card didn’t work. Had to get it replaced twice. Never did work.
Good things we had 2.
3) The morning coffee and donuts. Ran out fast. They didn’t supply enough.
4) For the price for four nights. Was definitely not worth the money. Don’t waste your money.
- Jennifer (4/5): - Room looked recently renovated, but there were many deficiencies. There were limited electrical outlets. No central heat or air. Only source of heat was a space heater mounted to the wall and plugged into an extension cord. Could not sleep with heater on due to the light on the unit. Mobile air conditioner also plugged into an extension cord and was vented out the window and secured with tape. Air conditioner had to be unplugged to use the bedside lamp. Water has to run for 5-7 minutes to get hot water. Shower leaked and had a lock on the inside of it. Chain lock on the bathroom door. No trash can in bathroom. No additional locks on the exit door. No door stop moulding on the exit door so light from the hallway came through the gaps. Mattress was little better than sleeping on the floor.
- Margaret (8/5): - The decor was unique, and the room was clean. The price was very good and they have a continental breakfast included. My only complaint was cat fights outside the door all night. Otherwise, it was a good place with friendly staff.
- Anita (10/5): - Relaxing
- Dan (8/5): - The place has character.
- Christopher (8/5): - Nice and clean
- Miao (6/5): - Came in for a night and needed a place to stay in the city. Hot water takes a while to run in the room I stayed in, otherwise was OK
- Gregory (10/5): - The room/property had a few odd features - hot water took a bit of time to warm up, AC was portable rather than a more normal window unit, breakfast food was provided in an out-of-the-way room, etc. - but it was clean, comfortable, everything worked, and I did not have to ask for anything. Especially given the location not far from downtown, it was well worth the price, and I would certainly stay again.
- Laura (8/5): Dark is in?!? - It was ok .. except that you couldn't close the bathroom door at all! And if you are afraid of the dark, bring a waterproof light for the shower...walls are dark, curtain is black and shower is black with no lighting around it. I liked the black towels!!
I did have to go back and ask for the WiFi password - the guy was surprised that I didn't get it earlier.
Saturday breakfast was great!! Dunkin and Starbucks... you'll never go wrong with that!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): One Night - Good location near the baseball field. Easy parking and access to room. Price is okay. Nice place to stay for a one night visit.
- Chad (10/5): - I really love all the attention to detail in making the property stylish and attractive. Though it’s not my style of interior decoration, I appreciate the love someone put into the property. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and informative, and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast I have ever had at a motel. Literally, Starbucks coffee, Dunkin Donuts sandwiches, an amazing selection of fresh fruit, beverages, and snacks. I’d say whatever expectation you have going into this type of small motel setting, they will surpass.
- Jack (8/5): - The hotel was nice, the location is great and the breakfast was fantastic. My expectations were low, and I was very happily surprised.
- Gene (4/5): Village Inn Milwaukee - It was ok. I couldn’t open the door to the room at first, then it was fixed. They charged me twice for the room and then said it would take 3-5 days to get my refund. Overall it was unsatisfactory.
- Alejandro J Quintana (8/5): - Good place.
- Ashley (10/5): Better than Hilton - Recently I stayed at a Hilton hotel and hands down I would stay here again over the Hilton! Fabulous service and they've done a really great job giving the place a fresh and cozy look and feel
- corey (10/5): - Clean room. Friendly staff. Would stay again
- Christopher (10/5): Milwaukee Hidden Gem - This is a very nice small hotel/motel. It was well run, and everyone was friendly. Check-in was easy, and my room was clean and nice.
- David (8/5): - The staff were friendly, and helpful: as other reviewers have noted the air conditioner units are portable and in my room the exhaust simply would not remain in the outlet (despite the copious amounts of tape) but it was cool enough to not need to use it.
It is a little bit noisy due to the setup but when most/all were sleeping it was very quiet. Unfortunately if someone chooses to have a loud conversation in a room or in the courtyard it is very easy to hear them; or if someone is pressure cleaning with an air compressor (!).
The surrounding area is economically disadvantaged and whilst I felt safe walking about during daylight hours, I would not necessarily go off premises alone, or except to get straight into an uber or similar transport service.
All in all, I liked the staff who were friendly and helpful, and the premises are about what one would expect for a motel of its age that has clearly had some reasonable work done on it to improve it.
- Marcos (10/5): - Very good
- Dana (8/5): - Overall the cleanliness was very good. We were just surprised that the sheets were a dark blue color so you could see every speck of lint on the sheets from the blankets. So that made me question if the sheets were really clean or not.
- shelley (10/5): - Staff was very very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!!
- tracey (4/5): not what they advertise - Clean rooms. To get hot water it took about 15 minutes. They advertised there’s a bar and lounge. Not true
- Guadaluoe (2/5): Terrible - There was drugs left from the previous visit, the room was clean besides that. I took photos with my little brothers phone and dns provided those later on I just don’t have them in my phone.
- Ryan (4/5): - Ok, yes it was CLEAN. But I was SOOO unimpressed with a few things... The bed mattress had a thick plastic cover on it with a THIN fitted sheet over it. This encouraged heavy sweating and an uncomfortable night (not to mention the fitted sheet constantly falling off the mattress all night long. So I had to put a thick blanket under me to be able to sleep without a wetness below me (blanket not provided). I feel after looking at previous reviews they had an issue with bed bugs so that was the reason for the plastic?? THEN, the signs. EVERYWHERE! Upon checking in there was a sign saying "We Have the right to refuse anyone." Um? Yeah, nice first impression...and a guest was refused while we checked in. In the room there are signs about how if you took anything by intent or accident you'd receive a ticket from the Milwaukee Police. Huh?? And another sign about how to treat the room and to NOT SMOKE (I don't) and if you did what would happen. Also, in the bathroom a sign of "Wait 7-10 minutes for the water to get hot." They weren't lying. How about FIX IT? And the water pressure was BAD. All these signs just THREATENING YOU! The A/C was an indoor unit that was poorly secured to the window. Didn't feel safe. There were lights outside the room that LIT THE ROOM and though the listing touts "Black out shades" that they were NOT. Lights into the room all night long. This place could improve in a few slight ways, but if it remains what is is now, I will NOT be going back. Regardless of
- David (2/5): - They don't give you toiletries, the ice is bad, never got clean towels and the breakfast was horrible
- Rhea (8/5): - Not much to say apart from the centipede in the shower.
- eric (2/5): - Room was freezing. Heater didnt work. Reception did not answer the phone. Had to open a gate manualy by myself to get in so i had to park outside. The website said parking available. Then they sent me an email trying to charge for parking but at the property said nothing about it
- Allison (6/5): No bathmat, no desk, noisy AC – just okay. - Lots of updates have been made to this place, so even though it's an older building, almost all the furniture/decor looks really new and the beds were comfortable. But there were still a few things that were not great – first, it would be a simple but huge improvement to provide each bathroom with its own small garbage can and with a bathmat, not just towels, since the shower stall water soaked out onto the bathroom floor, with nothing to sop it up with. (There was also zero shelf/counter-space in the bathroom.) Second, the description of my economy room said it included a "desk" but it did not! The descriptions should be changed to be accurate. Third, it was true that there was AC, but it was a "portable" AC unit, venting out the window with a huge hose – it worked fine but was VERY noisy. Last, quite a bit of sunlight still came through the curtains very early in the morning, even though we had tried to pull them tightly. Other than those things, I can tell that a lot of effort has been put into improving the place, but it was still not a very quiet/pleasant place to spend time, other than the beds being decently comfortable.
- Jay (10/5): - I enjoyed the room. I found a great restaurant nearby. Made a cup of coffee in the morning. I was offered donuts and could fee, but I’m not a sweets guy.
- Shawn (8/5): - Pace was much nicer than I had expected , all the renovations seem to be making a big difference.
- Stephanie (10/5): - This is the cutest little quirky kitschy motel. The decor is over the top! It's an old building but the owners have done a great job keeping it up. And the staff couldn't be nicer! They helped us get a ride to get where we needed to go and to come back to the motel. They provide a continental breakfast with actually good food. Quiet and friendly. Beautiful temple across the street. Just a nice experience all together. :)
- Pharao (4/5): - You can’t have visitors. The room had a space heater.
- Hannah (2/5): - Extremely upset. We got there and saw that it was closed. NO NOTIFICATION of it being closed. I expect my money back
- Lenore (10/5): - it was nice
- Alan (10/5): Better than I expected from the listing - My room was better than I expected in every regard. This is still a motel (bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper) but I’d stay here again and again!
- Bridgette (2/5): - The place was dark and small corridors. There was a portable AC in the room, no trash cans, shower walls had stuff stuck to them. We got charged $20 to park in there parking lot.The "breakfast" was dunken donuts set up in a dark hallway! When our uber drove us back she told us it was a hooker hotel. Definitely do not recommend this place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - Great Price - Looks like they are doing some renovations. I thought my room was great. Great location. Might go to the top of the list for places to stay when I go to Milwaukee.
- William (6/5): - For the price you are paying, this hotel is acceptable. Room and bathroom were clean, there was no smell. It was very quiet at night, but I could see it having the potential to be noisy. Under 2 miles to downtown which is convenient. It's a 10 minute walk to the Ambassador Hotel which is much nicer, but costs at least twice as much.
- Jbrian (10/5): Nice - Nice neighborhood
- Kaila (6/5): - Pros: Staff was friendly, very welcoming, comfy bed, placed smelled of incense (i liked it), had working fridge and microwave, very clean
Cons: layout would have been very confusing to find our room if not explained to us when we checked in, some water damage on shelf under tv, a lamp not even plugged in and no electric socket to plug into, bathroom light outside of bathroom (was fun when roomie turned off the lights on me while i was in bathroom), no dead bolt for door (just regular lock ontop of card lock)
- Ian (8/5): Over all good experience. - The Inn was good. Very clean and well kept. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. Showers were very awesome.
- Alissa (2/5): Extremely disappointed :( - So I have never been to Milwaukee before. I was looking online for hotels and I made sure not to choose the cheapest hotel I could find but I also wasn't wanting the most expensive hotel either. I found one that was a median price. When we got there, it didn't say anything about it being in a rougher part of the city. You had to get buzzed into the front desk, there were some sketchy guys out in the parking lot eye balling us as we walked back to our vehicle and one of them started cat calling me. Then we walk up to our room and the room next to us had what looked to be a homeless person in there with the door open doing some shady things. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. When we got into the room it smelled horribly of cigarettes and just dark and depressing. I laid on the bed and it was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever laid on. I just looked at my bf with dread in my face and said "I don't want to stay here". So we were there maybe less than 5 mins. We walked back to the front desk and checked out. I called hotel.com to get a refund since I had already paid for 2 nights. I was hoping to at least get the second night refunded. They couldn't refund us any of the money. When I finally got to talk to customer service, they said they would send me a $75 credit on the expedia app which I never recieved. I typically don't bother with reviews. But this experience was so bad I felt I needed to.
- Lacey (10/5): - You get what you pay for. The area is not good but if you lock your doors, drive or uber, and dont want around st night youll be fine. The staff were amazing and did a really great job going above and beyond. The location is a quick drive or uber away from everywhere youll want to be. Id absolutely stay here again.
My only complaint was our room faced the well lit street, and the curtains were jot black out so it felt like day time all the time, and the matress protector is plastic making for a very hot sleep.
- JUAN LUIS (4/5): - Only two shower towels, someone can be hurts w the bathroom floor is very slippery sometimes xtra towels help to walk on it, water pressure is very poor,
- Lavenia (2/5): - Check in went terrible
- Jessica (2/5): - So sadly, I was charged two times for a one night stay. Expedia said I’d be paying $149.50 for my stay. The village inn charged me $144 and then another $194?? Gave me a $50 deposit back, but I’m still owed $140. Why was I charged twice? They did not explain this to me. I called and emailed and haven’t received a reply. I’m going to call my bank and dispute the second charge. Also, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and I felt very unsafe because anyone can just walk into the hallways. my Uber driver said it was weird to see a young girl standing outside of this place. Made me scared. Thought this would just be a nice regular hotel.
- Jessica (6/5): - The property is recently remodeled & clean but that is really the only good thing I can say. Bad area, terrible cigarette smell in the rooms, uncomfortable pillows, loud bangs on the walls throughout the night. We were honestly a little scared to stay in this hotel.
- Carey (8/5): Great Little Hidden Gem - A+ - Well, I can tell you... I was shocked. I got room #103 with a king bed. It was great! The room has been recently remodeled. The bed is super soft and comfortable. My room came equipped with an electric fireplace, flat panel TV on the wall, microwave, and small fridge. The ambiance of the room was spot on... Hardwood floors, modern updated fixtures. It has to be one of the nicest and freshest looking bathrooms, I've visited in a long time of staying in different places. Great job. My stay there was very private and quiet. Parking & surveillance was up and running. Great & helpful staff. McDonald's, The Rave / Eagle Club a few blocks down. Recommend a safe liquor store about 0.4 miles away. Reasonable price to stay, well worth it. Not recommend to walk around, or to places... For your safety. Anyways, everything was perfect and spot on. I would have no hesitations staying there again .
- Courtney (2/5): - I was extremely upset. I should have done more research!!!! $20 parking which I declined when I said I would park on the street. He said I could get a ticket. But there was free parking overnight Saturday to Sunday. Which he knew and was upset he didn’t get that extra sale for unnecessary parking. They don’t close the gates so it’s not like it is “secured” parking at all. The room definitely didn’t look like it was swept. There was cigarette burns on the tv stand. And it was super oily and gross feeling. The bathroom didn’t have a trash can so if you needed to dispose of feminine hygiene products you had to put them in the one trash can in the open area by the beds. There was a $50 deposit fee they charge when you get there. They refused to check the room and refund it to me when we checked out. It is still sitting in my account not refunded yet. He then asked me if I was going to be coming out to smoke. Which I found very odd. Why would they want/need to know if I will be walking outside to smoke? The area is pretty janky. I will definitely not be staying there again. The air conditioner is a portable unit they rigged up with a hose that goes out the window and they just taped that up and the open area from the window being open to accommodate that.
- Verified traveler (4/5): For just one night but no coffee! - First off, read many reviews before booking our stay but rooms looked nice & needed close to Brewers stadium for night. Cheap room for 1 night.
Yes, you pay for parking in lot. States in the hotel notes but there's side street parking. Neighborhood is questionable but a cheaper option. When coming back to hotel back parking lot, cone was blocked to enter lot. Front desk watched as we physically moved cone to move vehicle in back lot.
Check in was slow, appeared like a family with with 2 people handling each person's check in. Didn't explain parking, where anything was located. Found strange that both prior check- in & myself had to remind for either identification or credit cards back.
Room looked decorated no-tell motel. No dresser or anyplace to place overnight bags. Just small side table. Ceiling fan light bulb had no cover. No notes or welcome on how to use floor a/c unit, where to find food, ice or even local menu's. Upon talking to front desk, found they sell canned sodas for $1.50.
Floor a/c unit had no instructions on how to use. Shortly after arrival, starting leaking water on floor. Used hotel towels to mop up water. Front desk did come quickly once informed but placed room trash can & more towels around as solution. 5am wake up to it turning itself off & very sweaty warm room.
Towels in room look like personal collection or ones I could've bought at store or from home. Bedding was soft & smelled clean but pillows were small. No coffee in room or lobby!!!
- Patrick (4/5): Sketchy - Dangerous feel with plenty of music bumping marijuana smelling areas of the rear parking lot and hallway. Laid my head down, slept as best I could and checked out before 8am to get out of there. Not good for families or people that care about their safety.
- Shannon (2/5): - The staff was incredibly rude to another guest right in front of my group. Wouldn’t let my bf check in so we couldn’t stay at all. Hidden fees of $120 extra for parking for 4 days. Place was literally disgusting and we didn’t even get to see the room. The lobby had straight up piles of dirt. Rejected the stay bc it’s gross and they won’t refund it. Had to go somewhere else last minute and pay double. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH SAVING THE EXTRA BUCK.
- Daniel (2/5): - Had booked a reservation through Expedia on July 22nd for a stay on August 4th. I get there to check in roughly about 3:15pm or so on August 4th. I had my confirmation code handy and ready to check in. Apparently they didn’t have the room I booked on file. Not sure if this was Expedia or the Village Inn. But not off to a good start, especially when I traveled out of state to get there. Fast forward after some initial frustrations, we do a walk-in and they charge me $160 (included a 50 dollar deposit). We got a room on floor level. Room was clean, bed was made and bathroom was in good condition. Turns out the door to the room (102 to be exact) doesn’t lock from the outside. We were on a time crunch so figured we’ll just put our stuff back in the car and keep it with us. After we got back, thankfully the room locked from the inside. But in addition to the walls being paper thin and a bunch of noise happening throughout the night. Needless to say, not a good stay. Fast forward to checking out, that was probably the only smooth part of this stay. And come to find out they charged me another 95 dollars after the fact, which leads me to believe they had my original reservation all along :)
- Mohannad (2/5): - The area is not safe! The rooms are easily broken into. I would avoid it next time I visit Milwaukee
- Harold (2/5): - Arrived at 1am., Followed instructions posted on door. Waited 45 minutes, NO RESPONSE or Call! Very upset!! Had to find sleep in vehicle.
- Julie (8/5): - Definitely an okay place for a one or two nights stay, especially if you're looking for stuff to do around the area. It felt a little lower quality on some things though, so any longer than that and I might have stayed stay somewhere else.
- Kyle (4/5): - Made me pay an early check in fee and parking fee because I used Expedia to book and not their website.
- Jazmine (4/5): - First off, this is in a terrible area in town. The walls in this are so thin you can hear everything. I was woken up many times. The room smelt like old cigarettes and I found hairs that weren't mine in the bed. The room is clearly repainted but not well. My tv didnt work also. They charged me for parking the day of and to check in early. Tried contacting them to check in early and was never contacted back through the number they had on their voicemail.
- Alysia (2/5): - Should not have to call a number from a written sign on the door to check in.
- Derek (6/5): - Property has been recently renovated so everything looked clean and fresh but the place isn't it the greatest neighbourhood and we were advised not to walk at night and take a taxi. The curtains were very light and didn't block out the lights outside so we asked for a second blanket to cover window for second night. The area was very quiet at night but the fridge made a startling noise every hour or 2 that made us think someone was trying to get in our room. There was no safety latch on door only a deadbolt.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Historical Feel - It was good. The guy at the front desk was awesome! The Security Guard, in the morning, who took my card was sleeping. It's an older hotel, but if you like that more historical experience it was unique.
- Patrick (2/5): - They received my reservations from Expedia except it didn’t have the billing info. The property never reached out and had no rooms available. I had to turn around and return home for my vacation.
- Deborah (8/5): - The price is fantastic. Room is updated and clean. No elevator or ice machine. Under renovation. Neighborhood is a little dicey. Close to casino.
- Troy (4/5): - It was awful. The outside door didn't even lock smelled like smoke the old conditioner barely put cold air in the room
- Kurt (10/5): - The price I paid from expedia was much more than the amount posted for the room. And the amount paid by the guests served right before me as even lower than that.
- Jessica (2/5): - Didn't like that my reservation was moved to the "sister" hotel without my knowing. No shuttle to the venue, which was now 5 miles further and not within walking distance. Electricity went out and they couldn't get the power restored to our room. Not impressed!!!
- Tonia (2/5): - No towels or soap
- Kevin (8/5): Pleasantly surprised - After reading some of the awful stories I thought I was in for a sketchy experience. That was not the case at all. Sure it's not in the most desired area or town, but it's close enough to some things to do.
I want to commend the new owners for really flipping this place into a great place for a budget friendly stay in Milwaukee.
They did a great job upgrading from what it used to be. I was concerned about the smoking people kept hammering the hotel for but I did not notice any smell. The water that even the hotel acknowledges takes a bit to warm up got hot quick and had great pressure.
I think over time if all rooms are renovated and fixed up you're having a great affordable place.
- Sally (2/5): - No hair dryer which web sight there would b and had to pay an extra $20 for parking
- Wayne (2/5): Horrible Experience - Didn’t stay. Place was nasty. Owner agreed to refund money. Front desk clerk charged my account twice. Going through my bank to get credits back. Huge mess.
- Crystal (4/5): - They advertise there new property on Expedia instead of their property only. Confused us when we arrived. Gentlemen didn’t bother to pay attention to the reservation as we were given two queens. I had to go back and get it fix. If your front desk had communicated better, the visit would of been better.
They are also remodeling and there’s no ice machine but they have ice buckets? Defeats the purpose.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hidden fees - There’s an undisclosed $20 parking fee to use their lot if you book through any method other than direct.
- Jessica (6/5): Okay-ish - It was a little out of shape. But they had a sign that said they were remodeling. The staff at the desk wasn’t friendly at all and check in took forever. I didn’t realize until I saw a sign there that if you book through another party, such as hotels.com, they charge you $20 for parking. But they actually charged me $24. You were supposed to use your key card for the main door for security but it was broken and you could just open it. But it was pretty clean and it did the trick for where we needed to be and a place to crash for the night.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is clean room, no heat in room but just fireplace with remote, not enough warm in room, clean bathroom, and bed was little uncomfortable.
- AMY (10/5): - Great place to stay and so close to Miller park. Super clean!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Reeked of smoke. People loitering near the entrance and parking lot at all hours making me feel unsafe. WiFi not working. Grimey, seedy motel feel.
- Miroslav (10/5): - I like the location and the parking
- Nilze (2/5): - Vibes were off
- Tina (4/5): Remember not to go back!!! - Hotel was outdated, know security, you could hear every car that drove passed, not enough parking and way over priced.plus there was someone in front of the building yelling someone's name
- Scott (4/5): - The staff at check in were very rude and unfriendly
- Glenn (8/5): - They need more time to get bar open
- Holly (2/5): - Staff was rude. Area was sketchy. I w as charged $20 to park at their facility ( no prior mention of this when booking). We rewuest 3 beds and was given 1 for 3 people. The door to check in was locked. When I wemt to check out I rang the bell 10 times, called the number 3 times with no answer. There was ehat appeared to be a 7 year old child behind the counter and a woman asleep in the chair. I finally knocked and she woke up. She was the employee.
- Aaron (4/5): - I should've known from the moment chase flagged the charge as possibly fraudulent, that this wasn't the place to stay. We went to the front desk just to ensure our card wasn't charged because we didn't feel safe staying there.
